BUG TYPE CHOSEN

===============
Code
SubComponent: Automatic Storage Manager
=======================================
DETAILED PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
============================
Upgraded standalone ASM from 11.2.0.1 to 11.2.0.2. After the out of place
upgrade when starting ASM on 11.2.0.2 experienced cordumps being produced
every 10 minutes. Deleted the 11.2.0.1 home and the core dumps stopped.
However, we are seeing the following entry being placed in the dsikmon.log
every 3 seconds.
2010-10-28 14:59:22.833: [ DISKMON][121186:5] dskm_process_msg5: received
msg type KGZM_PING (0x0011)
2010-10-28 14:59:25.834: [ DISKMON][121186:5] dskm_process_msg5: received
msg type KGZM_PING (0x0011)
2010-10-28 14:59:28.834: [ DISKMON][121186:5] dskm_process_msg5: received
msg type KGZM_PING (0x0011)
This is causing excessive growth of this log and presenting concerns about
the stability of the environment. This is also delaying upgrade of
production to 11.2.0.2
