Security Issues
How Websites are infected There are several ways a virus can infect online website, each one requiring the hacker to gain access to the Web server in some way or another. Although this may sound like a rare occurrence, it is actually quite common, and the hacker never actually has to do any manual work to accomplish this. The hacker starts by getting an online website owner to download a virus to their personal computer. Once the virus is on the computer of the website owner, it begins logging all of the keystrokes that they type on their keyboard. When they go to log into their web hosting account, their password is catalogued into a database automatically and the account is hacked. How Viruses are spread through internet Once the hacker has access to the online website hosting account they are free to install malicious scripts on the online website server, which can be used to spy on their traffic sources, redirect their traffic, change the content of their sites, and infect the computers of all of their site visitors. The virus uploads itself to the web server and begins installing itself on online website that is contained on that server. Thus, website viruses are more prevalent within shared hosting plans, as a single web server can be shared by hundreds or even thousands of webmasters. In fact, the website owner never even has to have a virus on their personal computer to have their website affected. The virus spreads from site to site within the online Website server itself, and is therefore is often a security issue that web hosting companies must deal with on an urgent basis. How Viruses affect Business Website? To have a virus on owner website can greatly damage the reputation of their online business, and ultimately result in a significant loss of traffic. Most of the online customers have an antivirus software installed that will warn them when they are about to visit an online website that is infected with a virus. If their website is infected, the majority of visitors will be warned not to enter their site. Even customers that do not have antivirus software installed may be warned not to enter their site by search engines, which frequently catalogue sites that are reported to be infected. Unfortunately, the majority of Internet online customers dont

realize that the website owner is just as much of a victim as the site visitors, and instead they assume that the site owner is responsible for hosting a virus on their site. Ways on preventing website from virus To prevent the above mentioned issues, McDonalds owner of website (technicians) should take the proper precautions to ensure the full safety of their online website. One way they can do this is to use only secure website applications. Website applications often contain loop holes that let hackers infiltrate the websites administrative interface and plant a virus. Another way to protect their website is to make password protect for all of their pages. They can do this in their hosting control panel. If they are having trouble with ensuring the safety of their online website, it may be wise to consult with their website hosting provider for more information. Simply they can give them a call and ask them what kind of measures are in place to protect their website form virus Trojan horse and worms, and they have to ask them what they can do on their end to ensure maximum protection. Security and privacy, in McDonalds online ordering system, they have committed on securing that the safety and confidential for their customers information are not publish to public or third part for any purpose, the registration information like name, mobile number, email address and others information are very secure. V.

Extra Services, One area of major concern to a web developer is unnecessary services. Running extra and unnecessary services on a server creates a possible security problem. Default operating system installations are not very secure and typically this operating system will turn on a large variety of services that arent really needed. The more services that are left open, the more likely a hacker will find a hole in the servers security.

Web server security Web server security is an ever evolving issue, Everyday new and improved attacks are being leveraged against major web servers causing it managers to scramble and find a solution. As new technologies emerge, the internet hacker will always find a way to break through anything thrown at them. If time has shown them anything, its that web developers of the McDonalds restaurant will always need to be very aware of security issues on their servers. Data Backup on McDonalds Restaurants McDonalds Restaurants are very busy places with many levels of employees others using the computer system through the internet networks. Whether it is waiters and waitresses entering orders information from their customers or other customers ordering online, the accounting people accessing accounts payable, the managers contacting vendors, a McDonalds restaurants computer is being used in countless ways during the days operation, and all the data that is entered is critical to the restaurants success.

Human Aspects
Human Computer Interface (HCI) is the study of planning and design of the interaction between people (users) and Computers. It is often regarded as the intersection of Computer science, behavioural sciences, design and several other fields of study. Interaction between users and computers occurs at the user interface (or simply interface), which includes both software and hardware; for example, characters or objects displayed by software on a personal computer's monitor, input received from users via hardware peripherals such as keyboards and mice, and other user interactions with large-scale computerized systems such as aircraft and power plants. The Association for Computing Machinery defines humancomputer interaction as "a discipline concerned with the design, evaluation and implementation of interactive computing systems for human use and with the study of major phenomena surrounding them. The User Human Computer Interface, it is doesnt necessarily to imagine a single user (customer) with a desktop computer. By user, it means an individual user, a group of users working together or maybe even a series of users in a McDonalds restaurant. The user is whoever is trying to order online using the technology. An appreciation of the way peoples sensory online ordering systems, it is relay information is vital to designing a first-class product. For example, display layouts should accommodate the fact that people can be sidetracked by the smallest movement in the outer (peripheral) part of their visual fields, so only important areas should be specified by moving or blinking visuals. And of course, people like designs that grab their attention. McDonalds Designers must decide how to make products attractive without distracting users from their tasks. The Computer The Computer refer to any technology ranging from desktop computers, to large scale computer systems, even a process control system or an embedded system could be classed as the computer. For example, in McDonalds online ordering system it can be discuss the design of a Website, then the Website itself would be referred to as "the computer".

The Interaction There are obvious differences between humans and machines. In spite of these, HCI attempts to ensure that they both get on with each other and interact successfully. In order to achieve a usable Website, McDonalds designers need to apply what he/her knows about humans and computers, and consult with likely users or customers throughout the design process. Designers need to find a reasonable balance between what can be done within the schedule and budget, and what would be ideal for their users. In McDonalds Online ordering System, customers who use computers to order food for online they use both software and hardware like mouse, keyboard, PDAs, Touch Screen IPAD and others and also for the staff and managers both they use these Computer Interface with technology for all process of their business even when they make order to their suppliers. The technology which both customers and their staff uses it is internet network which can be accessed through computers as well as other devices which support internet connections, The Internet has produced a major impact on the nature of McDonalds and on the division of labours. Importance of Human Computer Interface The importance of HCI in the McDonalds online Website, It shown that a large percentage of the design and programming effort of projects go into the actual Website design. The interface is a fundamental part of making the site more successful, safe, useful, and functional and, in the long run, more pleasurable for the user and their customers. The techniques that have been developed in their online ordering system (website) have been contributed immensely towards decreasing costs and increasing productivity. Savings have been created through decreased task time, fewer user errors, greatly reduced user disruption, and avoidance of changes in maintenance and redesign costs.
