HOW PASSION BECOMES COMPASSION ?

We all know what passion is. But most of us don't know the life of compassion. Compassion is supreme virtue and there is no higher virtue than compassion. We know perfectly well what is passion, because we live in that life. We don't know anything about compassion which is Supreme! The energy which flows through passion can become compassion. Man of today is deluded by his temporary material things and comforts. He is always in a hurry to acquire the mundane things of this world. He never hears his natural voice because he was accustomed to live in the temporal world. The energy when moves through passion moves downwards. It is easy for the energy to move downwards. That is why man is easily excited in sex. Man hankers always for instant pleasure. Through these temporary pleasures man gets only miseries. Inspite of these miseries, man aspires again and again for these pain bringing pleasures. Thus man is deluded and lives with worries. The same energy which we call passion can be converted into compassion wherein supreme joy arises Through meditation this energy becomes compassion. Without meditation this energy remains as passion. Passion is just like a raw material out of which

one can make beautiful things of compassion. What is the use of remaining as a raw material. As a raw material you are neither useful to yourself nor to others and you look ugly. You must become beautiful products of compassion to be useful to all living beings of this world. To convert this passion into compassion you must have love, kindness, sacrificing heart, always sharing with others, a heart of charity etc.... These kinds of positive qualities will convert the passion into the beautiful flowers of compassion which is the Highest Virtue in this world!

WHAT YOU GET THROUGH COMPASSION ?

bondage. It frees you from the wheel of karma, wherein you struck in millions of your previous births. It frees you from the circle of cause and effect which hinders you greatly to realize GOD. Every soul in this world desires consciously or unconsciously for freedom only. Every act of the every individual is to reach this state of freedom. But man never calls it as freedom but he may give some other names for it. Names may differ, but man's ultimate aim is to reach this state of freedom. When you have reached in freedom, your soul has been released from this limited prison world. You become limitless! You become infinite. The state of Freedom cannot be described. No words for it. When you enter into that freedom, you will not be there. Only GOD is! 3. WHAT IS MEDITATION? Many people misunderstand meditation! They call it a method and one must do it in a systematic way. They allot certain time for that meditation just like bathing, eating etc... And afterwards they plunge into their day-today activities. They made this meditation as a daily routine in their daily activities. Meditation is not a thing to be done for certain time and afterwards leaving it. Meditation first of all should be understood properly, Meditation is not concentration. In concentration you exclude all thoughts except the one on which you direct your attention. Concentration is a narrow one. In concentration there is only one object or a thing to

Impossible things become possible through the acts of compassion. What you call impossible in this mundane world becomes possible through your compassionate heart. A heart throbbing with full of compassion, nothing becomes impossible for him.. He becomes so infinite that everything is possible to him. He becomes man of miracle! Compassion does miracles. Miracles do happen through your noble acts of compassion. When you perform an act of compassion, don't expect that some miracle should happen. That expectation will block the way of miracles. Bo your act of compassion for the sake of compassion and forget about It after wards. Don't expect anything. Compassion frees you! It frees you from your

Because we are tapping the wrong source for happiness. After much struggle and wasting our energy, we dig deep pits through our desires to find happiness. Ultimately, we fail to get the same. Why? We are trying to be happy through our mind which is not possible. Whatever ways you try to be happy through your mind you will not succeed! Mind is nothing but bundle of desires. Mind is nothing but your whims and fancies. Mind is nothing but your likes and dislikes. Mind is nothing but your thought flow. You cannot be happy through thoughts! Thoughts create divisions and in those divided things you cannot be happy. Whatever you get through the mind cannot be permanent. Mind gives you only temporal things. Mind is always for gratification of your desires. Either in gratification or in suppressing your desire you cannot be happy. Only when you understand the futility of your desires, a desireless state comes to you. In that state real happiness arises

this cannot be compared with anything of this world. 8. WHAT IS LOVE ? Love cannot be defined because it doesn't belong to the mind! Love is from the heart! Love knows only giving. It doesn't know receiving. Love never hates anything. In love, ego will not be there. When there is ago, love will not be there. In love there is no rules! It always shares, helps and gives to all. LOVE IS GOD! Where there is love, there will be joy! Where there is love. there will be peace, where there is love, there will be silence and in that silence one can feel the Diyine presence! If you love someone, you want to do every thing to that person. But you are unable to do and so you become helpless, in that helplessness, surrender happens! In that surrender a door to divine opens! Love is universal. When your love becomes universal, it is real. When you love all living beings, it is real. Love is a meeting place with God face to face! 9. WHAT IS LUST?

Lust is a devil's quality and that is why it never cares for others and their welfare! Lust cannot be satisfied because it is from EGO In lust one cannot find contentment and peace. It always lives in agitations and tensions. Lust blocks Divinity! Where there is lust, there tensions and anxities are created. It's residence is always in the lowerself and so far one lives in the small self one cannot dream about entering into the Higher self which is supreme! 10. WHY YOU ARE IN STRUGGLE ? Struggle may vary from individual to individual but everybody is in struggle! Struggling in getting success in their efforts Struggle in making continuous efforts day and night to get positive results. Whatever may be the struggle, there is a simple cause for all these struggles. Just watch the incidents and happenings in your own life. If you watch and analyse, you will come to understand that desires are the main cause for all the struggles. Where from these desires arise? They arise from our own ego. It is from our own ego all our struggles arise. Each person's ego has got certain likes and dislikes and according to that one develops desires. To fulfill those desires man makes effort with full of anxieties in his mind about the results. Thus man caught into struggle without knowing the way to come out from that misery. Day by day man goes into deeper side of the

Lust always leads to disaster because is an aggression. Lust means getting. It is one way traffic it doesn't know giving. Lust never thinks about others welfare. It always desires to gratify it's own desires. Lust is utterly selfish and that is why it always meets with misery in the end. In the beginning it thinks it is enjoying the things according to it's plan. But in the end unbearable effects arrive and one suffers.

