The assignment will serve the purpose for developing student skills in researching and analyzing information of tour operation management. The organization that is selected is Etihad Holidays.

The analysis of management issues which incurs during the process of design, development, distribution and operation is tour operation management. This is inclusive of travel programs for holidays with entertainment and leisure while traveling areas around the world. The offer includes expanding and acquiring skills and knowledge1.
Etihad Holidays offers various opportunities for travelers with their extensive tour operation management and programs are designed for providing them positive travel experience with knowledge, skills, leisure and entertainment.

Etihad Holidays when providing and designing tour packages they must decide according to customer needs and expectations. The quality and satisfaction of customers depends on what is offered in tour packages. The major role player is suppliers to tour operators and it is essential for their success2.
Etihad airways launched a division of tour operator which is Etihad Holidays. This tour operator is offering a wide range of holiday packages when passengers are travelling within particular destinations as per satisfaction of price and holiday package.
There are plans to expand in Middle East for serving the passengers from local to regional. This is due to potential demand that they have experienced3.

There are around 20 countries and 35 major destinations that is offered to Etihad Holidays passengers are they are Australia, Belarus, Canada, China, Egypt, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Jordan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Oman, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, Thailand, UK and USA. The regions that Etihad Holidays covered are Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe and North America6.
Etihad Holidays have selected their suppliers, partners and products carefully and this was their important decisions because passengers satisfaction relies on this. Their employees who are experts and professionals in tour operations made the selection hotels, shopping malls, and other locations within destinations.

6) Trends Impacts
The positive trends impacts are certainly positive for Etihad Holidays. At the same time, the negative trends will also impact negatively on Etihad Holidays and their passengers. When there is weather change in one of the destinations either heavy rainfall or snowfall this will not be benefitted. The opportunities are when specified destinations have improvement and development and this will create competitive advantage for Etihad Holidays.
The other impacts are increase in the price of oil, change in the climate (global warming), etc. which is possible impacts either affect / destroy specific destinations. The Etihad Holidays destinations are positive and they have good current developments that are not affecting holiday packages.
