INTERNATIONAL RELOCATION LOVE STORY CONTEST

Submit your international relocation love story. Your story can take any form a video, written document, a blog posting, a slideshow, whatever. Submit your story by 11:59 p.m. PDT on January 15, 2012 for your chance to win! Here are the rules and guidelines: 1. ANYONE who moved ANYWHERE international (defined as from one country to another country AND requiring a passport when applicable) and met their spouse or significant other while living abroad and fell in love. 2. Your love story may be submitted in video, written, audio, slideshow or storyboard format. You may also come up with your own way of telling your story so feel free to be creative! 3. Your story must be accessible via a public link that you send us on your entry form. 4. Story MUST be submitted by the person who moved NO STORIES ACCEPTED from moving companies or businesses! 5. NO COMPANY PROMOTIONS or mentions of any moving company, agent, or service provider can be made in any story; 6. NO EMPLOYER company names may be included without the EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION of a transferees employer.

Submission Period Starts: November 1, 2011 @ 12:00 AM (PDT) Submission Period Closes: January 15, 2012 @ 11:59 PM (PDT) Viewer Voting Starts: January 15, 2012 Viewer Voting Ends: February 1, 2012 Winner Announced: February 14, 2012 (Valentines Day!) Prizes: First Place will receive an iPhone 4S and the top 5 winners will each receive a Kogeto DOT.

OFFICIAL RULES: How to Enter/Eligibility: To enter, each contestant must complete the contest entry form located on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/RSIRELO.movemangroup under the Video Contest tab. Contestants must acknowledge having read the contest official rules. Only one (1) entry per person or email address may be submitted. Video entries must: Focus on official theme Clock under 3 minutes in length* Be completed in English Have a PG sensitivity Have a file size less than 1024 M* Must be received no later than 11:59 PM (PDT), January 15, 2012 Only entries uploaded electronically to YouTube*, personal blog or other website in accordance with these rules will be eligible for consideration. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized accountholder of the email address submitted at the time of the entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Contest is open to all individuals and organizations, except employees of RSI Relo Inc., any affiliate organizations, its advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families of the foregoing employees. Entries must be original to entrant and not be submitted to or published by any other publication. By submitting entry to YouTube, entrant represents full rights to upload video content and that uploading video content to YouTube will not violate or infringe the rights of any third person, including but not limited to, rights in copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights. Winning entries may be published in any medium by RSI Relo Inc., or its affiliate organizations, without additional compensation to winner. Entries cannot be acknowledged and become the property of RSI Relo Inc. upon receipt. Submission of entries constitutes permission for RSI Relo Inc., or its affiliate organizations, to publish entry in any medium and use entrants email address and other submitted information for purposes of marketing and promotion. Selection of Winner: During the submission period, contestants must first upload their videos to YouTube using their own YouTube accounts or, if in audio or written story format, to their own blog or account with another website, then notify RSI Relo, Inc. by email at movemangroup@rsirelo.com that their story has been uploaded. entries will initially be judged by viewers expressing their Likes on YouTube, but RSI Relo, Inc. reserves the right to judge and award prizes to the ultimate winners. In doing so, RSI Relo, Inc. will evaluate the most popular stories for their quality, creativity, humor, originality, persuasive strength and/or inspiring nature. If deemed that stories fall short of qualifying for an award or placement in a category, the placement and/or prize(s) for that category may not be awarded. International winners will be selected by February 1, 2012 at 11:59 pm (PDT) and will be notified by electronic mail on or about February 14, 2012. The decision of the judges is final in all matters. Winners must reply with all contact information requested in the notification within five (5) days from the date notification was sent, or another winner may be selected. Furthermore, winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release to be returned within five (5) days from the date it was sent. Prizes: If selected as one of the five (5) international relocation video contest winners, you will receive a Kogeto DOT and first prize will additionally receive an iPhone 4S. Winners will also have their work published on RSI Relos Facebook page and/or web site, and other affiliate organization publications; assuring increased awareness of your move experience. Contest winners are responsible for payment of any taxes and compliance with any laws associated with winning prizes according to their national, federal, provincial, state, and local legal system. No transfer or substitution of prizes except at RSI Relo Inc.s sole discretion. Contest entrants will not be eligible for prizes if contests of this form are not legal according to their national, federal, provincial, state, and local legal system. RSI Relo Inc. accepts no responsibility for entrants who enter this contest, when it is illegal for them to do so. Limitations of Liability/Reserved Rights: Neither RSI Relo Inc., its affiliate organizations, nor its promotional agencies shall have any obligation or responsibility with regard to (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. RSI Relo, Inc., in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of their YouTube Channel or otherwise violating these rules. RSI Relo Inc. further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Contest if this Contest cannot be completed as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