It may look as a prestige affair. Or it may give you a power through which you can get appreciation and admiration from others. It is thus, this ego plays innumerable number of tricks on us never allowing us to travel on our natural path. 11. HOW AND WHEN TIME DISAPPEARS ?

time is a necessary factor from which we cannot escape! So far when the thought - flow is there, we live with our egos which breathe with time. Ego needs time and space to move and live! When the Ego dies time and space disappears. Ego dies only in the inner journey! That is why our great saints advise us to move in But we are attached to the outside world and that is why we caught into time. When we move inside time disappears. 12. HOW EVERYTHING BECOMES DIVINE ?

TIME has become a most important factor in the outside world! Everything is based or calculated on time. Time has become part and parcel of the present material world. All references refer time only. Time has become important to the outside world. For the inner World, there is no time! Time disappears when one moves in the inner. So far one live with his mind, time becomes an important factor. When you move from your lower self to the higher self time disappears. There is no time and space when you moved to the higher self! So far when we five with our thoughts which are nothing but our past memories and experiences,

Saints say that everything is Divine but we are unable to grasp this fact because of our attachment to this worldly life! This attachment blocks the Divinity. Attachment creates some preconceived notions in you according to your likes and dislikes. These prejudices hides the Reality whet, you look at anything in this world. The very same things can reveal the Divinity if you look at them without any of your previously formed opinion. You must look at them without thinking either of the past and future or without any comparisons and conclusions! You should not bring in your mind because it colours everything and in these colours we lose to see the Reality. When von look at anything with no-mind, every thing becomes Divine! 13.
SECRET TECHNIC OF

TRANSCENDENCE !

We are all breathing with our desires! That is why we live in duality! In duality always the opposites exist! We are tossed here and there in this duality! Duality creates tensions and anxieties. In duality the exists besides you., In duality you exist as you. In duality you exist as ego. This ego plays its tunes on you through desires! Our own desires destroy us. Our desires lead us to death only! Our great men of wisdom have given us secret key to transcend this dual nature of ours. What is that key ? That is AWARENESS! AWARENESS TRANSCENDS THE DUALITY! AWARENESS BRINGS YOU LIGHT! AWARENESS, DRIVES AWAY DARKNESS OF DUALITY ! It paves way to make you realise that you are immortal ! Nothing can shake you in this world! Whatever you do, bring awareness! Whatever thoughts you think, whatever things you speak and whatever act you do, be aware ! Bring this awareness quality in all your activities ! Be a witness! When you observe don't bring your judgments either condemnation or appreciation ! Be a passive observer in your awareness. Finally this awareness transcends your duality and leads towards a state of bliss wherein there are no opposites exist. There is no success and failure, good and bad, pain and pleasure! You transcend both and go beyond these opposites which plays biggest havoc in your life ! Bring awareness which is the secret key of

transcendence! 14. HOW NOT TO FEEL YOUR BODY ?

Every part of the body is connected to the mind ! Mind is the head quarters of the body. Body is nothing but lump of flesh and it cannot be Mind is the passage through which body is felt ! And the moment there is no-mind you cannot feel your body! Mind is the source through which one feels the body and when there is no thought flow how can one feel pain and pleasure of the flesh ? Mind is connected to the whole of the physical body. People who dces't understood this secret suffers pain through the body ! Body is the temple God and it should be kept clean and healthy ! Body is subject to change because it has been made with five elements. As the age advances body becomes decay and meets death ! Body belongs to the temporary material world, and soul belongs to the spiritual world ! Therefore know the art of living with nomind ! It paves way to the higher realms of life ! 15. WHAT IS RIGHT LIVING & WHAT IS WRONG LIVING ?

When one is not total in his acts, that work cannot become whole. Any work becomes whole only when one's totality is in it. Whenever your work is whole it becomes Holy! In that Holiness GOD is! Wherever there is total living. i t i s called RIGHT LIVING ! Wherever there is incomplete (half - hearted) living it is wrong living! When one is absorbed totally in any work that work becomes HOLY ! That is why in BHAGVAD GITA, Lord KRISHNA emphasizes strongly on 'SWADHARMA'. Swadharma means the work in which one should be engaged according to one's nature even though it may be imperfect ! Because imperfections are there in all the works as smoke is there in all the fires. So it is better to do one's own duty according to one's swabhava (nature) even though it may be imperfect rather than doing another's perfectly. But today we consider the earnings only in all our works which bring nothing but misery ! When you are in your 'SWADHARMA' you are in right living. When you are totally involved in your Swadharma, you are travelling towards God and that is the end and goal of our life !

HOW HAPPINESS HAPPENS ?

Today people are not living first of all. They simply exist ! They simply exist just to prolong somehow or other. They live partial life. Whatever they do is not whole ! Their acts are not total.

Happiness is not a product to be purchased from the market! It is within oneself! But that can be felt only when you are true to your nature. When your thinking, talking and doing goes in one single direction without any contradictions happiness happens ! When these three things goes together you will become true. Whenever you are true you will be happy! Also whenever you are doing something, totally absorbed in it, happiness hap pe ns because you are true in it! Whenever you are true you are total ! People search for happiness in the outside world and that is why they acquire their desired objects thinking that happiness lies in them but ultimately they fail miserably to achieve their desired happiness through those objects. Happiness lies not in the outside objects ! It is within you ! It is your nature ! We forget our this very nature of happiness due to our own desires ! Desires hide happiness ! Desires create only tensions and anxities ! We are deluded through our own desires ! Desires lead to death only. All our desires starts from our ego ! When this false self is understood perfectly you are released from the pains of sorrow and you will live in happiness forever! Doesn't believe the outside world because the happiness which you get through them are transient !

Instead of this believe your Inner Self which is supreme through which you become richest man in the world ! 17. WHY YOU FEEL LIMITED ?

