District Goal:
The goal of the Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD is high achievement for all students.

Service & Character Initiatives:

We have implemented R time (Relationships to Improve Education) since 2008. R time is an exciting and dynamic development in Personal and Social Education that enables everyone in a class or group to relate well with each other. This accelerates learning, emphasizes respect and raises self esteem. Much of the emphasis in R time is on good manners and cooperation, creating a whole school community of mutual respect. As teachers, we place great importance on academic study and there is a need to place equal importance on teaching social skills. A school where respect and courtesy are high on the agenda will be a community that fosters good relationships, as well as accelerating learning. All classes create service projects of our Youth Service Project day which takes place every May.

About Us:

We have a strong Mentoring program that is led by our part-time Community Liaison. Farmers Branch Elementary encourages parents to become actively involved in their child's education.

Testimonials:
I am continually impressed with the staff of Farmers Branch Elementary (FBE) from the principal to the custodian. They are always looking out for the best interest of all children. I am proud to have both of my students attending FBE. I know they are in exemplary hands when it comes to not only their education but their mental well being. Proud to be a Mustang!
