Dear Mr. Carlo,

Gratefully ack your message dated 20/04/2007 and the contents of which has been noted
with interest. Since you have own warehouse same like Janco Hong Kong for which I am
confident that the Italian customer will be interested to use your service. As I already
informed you that our competitor M/s. Marelle Srl almost lifting 80 pct leather to Italy. I
wonder how it has become possible for them to grab the major market share.
Nevertheless, I am very much hopeful that with your aggressive marketing you will
certainly gain a portion of the market share.

Meantime, myself and my sales team started collecting up dated list of potential customer
in Italy who are importing leather from Bangladesh. Reverting details list within 25-
26/04/2007.

Oggetto: Re: AGENCY CO-OPERATION
Dear Mr. Carlo,
Many many thanks for your message . First of all undersigned would
like to express sincere gratitude and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Wilson
and Mr. Derek for introducing to your good company for our
co-operation. Frankly speaking we are looking for a dynamic and
aggressive partner in Italy like Janco International Freight Ltd,Hong
Kong. Since our company "Universal Container Lines Ltd" have been
working with Janco with our export sea shipment to Hong Kong and
China for the last 3 years for which I do not feel that I need to
write about the back ground of our company. In addition export sea
shipment to Hong Kong and China our sister company "Universal Air
Cargo Ltd" have been appointed as their cargo agents in Bangladesh.
Perhaps you may aware that "Janco Freight International Ltd" have
chartered a cargo freighter with 14 tons capacity which is operating
from SHENZHEN-DHAKA-SHENZHEN from 09/06/2006. Our sister company
have
been uplifting sizeable quantity of leather from Dhaka to Hong Kong
and all Chinese ports through Captioned cargo freighter.Basically we
handle 100 pct leather cargo by sea and air from Bangladesh to
various overseas destinations including Italy. In this competitive
market it is impossible to secure cargo without the close
co-operation of destination partner. There is sufficient movement of
leather from Bangladesh to Italian designation by sea and air. Sea
shipment generally being effected to Genoa, Leghorn, Naples, Ancona,
Laspezia ETC. On the other hand air shipment being effected to Milan
, Pisa, Rome, venice, Naples, Veruna, Ancona, Genoa, Turin, Palarmo,
Bolonga and Bari.
At this stage following companies in Italy have been lifting sizeable
cargo of leather from Bangladesh to Italian destinations through
their local agents (Freight Forwarders).
1) M/S MARELLE SRL
56029 S. CROCE SULL'ARNO (PI)
VIA DONICA , 37/BIS
TEL - 0571 386015 FAX - 0571 360077
PIC - MR. MARCO LUCARELLI ANTONIO
MR. ROBERTO CANTINI
2) M/S. MONDIALSEA SRL
INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDERS
RAGAZZI DEL 99 N. 12/14
50054 FUCECCHIO (FI) ITALY
PIC - MR. ENRIO DEL PIERO
M/s. Marelle Srl have been lifting almost 70 Pct leather from
Bangladesh to Italy.
M/s. Mondialsea S.R.L. also lifting about 25-30 pct leather to Italy.
Though 100 pct shipment being effected on CNF/Freight prepaid basis
but they induce Italian customer to arrange nomination on the L/c. On
the basis of L/c nomination in favour of Bangladesh partner of both
the company they are dominating in the leather shipping market.
I am confident that with your aggressive marketing in Italy we will
be in a position to secure a portion of the market share of export
shipment from Bangladesh to Italy through our joint co-operation.
Finally, I would requested you to let us have your valued
comments/suggestion how to penetrative in the Italian market taking
in to consideration of the competitors activities. Upon receipt your
valuable suggestions I will forward to you list of consignee who have
been regularly importing leather from Bangladesh.

Dear Derek,

Further to my message dated 18/04/2007 already loaded 3x20' FCL through OOCL
service. FYI, out of 3x20' Fcl of which 2x20' belongs to Sino Speed Leather and Hides
Ltd (sister company of Edward Wong & Company). Yunus will send shipping documents.

Brgds/Moktul

Dear Derek,

You might have seen that during March we have very negligible quantity of FCL
container being routed through our service. This type of setback happened due to delay in
delivery of FCL container by Hub Line, China Shipping and also Heung-A Line. Myself
+ Shakil personally called at the office of some potential local agent and shipper who
informed that in view taken longer time specially by Hub Line + China shipping they
stopped shipment of their cargo. Nevertheless, inorder to regain their support we will
arrange our Fcl shipment through OOCL service with following conditions.

1) Dthc as per tariff

2) Free storage normal
3) Free detention - need to apply on case to case basis
4) Mbl to be surrendered at pol but original hbl have to present with OOCL Hong Kong
office during taking delivery of the container.

BTW, forwarders who have been presently routing cargo using OOCL service following
above conditions.

While we arrange shipment of FCL container UCL will not ask any refund from Janco.
