102 A 1955 NSU Quickly, registration number 350 FMH, frame number 240426, engine number 257765, beige. This NSU has been restored by the current owner. During the restoration, the engine was rebuilt with new main bearings, oil seals, but the original piston and cylinder were retained as they were found to be in good condition. V5C, no current MOT or tax See illustration Tuning Service See illustration 250 - 350 500 - 600 100 A 1976 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow, registration number NEV 400P, chassis number SRH22955, engine number 22955, Caribbean Blue over Shell Grey. The Silver Shadow was launched in October 1965 and had the all new monocoque body powered by the V8 engine, first seen in the Silver Cloud II. This well-maintained four owner Silver Shadow was supplied by Kenning (London) Limited, 12 Berkeley Street, London, to its first registered keeper, a Mr Grover, at a cost of 14,283.48 (receipt on file). The subsequent three owners have all resided in sunny Devon. The build sheets pertain that the car was finished in Caribbean Blue over Shell Grey with blue leather seats, dark blue carpets, grey Ambla headlining, plain Sundym glass. It had the rear seats set 2 1/8 inches further back and a Blue Spot Frankfurt stereo was installed as an optional extra. The extensive history file contains the original build sheets, original bill of sale, handbooks, thousands of pounds worth of maintenance receipts, old MOTs and general correspondence. NEV 400P is now only for sale due to the current owners advancing years and the owner informs us that the car has been a pleasure to own during that time. V5C, MOT and tax TBA See illustration 3000 5000 101 A 1966 BSA C15 Motorcycle, registration number FOT 55D, frame number C15G186, engine number C15G186, red. In 1958, BSA introduced a new series of unit-construction overhead valve singles, initially in 250 cc form. The engine capacity would grow in size to 350 cc and eventually 450 cc. The C15 range of motorcycles were basic commuter bikes, which would be superseded by the B25 Barracuda. This C15 is in original condition and has been with the current owner for several years. During that time, the motorcycle has been dry stored and the current vendor informs us that the motorcycle will require a general check over before obtaining a new MOT. Accompanying the motorcycle are several old service invoices, a workshop manual and old MOTs. V5, no current MOT or tax See illustration 800 - 1000 105 A 1968 Volvo 131 Amazon Coupe, registration number MCV 758F, Old English White. The Volvo 120 series cars were produced between 1956 and 1970. They were strongly influenced by the American cars of the early 1950's, resembling The Chrysler New Yorker saloon and 300 coupe. The 120 series cars were offering three body styles, four door saloon, coupe and estate. During the production run three engine capacities of 1.6, 1.8 and 2 litre were used. This desirable coupe has only had four registered keepers, the previous owners were a husband and wife who kept the Volvo for twenty years. During their ownership approximately seven years ago the car under went some restoration including an engine rebuild, refurbishment of paint work and new chrome. The present owner has undertaken further maintenance and improvements including installing a re-conditioned gearbox and new clutch. There is some service history accompanying the car comprising of bills and old MOTs. The vendor informs us that this Amazon is driving very well, but their is still scope for improvement, allowing the next owner to put there own stamp on the car. 103 A 1989 Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.5 16V Cosworth, registration number F130 SLR, red. The Mercedes-Benz 16V Cosworth is the original Autobahn stormer and a real wolf in sheeps clothing, with super car baiting performance concealed in a family four door saloon. This 2.5 litre 16V Mercedes Cosworth has had considerable time and expenditure lavished on the engine and running gear, to make it handle and perform reliably. The vendor informs us that the bodywork would benefit from a respray and some interior retrimming would be beneficial. This MercedesBenz has all the usual executive luxury toys, including electric windows, sun roof, central locking, dog leg five speed gearbox, power assisted steering and 17 inch Stilauto alloy wheels. The ever popular Morris Minor has been a familiar sight on British roads for over fifty years and makes a great starter classic or every day hack. This particular split screen Moggie has received regular maintenance over the years, and benefits

from having been uprated with a larger 1098 cc engine and gearbox. Also for safety flashing indicators have been installed to replace the original trafficators (still present). The interior is mainly original retaining the red leather seats and steering wheel, the red carpets are recent replacements and the door cards are original. Dating from 1997, this Mk VII configuration has 1.3 fuel injection, air bag and walnut dash. The interior is finished in half black leather and grey Alcantara and appears to be in original condition. This 628 has been owned for the last few years by a well-known independent BMW specialist, who has maintained it to a high standard. In the last 12 months the car has had a reconditioned engine, a brake overhaul, including new discs, pipes and pads, water pump, front control arms and uprated lights. Its sparkling Henna Red body work is complemented with a full black leather Recaro Sports interior and sits on cross spoke alloy wheels. This well maintained BMW now looks for a new enthusiastic owner to maintain the car in the style that it has become accustomed and it even has an appropriate 628 registration mark which comes free of charge. This one owner time warp Nissan Laurel has travelled less than 36,000 miles from new. The car was supplied to its Dorset owner by Wessex Motors of Dorchester at a cost of 7,500 including the optional extra of Waxoyl protection. The lavishly appointed for the time, top of the range Laurel has electric windows, aerial, boot and fuel cap release, heated rear window and cream velour seats, the rear seats even still having their plastic protecting covering. The car was last MOT'd approximately seven years ago, but the vendor has regularly started and driven it up and down the drive to keep everything free and working correctly. The history file contains the original warranty book, owners handbook and old MOT's. Nissan Laurel's are a rare sight on today's roads and a one owner, low mileage example must be even rarer, so for the enthusiast this car offers something a little different to the usual Fords and Vauxhalls and will perhaps make you stand out from the crowd. This automatic one owner 300E is according to the vendor in outstanding original condition. 114 A 1960 Morris Minor Tourer, registration number 732 YUG, Snowberry White. The convertible version of the Morris Minor is the wind in the hair model of the ever popular working day classic. This particular car if finished in the traditional colour combination of white with red interior. The hood and hood bag are recent replacements and it has the 948 cc engine fitted. They were sumptuously trimmed in leather and walnut, and employed the same XK triple carburettor fed engine and independent suspension as the iconic E-Type. This particular example has been in storage in recent years and has seen little use. However the vendor informs us that the Jaguar is running and driving. He now feels that the car would benefit from being restored to its 116 . 117 . 118 EXTRA LOT: A 1946 Humber Hawk, registration number HLF 897, chassis number H271070T, green. 121 A 1987 Mercedes-Benz 300SE registration number MIL 1388, chassis number WDB1260242A327245, engine number 10398122030564, Smoke Silver. This superb example of the S Class has the six cylinder three litre engine which offers the best economy of all the large saloon range. The car was a special order from new having sun roof, alloy wheels and the very unusual burgundy colour interior. It has covered a believed 65,000 miles from new, and has recently been re-commissioned after seven years of dry storage. 122 A 1986 Moto Morini 350 K2, unregistered, frame number 350K224630D, engine number 24630, red. The K series of Moto Morini motorcycles were introduced in 1981, employing electric start, cast alloy wheels and twin front disc brakes and incorporating the same V twin engine as previous models. The K2 variant was introduced in 1984 with all new body work, incorporating a single seat and tank unit and frame mounted fairing and belly pan. Always having great handling and being lightweight, they became a firm favourite with lady riders. This K2 is in excellent condition, and being unregistered, gives the next purchaser the chance to be the first registered keeper. No documentation, MOT or tax See illustration 2000 - 2200