God made us as limitless but we made ourselves as limited ! In that limited circle we travel and die. Thus we become always as limited entity. It is a wrong notion ! We say this much can be done or that much can be done. We fix ourselves certain targets to achieve. We forget our immense infinite capacity of achieving quality. We all always accustomed to travel in our habitual routine tracks fixing our limitations in our mind ! Because of this mind you feel finite, limited ! Whatever you conceive in your mind, it is limited, because mind itself is a limited one. So how can you become a limitless entity through mind? It is impossible ! However great may be your achievements through the mind, still they are limited only. Because in this vast infinite space our achievements are nothing but fraction ! Whatever comes out from the whole it becomes limitless ! Why mind is not whole ? Because it lives in duality I In duality your energy is splitted and thus you become fragmented personality ! This is the main cause for your limitation. 18. WHY YOU ARE NOT TOTAL IN

YOUR DOINGS ? Whatever things you do, is not total! Why ? Because, effort cannot become total. Why? All our efforts comes from the mind and whatever things comes through mind cannot be total ! In the effort, the mind thinks about the results of the efforts and desires for fruitful result. Art account of this, a considerable part of the energy goes in that direction. Only a remaining part of the energy is involved in the very effort. Thus only a part of the energy is spent in the effort. So the effort is not total. Thus all our efforts cannot become total. That is why Bhagavat Gita says that one must make effort without expecting the results so that our total energy can be diverted to our effort ! Why should we care for the results? Because we possess certain likes and dislikes in us ! We are not in a let-go attitude. In a let go attitude you never care for anything and you are in a position to accept anything in life. You have no personal whims and fancies in you ! In that let: go attitude only, you are in totality and whatever you do is also becomes total! 19. CAN YOU DESCRIBE GOD ?

When this I is removed, there will be bliss everywhere, that bliss cannot be described in words because it is beyond all descriptions of the human mind. In God everything is possible ! Impossible becomes possible ! Because ordinary human laws doesn't operate on God. His laws are different and nobody can escape from those Eternal laws! 20. WHY YOU MISS GOD ?

God cannot be described ! If at all we describe, that description comes from the tiny part of our mind ! God is omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscient! To know God, it is beyond our human knowledge and effort and it is just like a salt doli

Everybody desires God and they look for Him in the outside world ! We cannot find Him in the outside world. AH our searches becomes futile in the end. Whenever yon desire anything in the outside world, they give only pain in the end. Without knowing this fact man makes continuous efforts to get his desired objects from the outside world and finally in the end he meets with misery only. Then he realises that his fault of searching in the outside world ! Everything is inside of us ! God is inside ! He is

not in the outside ! If he is in the outside, we can go and meet Him as we meet our friends and relatives. God's ways are mysterious ! That is why He is hinding inside of us without our knowledge. Even people who know this, still they look out in the outside world because of their ugly desires for the outside objects! Look within ! You will find Him ! Looking out was the whole point of missing . Looking in, He is there ! Stop your search in the outside world. Go WITHIN ! Start inward journey ! just see what YOU got so far from the outside world? See through your own experience ! Misery is the outcome of the objective world. When you become subjective all miseries vanishes as mist vanishes after rising morning sun! 21. WHAT IS SEX? Sex is a desire to get bodily pleasures through the opposite partner! Sex is a powerful desire and one can overcome this desire if one understands the jitter futility of it ! Sex gives tremendous temporary pleasures. These pleasures never stays and they are all momentary ! After every sex act one wounds himself psychologically ! One wastes his psychic energy. A man who is indulging in sex is a suicidal man. He is destroying his own valuable energy. He is like a man who goes to the market, gives his diamonds and purchases pebbles and comes home thinking that he has done a great bargain ! Sex, it is your energy with tremendous

possibilities hidden in it ! It_is God ! In modern name you can call it as 'intelligence' ! This great energy can be diverted to other channels of one's desire to achieve tremendous success in life ! Don't condemn the sex ! Understand the sex ! Don't suppress it ! Through your suppression you may temporarily feel relieved but at an appropriate time, at will come with extraordinary force and you will be drowned in it! Indulging and suppressing both are wrong acts. Bui be aware of it ! Bring your awareness to it. This awareness leads you to understanding! when once clear understanding happens you go beyond sex I Sex is the first step towards supreme ! So don't condemn it. It has got its own place for progeny! Don't struck up at sex and match forward to reach the Supreme wherein you end all your miseries and live happily for ever ! 22. HOW TO BE REALLY INTELLIGENT?

In this intelligence lies many great ideas which are astonishing ! This great intelligence operates from nomind state ! It doesn't belong to the mind ! For this intelligence nothing is impossible ! This intelligence is like magnet, attracts people towards you ! Many great discoveries were admitted that their discoverers were resulted from their nomind State. It is a mystery among mysteries ! Miracle among miracles ! 23. WHAT YOU GET BY GIVING ?

Many does't know what is real intelligence ! If one has got good memory he will be called as intelligent person. If a student secures good marks, people call him as an intelligent student. If you are possessing great many ideas, you will be called as intelligent person ! These intelligences are not real intelligence. These intelligences are so narrow and limited because it comes from the self! Real intelligence is so vast and wide ! It can achieve anything in this world. Many extraordinary great achievements happen through this intelligence.

In today's modern world, 'GIVING' is entirely forgotten. People always thinking how to get. They lost their giving heart. Mind has become a dominating factor. Mind knows not giving ! It only devices ways cunningly bow to get from others! In giving you expand ! In sharing your heart is enlarged ! Whatever you got, when you give that to others you become nearer to your creator ! Our Lord while creating us has instilled in us the first virtue of sharing ! It is a greatest boon God has bestowed on us Through which we can rejoin with our Lord but due to our ugly selfish desires we travel in the wrong routes inviting miseries in our life ! When a man becomes desireless he comes out of his worries! All desires belongs to the ego ! The state of bliss cannot be described through words ! Because it is beyond words and descriptions. All our descriptions are belongs to the mind ! Bliss is beyond the mind ! That is why mind cannot understand.

Everybody becomes angry in one way or other! Nobody is free from anger. When you are in anger, that anger emits a kind of poison which is mixed with your blood! Ultimately that blood gets spoiled and affects very much your health. Through this many unknown diseases are formed and so you health gets struck with those diseases! Anger spoils everybody and creates serious problems! why this anger comes ? Whenever your ego is hurt you get anger ! When the ego is seriously injured you are very much in anger ! Anger is nothing but your ego trip ! This anger comes in innumerable number of ways through the ego ! Ego is afraid ! It needs security and safety ! That is why great men of wisdom say live in the present! When you live in the present your mind dies ! When the mind dies, DIVINE arises ! Mind is a great hindrance to reach Divine ! 30. WHAT IS WITNESSING ?

