Key Role:

Currently working for a practice “E-enabling” vertical which is amongst one of the top 3
Business Units and the fastest growing. This group consists of 4300 employees spread across
locations for which I have been handling various HR activities. The activities are explained
below in various sub categories.

Transactions

• Resolving employee queries on policies, appraisals, compensation (onsite/offshore) and


other work-life related queries on a daily basis.
• Handling transfers, relocations and inter company transfers for employees
• Making detailed attrition reports on a monthly basis.

Processes

• Creating awareness in employees about the appraisal process.


• Follow up on timely closure of annual /confirmatory/interim appraisals.
