Long Drinks
Fish-House Punch 18 Rum and brandy, peach and citrus, sugar and spice. A traditional punch recipe, believed to account for three days missing from George Washingtons meticulously kept diaries! Singapore Sling 17 The original Raffles Hotel recipe, the one before they started making buckets of pre-mix for the tourists! Strong and dry with freshly juiced pineapples, citrus juices, gin and a balance of orange, cherry and Benedictine liqueurs. Rum Swizzle 18 Our house grog rum blend with fresh lime juice, sugar, bitters and falernum (a traditional West Indian whole spice syrup). Swizzled into a devastatingly refreshing cooler in a frozen glass. Seamstress Bloody Mary 18 Every couple has their secrets and in this relationship (thats you dear drinker and the bartender fixing your drink), our Bloody Mary recipe is the proverbial garden shed. It includes tomato juice, thats all were telling... El Diablo 17 1950s California gives us The Devil. Tequila with lime juice, crme de cassis and lengthened with our blended spicy ginger beer, served tall. Silver Fizz 17 The Hayes variation of this timeless drink. Fragrant gin shaken with lemon juice, sugar, whites and a drop of anise. Think old-fashioned lemonade, sherbet and sorbet in a cute little glass spritzed with soda. Penicillin 18 Scotch whisky and a splash of smoky Islay single malt shaken with lemon, honey syrup and spicy ginger juice. A rapidly spreading favourite on cocktail menus around the world. Good for all that ails you. Bartenders Choice 16 Every week we put a new drink up on the board. Something we like, and we think others should be drinking!

Served with a blend of bitters. Pink Lady 17 Just like the apple, juicy, crisp & very pink! Apple brandy and pomegranate syrup shaken with gin, lemon juice and whites. Another old drink that is one of our new favourites. The Tri-fecta 17 Polish vodka, fresh lime, sugar and elderflower cordial shaken with cucumber and mint. A triple hit of fresh flavours combine for a vibrant & racy winner. A trio of Italian liqueurs (Campari, Galliano, Strega) with lemon juice, sugar and whites. Closely related to the Manhattan cocktail, this drink is complex but full of subtlety and flavour. Sands Cocktail 17 Complex, dry and refreshing.