Pain comes to us through our pleasures ! Pleasure is the other side of the same coin of pain ! Pleasure and pain are not two separate things but one and cannot be separated ! If you want to lead absolutely painless life then live life absolutely, pleasureless ! They come together in one package. Because we seek pleasures, pains also accompanies with that pleasures ! We seek and accept only pleasures but we don't want to accept pains ! Pains an nothing but the outcome of our pleasures.

People go on changing the outer things and are unable to set right those things to their satisfaction. In whatever way one set rights the outer things, soon it will be changed again ! People again take strenuous efforts to change them. Thus in their life long they spend their lot of precious time in changing the outer things without getting any lasting satisfaction ! Then, how to change outer things ? When one changes inside, outside things automatically changes according to that inner change ! So outer follows the inner as the shadow follows the form ! Therefore first inner change is the most important thing but people give first importance to the outer and that is why they are unable to make a permanent impact. When the inner changes truly, outer also changes automatically. There is no doubt about this fact. Just see in your own life. Therefore concentrate to the inner and make efforts to change your inner and all your outer things changes to your surprise ! 33.

Sex is created by God to procreate. But today's man forgetting this fact indulges in sex for pleasure. So, sex has become a means to pleasure. And in that pleasure seeking game man loses his divinity and becomes a devil ! Although God has given man an extra sense, sixth sense, he is unable to understand the facts about the sex. Sex is divine if you use it correctly and rightly. If it is used in the wrong way it becomes devil and sucks the blood and invite untold sufferings in life ! Inspite of the sufferings man has not changed his ways of life ! Because once a sex habit is formed it is very difficult to leave it because sex desire is very powerful! Don't condemn the sex but understand the sex! Understanding leads to go beyond sex. Suppression or indulgence, both are wrong routes and destroys us! God has provided a sample of bliss in the final act of sex so that man can understand and change himself! In climax stage of sex, your thoughts cease and your mind dissolves - for a few seconds of course ! In that period you are no longer a mind. You become no-mind ! That no-mind stage gives you the glimpse of bliss ! 34. WHAT YOU WITNESSING ? GET THROUGH

Witnessing changes your entire personality ! Through witnessing you become a new man i Witnessing changes your life completely ! Witnessing means choiceless awareness ! You simply be a witness to all your thoughts, talks and arts without any condemnation or appreciation. Choicelessly aware whatever passes through your mind without saying this is good and that is bad ! In the same way when you talk and act, just simply go on observe the things as a witness! In witnessing, the opposites fight against each other, kill each other and both will die. When the opposites disappear, you become a new being and start living a new way of life which is entirely different from the previous one! When you advance in your witnessing you will come to know at one stage who is this witnesser ! You will clearly know that WITNESSER IS GOD ! Through witnessing our problems are dissolved ! No further problems will arise. When you solve a problem through mind, you create another problem, whereas in witnessing problems are not solved but dissolved once for all ! You become free from all problems! Witnessing gives you freedom and for that freedom only we search in the wrong places through wrong ways and ultimately we suffer without finding that freedom. Understand, this fact and start witnessing to invite freedom wherein you can become one with the Supreme!

HOW TO GET CONTACT WITH HOLY ONES ?

Holy ones even after their death live in this world but they may not be physically visible to our eyes One will be fortunate if he gets contact with Holy ones! In that contact one's life is transformed ! How to get this contact ? You can have contact with Holiness if you are silent, innocent and moving inward ! You must be silent, without any agitations and anxieties in your mind. A silent mind paves the way to have contact with the Holy ones. Secondly you must be innocent. Your innocence is counted, not how much knowledge you possess ! Knowledge becomes an obstruction. More knowledge means more egoism in you and that will not help you. So one InusTbe innocent. Thirdly, we are all having the tendency to move outwards. Outward movements will not help us. Inward movement is counted not your so called outward activities which brings nothing but misery. Once you got a contact with Holy ones your whole life will be transformed very easily. Once this connection happens you become a magnetic personality and you will attract the crowds !

36. HOW TO END ALL YOUR PROBLEMS? Nobody lives without problems in this world. Everybody is having one problem or the other. Each has got a different kind of problem. But no man lives without any problems. Problems makes them worry. Every body desires to live without problems. Then how to end all you problems ? You are feeling that "YOU ARE" that is the problem. When you are not, the problem is nut. When you are not, you are God Himself! When you are existing as an ego you are facing multi various problems. When you are not as an ego, problems end. Ego is the problem. Ego is the monster which creats the problem. When there is no form, where will be the shadow ? Even so, when there is no ego, there is no problem ! Ego doesn't leave so easily ! On the other hand it tells us that it is all absurd philosophy. It gives us cunning replies which at sometimes may be soothing to us. We got a strong desire to exist ourselves and that is why we accept it's suggestions to suffer later. Ego suggests innumerable number of ways to us because it wants to exist The beauty is that we forget the fact we exist as ego ! When the ego dies, first time you live in God! Unless the ego is dropped, you cannot end all your problems ! 37. WHY YOU ARE IN MISERY?

People all over the world sail in the ocean of misery! Most of them don't know the way to come out from those miseries. Miseries are nothing but outcome of the mind. Mind plays biggest havoc in our life. For this purpose doi't condemn the mind, understand its ways and nature. Mind leads to misery when it becomes the master of you. When the same mind becomes a servant misery will not be there. Mind is material and whatever it creates it is subject to change and decay. Believing and depending upon this mind we ruin our life and ultimately we are in the pit of worries. Mind is full of desires. Wherever there is desire there is tension and anxiety. Although in the beginning, the desire may look so nice but ultimately that leads to misery. Our own desires are the cause for our miseries. Our desire leads to devil and death. Therefore, come out of the mind and live your life without any desires so that your life becomes peaceful and joyful without any miseries !

