The module shall focus on the teaching of globally accepted corporate etiquette and developing effective leadership skills. Module Objectives/ Learning Outcomes After completing this course, the students will have learnt about the personality traits required to be better acclimatized in a global corporate culture. The future managers would be taught how to be good leaders with the understanding of effective leader vs. efficient leader. Teaching and Learning Approach Students will learn through a combination of face-to-face contacts and guided study. Personal contact sessions will include case study analysis, simulation exercises, role play, problem solving, and presentations. Guided study will include preliminary text readings (defined by lecturer). Additional material will also be emailed by presenters.
