Troubleshooting

Intestingtheinstallationthefollowingerrorsoccurredandtheresolutionofeach
errorisdetailedinthisdocument.

1. Cannotrunsapinst.exeJavaneedstobeinstalled,e.g.JavaJRE6,searchonthe
webfordownloadJavaRuntime.
2. InopeningCSADMINinSAPIgetahttp401error.Thisisasecurityerrorwiththe
WindowsServerFirewallseeAppendixBtoresolve.
3. InSAPusingCSADMINwhenconnectingorcreatingtheuseridandpasswordI
amaskedforisnotrecognised.Suggestionuserthelocaladministratoruserid
fortheWindowsServertheContentServerresideson.Ifthisdoesnotworkuse
theservername\administrator_useridintheuseridboxandenterthepassword.
4. InSAPusingCSADMINwhencreatingtheContentRepository,usingthecreate
tab,ahttp500errorappears,repeattasks5,6and7inthesection'Windows
