This survey aims at collecting the stockholders assessment about raising charter capital strategies in 2011 of Ocean Bank.

OceanBank was established in 1993 and transformed its operating model in 2007. Owing to staffs incessant exertion and managers determination, OceanBank prides to gradually ensure its position in the banking-finance market and credibility in the public. Previously, the charter capital of OceanBank was VND300 million, it is now raised up to VND 5,000 billion. In order to meet the governments requirement about the charter for the commercial banks in 2011, Ocean bank must produce strategies which lead this plan completed. These decision need to be made based on the stockholders who have big effect on Ocean development.
