What our graduates say.

I decided to join Capgemini because I really liked the atmosphere of the company and the fact that everyone was so friendly. One of the things I found appealing was the amount of companies, organisations and different market sectors that Capgemini works for. I have found myself continuously developing and applying new skills, and whenever Ive found myself getting too comfortable, a new and completely different challenge has presented itself. For me, Capgemini is all about working together in an environment that is mutually supportive, with the guidance to set you on the correct path, but with the freedom to map out your own journey. Plus early exposure to clients to enable you to hone and develop your skills. I joined Capgemini because I didnt want a 9 to 5 job. I wanted a job where I had travel opportunities, constant change and, most importantly, challenge. I got what I asked for! The environment and the people at Capgemini are very inspirational. I feel very engaged, encouraged and enthused. Ive enjoyed the opportunities Capgemini has presented to work with highly impressive team members, whose diverse backgrounds, experiences and mindsets continue to offer thought-provoking perspectives, stimulating conversation and rich learning opportunities. Capgemini has helped me realise and achieve my potential
