Prices
The Median Sales Price in September was $382,375, up 10.8% from $345,000 in September of 2010 and down -2.0% from $390,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in September was $380,983, up 14.5% from $332,605 in September of 2010 and down -11.8% from $431,878 last month. September 2011 ASP was at a mid range compared to September of 2010 and 2009.
