On 23rd August 2005,Ramakant was the First Prize winner & was awarded the “Elite
Idol” by the famous poet Shri Sudhir Moghe.

• At the age of 10,Ramakant was awarded by the great Harmonium Wizard
Pt.Appasaheb Jalgaonkar & Dr.Sudhakar Marathe (date:-18th August 1998 in
Pune at Balgandharwa Rangmanch.)
• At the age of 8, Ramakant was awarded by Minister Shri Sharad Pawar for his
singing.
• Classical & Semiclassical Performance in ‘Haidrabad Ramoji Film City’, in the
year 1999 which was broadcasted on ‘E-TV’ .
• Ramakant has also participated in ‘E-TV URDOO’ program ‘GHAZAL SARA’ &
won 2nd prize (Judge was famous ghazal singer Ghanshyamji Waswani) in the
year 2003
