    This letter is in response to your request for a fee waiver for processing your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) request number 2011-000. By letter, dated September x, 2011, the FHFAs FOIA Office advised you of the documentation needed to support a fee waiver request. Based on our review of the information you provided in your September x, 2011 letter, FHFA has determined that your response meets the statutory standard for granting a fee waiver, as set forth in the FOIA, 5 U.S.C. 552(a)(4)(A)(iii), and FHFAs FOIA regulation, 5 CFR 1202.11(h).
