It makes me work better because while achieving my organization's goals, I end up achieving some of my own. I feel that with every task that I do here in office, leaves some impact on me and makes me grow with it. The collaborative efforts of my superiors and colleagues drives me to work better. The perks given by the organization really drive me to work harder and harder. The comfortable settings of the office is an add - on in making my work better. The involvement and cooperation of the superiors makes it fun to be working in the office. Every morning I look forward to coming to office. The kind of work that I am doing that I am doing in office challenges me to complete it. My supervisors appreciate me whenever I perform my duties efficiently. I participate in the decision making process of issues significant to my work. I generally feel satisfied with my performance appraisals. I get effective promotional activities in my job. The career development opportunities provided by office drives me to work harder. The involvement of employees in decision making makes me work harder. I feel like working more when the company recognizes and acknowledges my work . When my co-workers support me , I feel more motivated to work. If financial incentive is offered , am willing to work for longer hours. I feel my job offers me enough opportunities to grow . I feel my job takes care of my life insurances. This job helps me develop my potential I identify with my companys goal Accomplishing a particular task/ finishing a project gives me an internal sense of achievement My job provides me with financial security and stability The organization encourages participation in policy making decisions. I can't work in an office with poor infrastructure, frequent power cuts and unfriendly coworkers, even if the work gives me immense autonomy and status. out of the box". I am disappointed when my work doesn't give me autonomy to do a particular task. Appreciation from my superiors and coworkers makes me want to work more. Trying new and innovative methods at work gives me a sense of accomplishment. I don't enjoy monotonous, repetitive work which is not innovative even if the salary is high. Promotional opportunities would drive me to work even on a non working day/ during holidays. I am willing to perform a task that requires putting in more hours with no extra monetary incentive but which stimulates growth and learning.