This D1 Bantam has been restored by the current owner over a number of years. During the restoration, new front forks were fitted, the frame and mudguards were repainted, the engine was rebuilt with new bearings, oil seals and standard size piston, and new front and rear tyres were fitted. This Tourer has been upgraded and it is now fitted with a servo and front disc brakes, a stainless steel exhaust and front and rear inertia seat belts. 129 A 1980 Triumph Dolomite 1850HL, registration number PLK 239W, chassis number TWFLC5AT112877, engine number WF85994H, Brooklands Green. Triumph's Dolomite was launched in 1972 to replace the Toledo range of compact saloons. The new model had more luxurious interiors and a larger engine and was marketed to go head to head with the likes of the BMW 2002 and Ford Cortina GXL. This Dolomite has only had two owners from new, both of which have maintained it to a very high standard. The first owner kept a meticulous record of all expenditure and maintenance from day one, with copious hand written notes. Finished in a very attractive Brooklands Green which complements the beige cloth interior, the current owner has recently fitted a Mountney wood rim steering wheel, which adds a touch of luxury. In 2002 the records show that the car had major work carried out including a re-conditioned engine, gearbox and new clutch, since this re-conditioning work was carried out the car has covered only 112 miles. The history file accounts the full service history, with original bill of sale from Henlys Ltd of London for 4870.45 to Mr REH Kinshott, the original order form, stamped passport to service, receipts, all MOTs and Mr Kinshott's hand written notes. This meticulously maintained Dolomite was one of the last to roll off the production line and with its full service history and excellent condition, now offers the next owner a properly fettled example to use and enjoy for many years to come. 130 A 1966 Jaguar Mk II 3.4 litre automatic sports saloon, registration number MPG 209D, chassis and engine number TBA, Indigo Blue. The new generation of compact Jaguar saloons came to the market in 1956 with the Mk I powered by the ever popular XK straight 6 engines in 2.4 and 3.4 litre capacities. They employed unitary construction rather than the separate chassis and bodies as used in all previous Jaguar models. The restyled Mk II version arrived in 1959 and continued in production until 1967, available in 2.4, 3.4 and 3.8 litre engine capacities, by which time more than 80,000 examples of Mk I and Mk II had been sold. This 3.4 litre automatic version has only had six owners and benefits from having a full and continuous service history from new. The first owner was Lady Hildred, who registered the Jaguar in Surrey and owned the car until 1989. The second and remaining four owners are as follows: a Mr Stephens (1989-1990), Mr Tiller (1990-1995), Mr Jones (1995-2001), Mr Jenkins (2001-2005), and the current owner (from 2005). The Jaguar has been extensively rebuilt with a bare metal restoration by Wood & Pickett during 1989/90 at a cost of 44,850, when the mileage was 57,704 miles. There has been a further 20,000 spent on general maintenance since, with all corresponding receipts and the current mileage stands at approximately 83,000. MPG 209D has been upgraded with some sensible modifications for modern road conditions, including power assisted steering, air conditioning (currently not working) and adjustable shock absorbers. The full and comprehensive history file contains the owners service policy, old MOTs, tax discs, restoration receipts, maintenance receipts and general correspondence. Resplendent in indigo blue with a full grey leather interior, MPG 209D has been beautifully restored and maintained and ought to be a credit to any collection. 131 A 1926 Morris Bullnose Cowley, registration number MK 3896, chassis number D131932, engine number 153346, blue over black. Both the Bullnose Cowley and its sibling the Oxford, were manufactured between 1915 and 1926, and were to

become the best selling cars in Britain displacing Ford's Model T crown. MK 3896, from the last year of production, has the desirable four wheel braked chassis and larger side valve engine. She has full weather gear, consisting of hood, hood bag, tonneau and side screens. MK 3896 has been with the current owner for over thirty years. The previous owner was the well known motoring author and MGCC General Secretary, Wilson McComb. The history files are contained within a large cardboard box with numerous letters between Wilson McComb and the Bullnose Morris Club, handbooks, receipts, drawings, photographs and general ephemera.
