Steps for Enterprise User- Operator

There are two types of user at enterprise end namely 1. Operator 2. Manager The Operator will prepare the applications. The Manager will authorize the application for submission.

Log in Form
For Login as an Operator follow the steps. 1. Enter User ID in User ID Text box. 2. Enter Password in Password Text box. 3. Click Login button.

Users have to give valid user id and password for login.

Password Changed Form

When a user first time login in the system, System will give this form for scanned and password changed option. Select document type from the list. Browse your signature from your system. Press Save button to scan signature. Enter old, new and confirm password in the text box. Press Change Password button.

Click Save button to save signature.

Click Changed Password button for save

Browse scanned signature and save it.

Download or delete signature

When an Operator will login he/she will get selection form like below: There are three types of permit 1. Export Permit. 2. Import Permit. 3. Sub - Contract Permit.

The Permit Forms have several types of Application. When the operator selects a permit then he/she gets following form

By clicking you can add more information.

Attach supporting document which is

essential.
After fill up all fields you will click submit button.

HS Code
To fill HS Code textbox you have to click on HS Code.

After clicking on HS Code you will get this window for search. You have to give a keyword in the textbox and click submit button then you will get HS Code. Copy the code and put it in HS Code textbox in entry form.

Enter a keyword and Press Submit button.

Steps for Enterprise User- Manager

Checker Queue
After making the application checker will get this application with checking option. At first checker will get application list. He/she will check one more at a time by selecting check box. All of applications will show in the form by a token number which is auto created. New Application: All new submit application and others application will be available in new Application menu New Application main menu contains some sub menu. Which are Export Permit ( New Application) Import Permit (New Application) Sub - Contract Permit (New Application) Export Extension/Cancel ( The export applications which are Extended or Canceled) Import Extension/Cancel ( The export applications which are Extended or Canceled) Export: Contain all applications which are new application, extension applications and Canceled application of Export Permit. Import: Contain all applications which are new application, extension applications and Canceled application of Import Permit. Sub-Contract: Contain all applications which are new application, extension applications and Canceled application of Sub-Contract Permit. Report: Report Generation Form contains report form for generate Report.

Application Queue:
Checker will get all new submit application. Export will show Export form, Import will show Import form and Sub-Contract will show Sub-Contract form.

You can select one more file and can checked at a time Figure 9: Application Queue.

Click on these icon for Update, Check in, Print and Undertaking.

He/she will also get edit, print, application details and undertaking application options.

For Checked
Click Application Edit / Checked icon for checked from application queue. The form will be appeared as bellow:

Click for Delete

Add more information View and Delete supporting documents.

Report Generation Form

Enterprise can see reports for status of all applications by date, permit type, and permit status and Enterprise wise. 1. Press Generate Report button to view report.
