What would you think if something you drink can help you in your daily life? There must be various type of what you drink but is it gave benefits to your health? There a lot of the articles written by health specialists regarding what they found in their research about coffee.

Today I would like to share with all of you about what can coffee do to our health.

BODY I. Health benefits that coffee will help us. A. Coffee reduces the risk of diabetes. 1. Researchers from the UCLA School of Public Health have shown that women who drink at least four cups of coffee a day are less than half as likely to develop diabetes as non-coffee drinkers. 2. Type 2 diabetes is onset with insulin resistance, an abnormal reaction of muscle, fat and liver cells to the insulin hormone that carries glucose from the blood stream to them. 3. The research shows substances in coffee such as, the caffeine, the phenolic compounds, the minerals and vitamins ,and the fibers may have a role in regulating the glucose metabolism but there is no which substance is the main role in reducing the risk.

B. Gallstone may be prevent by coffee. 1. Men who drink two to three cups of coffee a day have a 4% lower risk of developing gallstones than those who do not drink coffee regularly, and men who drink four or more cups a day have a 45% lower risk, according to a new study conducted by Dr Michael Leitzmann and colleagues at the Harvard School of Public Health. 2. The caffeine in coffee is thought to stimulate gallbladder contractions and lower the cholesterol concentrations in bile. 3. Others beverage that found to have caffeine, did not show the same reaction as the caffeine from coffee.

C. Coffee helps to reduce headache. 1. When we are having headache, the blood vessel around the brain are contracting and wider. 2. So, caffeine in coffee help reducing the headache by causing it to tighten the blood vessel and that mean the pressure to the has been reduced for the pain. 3. Ibuprofen, the common painkiller used is more active against headaches when combined with caffeine.

CONCLUSION I. II. As we know, coffee is a good beverage and easy to find. In expectations, I hope that peoples will start thinking back that coffee is not that only has a few possibility of harm to certain people but give more benefits to our health.