Yoga means to unite. Unite with whom ? Unite with God ! We are separated from God and that is why we are in misery ? Therefore, yoga is a process of unification with God. All our miseries ends when that complete unification with God happens! Yoga thinks in terms of duality. Tantra says there is no duality. The world and God are not separate. The important thing in Tantra is Awareness. Tantra says indulge but BE AWARE ! Tantra says no fight! Then there is no possibility of age ! If you fight then the ego will be there. If you fight you are bound to create an ego! For tantra everything is holy; nothing is unholy ! Awareness is the important factor in tantra. Through awareness everything will be transformed. If you are aware anger is transformed. It becomes compassion! When sex is transformed, it becomes love! Yoga has appeal, easy appeal because of our disturbed minds! Yoga has appeal for head centered persons ! Mind is very much interested in the effort and the same depends upon its effort alone. So yoga has appeal to the modern minds.

40. HOW TO CONVERT ANGER INTO COMPASSION AND SEX INTO LOVE? Today man is caught into powerful things, one is anger and another is sex. Sex suffers an account of these, and struggles to be free from these two things. Man desires to live in freedom. When he struck up into these things, how can he live in freedom ? Freedom is when you are free from all things ! The energy which acts as anger and sex can be converted into compassion and love! When you are in anger, just be aware, just become a witness to your anger, then the energy, passes through anger becomes compassion ! In the same way, when yon bring your awareness to your sex, the same is converted into love and you become new man to the surprise of others. Awareness eliminates you miseries and brings you joy. Be aware in whatever you do, speak and think, all your, darkness flies away. Awareness is light! When you bring the light, how can darkness stay? Only when you are unaware, you live in darkness. In that darkness you suffer with so many problems and miseries. Bring the light of awareness because you live in darkness. In that darkness of ignorance you feel you that to face many things which actually doesn't exist ! Only when you bring the light, through that light you will come to know that they are no problems and miseries exist. Only in your darkness you felt that they exist and you are worried for the same. When the light comes you laugh at yourself for having lived in darkness with so many unreal things ! 41. HOW TO LIVE WITHOUT SUFFERINGS?

Suffering has become a part and parcel of our life ! Everybody is suffering. Why this suffering ? Because man lives a life of choice ! This choice only brings suffering ! Choice brings suffering ! You require a particular thing and so develop a particular choice and when it doesn't materialize you suffer, When the things go against your particular choice you are disturbed and suffer. Many ruin their life through these sufferings. Then how to live without suffering ? The only way to exist without suffering, you have to live without choice ! This choice only brings heavy disturbance in man!s life; Through this disturbance man is dislocated. In that dislocation man loses his mental balance and thus he becomes victim to many diseases ! Live your life without any choice. Live choiceless life ! In that choiceless life, secrets are hidden ! "If you taste that choiceless life you will know what it is he joy which you derive through your choiceless life, cannot be described. You yourself must know it. To know it live the choiceless life ! 42. HOW TO STOP YOUR DESIRES ?

Everybody is breathing with their desires. Having known those desires bring only misery everybody try to stop their desires abruptly without any success ! Nobody can stop their desires in that way. You cannot stop desire; you can only understand it ! In the very understanding is the stopping of it ! Don't try to stop your desires because you fail entirely through that way. Instead,

understand those desires ! What they brought to you so far in life. Did they brought any permanent satisfaction or joy to you ! In that very understanding automatically desires stop and drop away from you! Desires breed and bring only misery. Desires complicate the things. Desires lead to devil! Desires never lead us to enlightenment! On the other hand desires obstruct Divinity! Your understanding must be real and complete. If real understanding happens in you, you will start leading a desireless life wherein you will breath only with joy ! A desireless life is joyful life for which everybody is hungry but they follow the wrong routes and fail miserably ! Understand clearly the pit falls of your desires and start leading a desireless life wherein you cannot have any misery ! 43. WHAT IS HELL?

Sorrows strikes us through our attachments ! Attachments attach us to sorrows. Sorrows are nothing but the other side of the attachment ! Attachment brings us sorrows ! Attachment breeds and develops sorrows ! In that sorrows we are drowned and worried without knowing to come out from those sorrows ! The best remedy to come out from the sorrows is to leave off attachments ! Leave your attachments and sorrows leaves off automatically ! Attachments never brings you happiness and on the other hand it develops various kinds of fears and in those fears you never get your freedom. When there is no freedom, there is no meaning of life ! Freedom alone brings you joy ! In freedom alone there will be no sorrows and worries ! Freedom gives you fuller life ! Therefore be detached from your attachments

Everybody knows that hell is a suffering place ! Nobody desires suffering. When suffering comes we fear and try to come out of those sufferings ! How can a shadow be separated from the form ! Every action brings its own reaction ! What is this hell ? We think the hell is somewhere in the distance and we reach it after our death. It is a mistaken notion. It is mentioned as a fact just to create fear in man not to do bad things to others. Hell is nothing but ego ! Your ego is your hell ! hell ! The ego is the door to misery ! So far when you live with your ego, you live in hell. Whatever things the ego does, ultimately all of them lead to misery. Try to see the path you have travelled so far. If you analyse honestly without any

Therefore understand that so far thoughts reside in us we cannot be nearer to God ! Only when thoughts stop we become THAT ! But one should not try to stop or suppress thoughts ! When real understanding arises thoughts stop automatically! 49. WHAT IS EGO AND DESIRE ?

They became total failures. God cannot be reached through efforts. AH our efforts are to make us understand that our efforts are futile. Only by Grace one reaches God ! God cannot be sought through one's own efforts ! It is impossible ! All our efforts lead to effortlessness! Transformation happens, when one utterly surrenders to God. But don't come to conclusion and think that surrender is easy. Our mind is the main cause ! When one goes beyond his mind, things start happening on its own accord ! Surrender is the best route for transformation.

In that surrender also, there should not be any expectation for any reward or anything. If there is any expectation, then it is not real surrender! Therefore, if one wants real transformation, a real surrender is necessary. If you really surrender, you will be transformed ! 57. HOW TO KNOW GOD ?

