automates the distribution of monthly payroll reports using SQL-RD from ChristianSteven Software
When BaxterStorey needed to ensure the timely delivery of monthly payroll reports for over 9,000 employees at hundreds of different locations it turned to SQL-RD from ChristianSteven Software. requirement we were manually extracting the data from our payroll system, reformatting it in Microsoft Excel and then manually

delivered in a timely and consistent way. After the initial conguration it has just got on with it, which has allowed us to focus on more strategic issues as well as automating other processes. Following the success of the payroll system the team quickly identied another application for automation. David continues, We have a number of locations using a telephone-based system to report sales gures and other information. This data is captured in an SQL database, and then on a weekly basis we were manually extracting and reformatting using Microsoft Excel and emailing individual reports back out to the management team. Using SQL-RD we have been able to fully automate this process, so that it now runs every week without intervention. This has saved us even more time and cost. The software was very intuitive, but what impressed me most was the responsive nature of the support and service, my questions and issues were resolved very quickly.
