NHAI have 10 SPV Companies and Auditor of SPVs are appointed by CAG. 2) Criteria for Empanelment for carrying out spot checking of collection of user fee at or around plaza(s) for a period of one year further extendable for two years in two stages of one year each. The Bidder should have:a) 15 Years existence as on 31.03.2009. b) 15 full time partners. c) 12 Qualified Chartered Accountants in full employment. d) Offices in six major cities of India (B-Class and above as per Central Government rules). Joint Ventures or Consortiums are not allowed to participate. Note:- This Criteria was applicable when the NHAI invites expression of interest from the established CA firms for empanelment in the yr 2009.
