audience in detail

my target audience would be mainly directed to the citizens of the twin islands of trinidad and

tobago. on the same hand, with my research topic, i do hope to reach other researchers who

would be interesting in making a difference in the life’s of their fellow citizens from every corner

of the universe. my focus is to prepare a research topic that will address the current educational

issues faced in trinidad and tobago. through this research, i would like to draw the attention of

the decision makers of the islands. while i would sadly say that i do not have any form of close

contact or relationship to those in authority, or the country’s decision makers, i have had first

hand experiences with the educational structure. i do have relatives who help in the educating

aspects of the nations children’s in the duties as principals, and high school teachers.

individuals and relationship

my research will be directed to the director of education who manages and provides the

policies of the ongoing educational system in the islands. the human resource management

division who oversees the planning of its human resources, hiring and training of employees,

and the development of curriculum and development the principals and teachers who educate

and help to implement the way in which education is taught to students.

importance of research

my research will be written to assist the many stakeholders in making the right decisions. my

effort will be to provide resources that would be included to help support the islands issues.

careful attention would be made in regards to the structure, contents, clarification and tone in

which i will convey my research topic. it is true to say that every individual in authority would

accept changes, most would do so based at little or no expense.
