Coil-coated, hot-galvanized thin sheets

Exterior:

Visible side with 25 polyester coating with a PVC protective film that must be removed after construction is finished (keep out of sunlight). Profile 5 Micro corrugation 60 = Standard (by request: Profile 2 = smooth, 3 = light bead (profile)) Optional: Profile 1, Profile 4 = Micro corrugation 30

Interior:

Profile: 1 = Standard (optional 2 = smooth or 3 = lightly corrugated (beaded))

Insulation core:

Polyurethane high resistance foam manufactured in continuous foaming process, ca. 95% closed-cell - shear resistant bond with steel sheet Density approx. 40 kg/m3 absolutely no CFCs or halogenated CFCs - pentane foaming process Panels are practically non-flammable Q 1, TR 1 according to -NORM 3800 B1 (Austrian Standards Institute)

Panel connection:
