Type of vessel: Medical emergency vessel. Built: 1983 by Jan E. Skerfe, Sweden. Yard number S 242. Material: Aluminium, 6 mm in hull and 5 mm in deck and deckhouse. Length: 10.70 metres. Beam: 3.65 metres. Draft: 0.80 metres. Air draft: 4.1 metres (5.3 metres with equipment). Tonnage: 6 GT / 4 NT. Displacement: About 6400 kilo. Main engines: 2 x Volvo KAD 44P-B 260 bHp each, new in 1999, Volvo DP-E 1.68 stern drive. About 3,100 running hours each. Engine room equipment: Webasto Termo 90 diesel water heater for cabin radiators, 2 x Defa 314 engine heaters with thermostat and circulation pump also connected to radiator system, Mastervolt inverter 12 Volt to 220 Volt at 1000 W, Trident BP1225-3 25 A battery charger. The vessel is built for bow docking, there is a door in the centre section of the wheelhouse. Dokumentation: The boat is registered as medical work boat with no CE-marking and built for professional use. Therefor we do not sell to non-commercial buyers. The vessel is technically in a very good condition but a bit torn on the inside after years as a ambulance vessel in the archipelago of Stockholm. It is a well known vessel in Sweden starring in a popular TV-serie called Skrgrdsdoktorn. The builder, Jan Erik Skerfe who passed away in 2008 started his business of making aluminum vessels in Gryt, Sweden beginning of the 70s and Skerfe-vessels quickly became synonumous with quality.