Consciousness is nothing but 'You' as the experiencer, the observer, the chooser, the censor, and the will ! When these things end voluntarily and happily without any hope of reward, you become pure consciousness without any 'you' in that! When the 'You' enters into consciousness as the observer, the chooser, the experiencer all misery starts ! From this point only, confusion starts in our

We use the others as a means towards our ends. This is the main reason for our conflicts and enmity ! We never consider the others as ourselves but we always think the other as separate. Without our knowledge it becomes bigger and splits our personality to lead us towards destruction ! This is what is happening today ! Although man has provided an extraordinary sixth sense, he misses the greatest opportunity to lead a beautiful life without conflicts and enmity! He always lives in tensions and anxieties without knowing the beauty of bliss ! Don't use the other as a means because it spoils joy of your life! 62. HOW TO MEET THE TOTAL ? When, one exhausts all efforts to fulfill and

fails utterly a state comes wherein he becomes powerless and helpless ! He himself doesn't know what he must do and Where he stands ! For him, there is nobody and no one to help. When this state comes one is unable to breathe and in this state only he meets the TOTAL ! You can meet the TOTAL only when you feel yourself to be totally powerless, helpless, no one and nobody to help ! This is breath taking state in which one meets TOTAL ! It is just like taking another birth! When difficulties and suffering comes one hates and instead of that one must understand that those sufferings are blessing in disguise ! Those sufferings converts into Divinity ! Instead of worrying about those suffering, one must understand those sufferings and feel grateful to God for sending those sufferings to divert attention to God ! To meet the TOTAL, you must totally surrender to the Supreme ! In that surrender there should not be expectation. If there is any expectation, your surrender is not total and so you cannot meet the TOTAL! Even the expectation of meeting the TOTAL should not be there! To meet the TOTAL your total helplessness counts! Not your knowledge, not your so called intelligence that counts to meet the TOTAL. Whatever you do, yo ur tots lity that counts !' In whichever act you engage you must be totai in it!

Whenever you are total in any act, you become whole and that whole becomes holy ! 63. WHY LIFE SUFFERING ? APPEARS TO BE A

LIFE appears to be a suffering to almost all people. It is because they imprisoned in a cage ! When one is imprisoned in a cage it is a breath taking experience. When one is imprisoned in ego, life appears to be a suffering : Suffering comes through your ego ! Ego makes everything as complicated ! It always lives in challenges and invites miseries ! It always makes continuous efforts to fulfill its ugly desires in this world. It always follows the wrong route to get happiness and ultimately fails in its efforts ! It never keeps quiet I It always Wants one thing or the other ! Nobody reached God through ego ! On the other hand it becomes a great hindrance to reach God ! .. Don't follow the path of your ego ! It leads to difficulties and sufferings although it may look rosy in the beginning! The beauty is it never makes you realise that you are in ego! We are unaware of its existence and it plays wonderfully in subtle ways on our life! Aware of this ego and its ways so that your life will not appear to be a suffering!

When the form exists, there will be shadow ! When there is shadew, there it automatically goes without saying that form exists. When there is no form how can the shadow exist ?

When there is no thinker how can thoughts exist ? When the thoughts -are not there, thinker will be absent! Thinker exists so far the thought-flow is there ! When that thought - flow is not there, the thinker cannot exist! When the Experiencer is not there who will experience? All experiences evaporates in REALITY! When the REALITY happens "You" doesn't exist as ego ! Your ego disappears ! In that disappearance, Light appears ! 68. WHAT IS COMPASSION ?

When one is successful and sails in comforts and luxuries, one doesn't develop the

Mind is a great river and if you use it constructively and beneficially it becomes a great utilitarian which enriches our life materially! In your small head there are seventy million cells, and each cell can carry atleast one million pieces of information ! No computer has yet been developed which can be compared to your mind ! An ordinary mind can contain all the libraries of the world ! You must understand the ways of the mind!

When you understand it you can become a master of it, then you can ride on it for whatever you want in life ! When you have not understood it, you become servant of it and it rides on you and that is why there is so much chaos and confusion in life! When you become master of your mind you become a master of this world ! An extraordinary power develops in you and you must utilize that power for the good of the mankind. Complete disappearance of the mind is moksha ' When the mind is ceased you are in moksha ! When you are not, you are in moksha! Thinking is not going to lead you to Reality ! A non-thought - awareness is required ! Mind is the disturbance and it never allows you to know the Real! Mind is the faculty of the unreal. Whatsoever appears

To get this peace, today's man tries through so many wrong routes due to his ignorance and ultimately fails ! Due to these failures he loses his mental balance and suffers very much ! Peace resides in a contended heart ! when this contentment is not there, one cannot get peace! Enjoy wherever you are, be grateful for whatever you have. Be satisfied with your present lot. Don't weep for the things you don't have. Whatever may be your present circumstances and wherever you are placed in life, be satisfied and thank God for having that much. Don't murmur comparing yourself with those having a lot ! This comparison brings pain and discontentment! When there is discontentment , peace will not be there ! Even if you possess all the things which you aspire, you won't get peace unless you have contentment! Contentment is the greatest jewel on this

mother earth ! There is no more worthy thing in this earth. Be happy with your present life and reside in peace which is the ultimate aim of life ! 74, WHICH BRINGS YOU FREEDOM ?

The real thing is that he cannot be happy for eves with his achievements and the eternal joy comes only in freedom! Till such time we are incomplete and cannot be in a contended state ! In freedom alone there is joy ! !n freedom alone there is no misery ! In freedom alone soul shines! In freedom alone man becomes complete ! In freedom there are no worries arid tensions. In freedom there is no anxieties of tomorrow ! In freedom only joy abides and for that joy only man takes innumerable number of births !

When the mind is chattering how can silence enter ? Min J is always occupied with one desire or the other ! If anybody describes the silence, then that shows that they are not in silence! In silence your individual consciousness merges with Universal consciousness! That is why the experiencer is not there ! When there is no self, there will be no chaos around you. Only silence surrounds you ! 76. HOW ALONENESS COMES TO YOU ?

Mind is not one. Mind is the product of many. In mind, we put together many things. What is put together cannot be ALONE ! ALONENESS is not the result of thought !

