The role: Manage paperwork / IT systems that support customer sales or product enquiries Maintain customer records, profiles, orders and all interactions with customers in GEHCs CRM Ownership of customer queries until satisfactory and complete resolution Develop good long term customer relationships and high customer satisfaction

The selected candidate will be responsible for the sale of the above product ranges. The person will monitor the competitive environment and adjust their selling and marketing strategies accordingly to meet our sales and customer expectations. Skills and Requirements: As a successful applicant you will have a strong sales background with minimum 2 years selling experience. Specific experience within the Australian Biomedical / Biotechnology industries will be held in high regard. Minimum of a B.Sc. educated in a Life Science, Molecular Biology or Chemistry field. You will be a confident salesperson, possessing excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The company provides a secure team basis for the individual but you will need to be able to work autonomously, making appointments and visiting customers in NSW or Victoria to obtain sales. You will possess the willingness, self-motivation and ability to meet and exceed agreed targets.
