COMMISSIONS, REBATES, AND BONUSES


RETAIL VOLUME BONUS (RVB):
Venture Distributors and above with a minimum of 800 PV receive 5% RVB on all personal purchases over the monthly qualification requirement.
The bonus increases to 10% at 1,500 PV and to 20% at 3,000 PV. The RVB will be paid on all PV exceeding 400 points within one commission period. The RVB is
paid in a Distributor’s initial month on PV in excess of 2,160. No RVB will be paid on Action Packs or Investor Packs. Sponsor or upline commissions on orders that
have been paid a RVB will be calculated on a modified commission base.

RETAIL CUSTOMER REBATE (RCR):


All orders placed by a Customer will pay a RCR of 20% to the first qualified upline.
The subsequent qualified uplines will receive G1 to G6 on the modified commission base.

FAST START (FS):


Immunotec maximizes payout over 3 generations for the 1st commission period (the Fast Start period).
All qualified Investors and above are eligible to receive Fast Start. All new Distributor volume will pay out under the Fast Start (FS) system for the first commission period.
Example: If a Distributor has an application date in January, all of the orders in January will be paid out under the Fast Start system (FS). All commissionable orders
that are on the Fast Start system will be paid out in the following manner:
• The original sponsor will receive FS1 of 20%.
• Subsequent qualified sponsors will be paid the FS2 (10%) and FS3 (7%) bonuses.

XTRA SHARP BONUS:


Additional 14% paid on all Xtra Sharp product orders (total of 60% in commissions paid on Xtra Sharp product purchases).
All qualified Distributors that have accumulated 720 XPGV within any one commission period are eligible to receive this bonus. The Xtra Sharp Bonus is paid out as
6 generational bonuses, based on rank advancement. The generational payouts will roll upline using dynamic compression rules, where all unpaid generations will
pay to the first Xtra Sharp qualified Distributor up to their “paid as” status. Example: a Silver Distributor would be eligible for 4 Xtra Sharp Generational Bonuses.

DIAMOND POOL AND EXECUTIVE DIAMOND POOL:


Each pool equals 2% of the total company commissionable volume. The pools are divided on a pro-rated basis, based on the number of shares earned.

For every Diamond-qualified within level 1 to 3, earn 1 share. For every Executive Diamond-qualified within level 1 to 3, earn 4 shares.

For every Diamond-qualified on level 7 & below, earn 0.25 share. For every Executive Diamond-qualified on level 7 & below, earn 1 share.