When you live in thoughts you live in hell ! Thoughts are great hindrance to live in heaven ! When there are no thoughts you are in heaven ! Don't believe and don't take it as granted. If you know who you are all your sufferings vanishes as the mist vanishes as soon as the sun rises. You are immersed so much in your worldly activities, thinking always in terms of achieving this and that to end your miseries! Your miseries will not end in that way! It is wrong understanding! You may end one misery in your achievement temporarily but you don't know the fact that you already sown the seeds of

When Grace descends on you, you become a new man I It looks as if you have taken a second birth. You will be so attractive and others will come to you. You become a human magnet! 87. TO WHOM WISDOM AND TRUTH COMES? Today, people give so much importance to knowledge. Every bit of knowledge is not left off. Modern men are very much interested in acquiring knowledge. The more he acquires, he thinks he knows more. His ego becomes larger in size. More knowledge leads to more confusion only. Man has not understood this fact and that >s why he suffers. More knowledge leads him to say that he knows everything. Knowledge never brings WISDOM fails to get rid off- that habit which he doesn't desire to continue. When you struggle to erase a bad habit, you give more power and force to it and thus you cannot get rid off it! Then, what is the best way to end the bad habits ?

Grace comes in a mysterious way ! People who makes streneous efforts will not be getting and that is why some were dejected in life ! People who doesn't think ever about God will be getting grace sometimes in a mysterious way ! Nobody can say on whom and at what time it will descend ! But there is one fact which can be said here. All one can do is surrender .! When one utterly surrenders without even expectation of grace, God bestows His Grace on him. When once the habits are formed it is very difficult to leave them. As the days; pass they make a permanent residence in your mind. Thus it becomes hard to leave them ! To erase one habit man struggles against it thinking that he can leave that habit. Whv do we make an effort ? We all make ambition, to fulfil a desire, to avoid a fear, to gain something and that is why we make an effort! The urge of our ambition pushes us in the field of effort! We want to gain something through our effort due to so many reasons. To achieve ambition, to fulfill a desire, to avoid a fear, to gain prestige, power and money etc, we make efforts ! All these efforts are belongs to the ego ! It is the ego purses us to the front to compare with others and comples us to make efforts in the name of service, prestige, power, success, name and fame etc. Wherever there is an effort, there is ego ! Efforts cannot cease till the ego is there ! Where there is ego only misery exists as its shadow ! The highest state of inaction is the action of the Truth ! The inaction must come naturally. It should not be cultivated. When cultivated it becomes artificial. Artificiality belongs to the ego ! To become a non - ego is also the part of the ego! Be aware of its ways. It acts in many subtle ways just to down us.

In freedom alone flowering happens ! When you ruin your freedom you ruin your life ! Freedom is utmost necessity and without it, life has no meaning! Today, you find people pledge their precious freedom for trivial things! They pledge diamonds to bring pebbles! They do not know the values of it and simply they exist with their animal passions ruining their life without knowing the way to live in freedom! How you destroy your freedom ? Your identification destroys your freedom ! Just see yourself how you act In the outside world through identification. It is through identification you discard your freedom! When you identify yourself with the outside objects or with your people, or with your business or job, you lose your freedom ! This identification brings only misery and nothing else ! You identify with your body as if your body is yourself ! This wrong notion creates chaos in your life ! Don't identify yourself with anything because you are not the body ! You are not your mind ! You are not your intellect. You are THAT IMPERISHABLE ! Forget not this ! Aware of this fact always and don't lose your freedom !

You are living in misery because there is no understanding arisen in you ! People spend their whole fife without understanding themselves and thus they ruin their precious life. When understanding is there you get clarity! In understanding all unwanted things drops away from yon but lack of understanding only pushes you in the pit of worries and tensions! Then, what prevents the understanding of yourself! Condemnation, justification or comparison prevents the understanding of yourself! You have to understand the complex entity, which is you! Your condemnations, justifications and comparisons prevents understanding ! Don't condemn, compare and justify ! Instead ask yourself who is this entity who condems or compares ! I* is your complex entity evaluated the things according to its likes and dislikes. When that 'you' is not there, who will be there to evaluate the things ? When understanding your complex entity you will be freed from all sorrows and pains ! 92. HOW TO BE CLOSER TO GOD ?

People who follow the routes of others will become carbon copies ! People who have no courage will follow masses just to reap the misery ! People are conditioned and naturally they fear to follow the adventurous route ! They forget their individualities ! Each individual has got a unique capacity ! Forgetting this, man lives just like machines and thus he caught into the rut without knowing how to get out! This is the present sad state of affairs ! When you follow somebody you become second rate ! Find out your own individuality, your own nature and follow the same! The more you search your own way, the closer you will be to God! Be bold enough to follow your individual route. Find out your God given capacity and follow in which it is interested! God has given you an individual route and find out with patience to allow the same to end your destiny! God has given each individual a route (individual nature) and according to that nature and interest one must young age in the work so that he can wipe out his destiny for which he has taken this birth ! You will be closer to God when you follow your own INNER nature! 93. WHERE TO FIND THE TREASURE HOUSE KEY ?

We are unable to find out the key which unlocks the treasure house wherein you will find everything ! We are missing this key. How to find out this key ? Our consciousness flow in two ways -outwards or inwards ! When it flows in the outwards we get miseries ! We live with fear, tension and anxieties when it flows in the outwards ! That is what is happening to most of us because of our leading outward life ! Great masters say - "LOOK WITHIN, YOU WILL FIND THE KEY I THE TREASURE, IS THESE ! EVERYTHING IS THERE ! But we have no habit of looking inwards. That Is why desires develop in us to become something ! We already possess everything In us. We have forgotten this great fact due to the cloud of desires and attachments! Forget not to look within! Therein lies all secrets! Therein lies all treasures! Therein lies everything! Therein lies all joys! Therein lies all Bliss! When you go inwards all problems will be dissolved ! Problems exist so far when you lead an outward life. Outward life is miserable life. Don't continue it if you want peace and happiness ! Enough is enough. Start a life of inward and you open a new bright chapter in your life !

