Today my site supervisor Mr. Nouman Baig told me about the interview importance, necessary requirements and the procedure for the interview. He also told the factors that can affect the interviewer and interviewee during interview. He gave an assignment in which I will take an interview of Mirza Raheem Baig who is an arms and animation dealer in Gujranwala. For interview appointment I called Mr. Raheem. Appointment time is Saturday 01:00 pm. Today Mr. nouman transferred me from PTCL regional office to PTCL Customer Service Center Trust Plaza Gujranwala for three weeks. I joined Customer Service Center and Mr. Riaz OSS manger introduced me with other staff of customer service center and told me my duties that I will perform during my stay in OSS. Today I appointed on reception counter to deal with the customers who came with complaints and to get information about products and services of PTCL. I deal with 15 to 20 customers. Today I was also on reception counter to deal with the customers.

Today I was appointed for record maintaining of the customer who made complaints, purchased new PSTN, Broadband or Restored their numbers. Today I was also on same duty of record maintaining. Today duty was same of record maintaining. I did my duty till 12:45 pm and then I went to meet Mirza Raheem Baig to take interview. I came back 2:30 PM after more than one hour discussion with Mr. Raheem Baig.

I took a lecture on importance, necessary requirements and procedure of interview I transferred from regional office to Customer Service Center I appointed on reception for customer dealing for new products and complaints I appointed for record maintaining I took an interview of Mr. Raheem Baig
Challenges2
Direct customer dealing was a difficult task but I took that task very easy and enjoyed because I have full knowledge of products and services The behavior and personality knowledge fully help me in customer dealing according to their behavior and their expectation I provided the information to the customers according to their requirements because I had learnt about the segmentation and need analysis My colleague in Customer service center guided me to handle the complaints
Learning Outcomes3
I learnt about the professional interview procedure and which factors affect the interviewee and interviewer I learnt how customer can be satisfied through providing detail and clear information How much clear communication is important for the customer satisfaction and to increase sale I learnt the record maintaining procedure and major requirements