Love is not commodity to be purchased in the market ! Love is not commercial ! if it belongs to commercial category many would have reached to God ? Many people doesn't know what is 1 ve. They simply live their life and they think they are living their life with love! Love is where mind is not ! When you are not love is ! Love will not expect anything from anybody ! It has no expectations and motives ! It will simply pour its beauty and fragrance whosoever comes in front of it! In worldly love people live with expectations! In sexual life also people love each other because for each ether gratification ! Those love bring only misery in the end. In those love ego exists and it is not really love but people call it as love! Love happens only, when you are not there ! Love happens only when you are surrendered to existence! Love knows only one thing and that is 'giving'! It cannot differentiate between good and bad but it will go on sending its bliss to one and all! 'IT IS GODLY! IT IS NOT WORLDLY! When love is there, no meditation is necessary! Love is enough to take you on the other side of the shore ! in love everything becomes blissful and

97. HOW TO GAIN GOD? To gain God is not an easy thing ! To gain God you have to lose yourself and you will have to lose all! "When God comes nearer, you will have to face tremendous difficulties in life which you never imagined! If you want to lead a comfortable and securable life, forget gaining God ! If you want God, all your securities will go away ! All things will be taken away from you ! If Reality tries to absorb you, it will look like death ! It is worth possessing God rather than possessing other vanishing things! Seek the ETERNAL to live in joy for ever ! Instead of seeking the trivial mundane things which gives nothing but sufferings later, why not man seek God to live in Eternal joy ! Man is deluded through his five senses and lives in the dream world thinking that they are real ! But in the end he comes to know that they are illusory! It is late realisation! It he brings the very same understanding earlier he will gain God and live in joy without any miseries ! 98. WHERE IS GOD ?'

It is very difficult that one cannot swallow the ocean ! In the same way one cannot make the camel to pass through eye of the needle ! But dropping one's thoughts is much more difficult than those mentioned hi the above ! Dropping the thoughts is surgical ! It is not so easy as one thinks but it is not impossible i It is breath taking one ! People who are accustomed to live in the worldly life will feel very much difficult because they live in surface ! They do not know K anything about real deep life ! To drop thinking there are two possiblities : either MEDITAION or LOVE ! In meditation your thoughts drop away ! When you start aware of your thoughts, when you start witnessing your thoughts, they drop away ! This is suitable for the head oriented people! You have to decide according to your nature! When you drop thoughts you live in BLISS and for which we make all sorts of efforts in all sorts of ways night and day and utterly fail in the end because we tap the wrong door!

Man seeks happiness through so many ways ! But the happiness which he gets in the mundane world is momentary and he is worried again to gain that happiness ! Thus he never touches the real happiness ! Real happiness arises when you are in tune with Reality ! Happiness is a harmony between you and the REAL ! When you have healthy relationship with your God, you will have happiness ! When that is affected you will not be happy ! This relationship is affected through your narrowness, jealousy, hatred, passion and other evil qualities ! Avoid these petty things to develop good relationship with God ! If you are not happy think that you are wrong somewhere and you must be going away from Reality! We live in this materialistic world just to satisfy our little ego to reap the rich harvest of miseries later ! Ego doesn't allow you to have good relationship with God ! It diverts your attention h so many ways through its cunning suggestions ! Act from your heart so that you can have a good relationship with God I For this relationship, have love, sympathy, kindness in your heart towards ail living beings !

Man searches God in so many ways. But his search ends in failure. People search Him as if he is somewhere far from them I First of all they must

know that God is the world. God has become the world ! When he has become the world, He lives in all living beings! When one helps to any living being in any corner of this world in whatever form, that service really goes to God! When one understands this fact, naturally a love develops in one's heart! When there is love in one's heart, that man will always feel the others sufferings as if his own and render all possible help. When he sees others sufferings, he cannot tolerate and immediately he will offer his service to wipe out their sufferings. He cannot tolerate any kind of violence to any living beings! Because his heart is full of love! Where there is love, there God is! That is why Mahatma Gandhi said he prefers to say that "Love is God, rather than God is love" God is where love is! So one need not search for God! Whenever one performs any act of love that act itself becomes God! Many without knowing this fact groups in the darkness for God! Be in LOVE so that you can be in God! Render all possible help to any suffering living being! See the God in those suffering beings and give all possible help! In giving help to those suffering souls you receive God!

99. HOW TO BECOME MATURE? People generally say that maturity comes in old age! What is the use when it comes in the old age! That doesn't serve the purpose! Moving as per one's own understanding is the only way to grow and become mature! If you are looking at somebody to dictate to you to decide for or against you will never be able to know what your life is! It has to be lived and you have to follow your own small light! It is not always certain what to do. You are very confused. Let it be so! But find a way out of your confusion! It is very cheap and easy to listen to others because they can handover dead dogmas to you, they can give you commandments "do this, don't do that"! God is living in your heart and if you are sincere in your approach, He will guide you! Take His guidance and follow accordingly. That is the only way to grow and become mature! You must be bold enough to walk in His route! When God is with you, why you need others commandments! Turn to your God and lead your life according to His wishes! Don't dance according to the tunes of others because that doesn't lead you to the source. Have guts in your heart and follow your own path taking God as your partner!

100. HOW TO BECOME FEARLESS? Throughout the world fear exists in man's mind! Some people may say they have no fear. Their statement of 'no fear' comes out of fear only. When one has got fear, one will not achieve anything great. This fear obstructs. This fear becomes a great hindrance in the path. Fear leads you to failure. With fear you cannot become TOTAL! Through your fears you waste a part of your precious energy. You may not know this fact. This fear pushes you downwards in life! Then, how to become fearless? First of all why this fear comes? Possessions create fear in you! Possessions bring fear! You become anxious to guard it! So fear arises in guarding it. If you are having this non-possessive attitude, you become fearless! In fearless you can render great service to the society and the nation! Great many things can be achieved if you are not having any fear in you! Fear not! March boldly! Care not the pitfalls! Move with God! Nothing can obstruct you! 101. WHAT IS PRAYER? Generally people misunderstood prayer! They

think, prayer means asking God this and that. A real devotee will not ask anything from God! He leaves everything to God to decide and to grant him anything as He wishes! When he handed over everything to God, he has no likes and dislikes. Prayer is not saying something to God! On the contrary, it is listening to God! A real prayer has nothing to suggest to God except a deep gratitude! A Man of prayer simply sends his thanks to God for whatsoever God has given to him! He simply accepts in whatever situation God places him for which he always sends his prayers!
