Original Invoice, Copy of P.O. and Certificate of analysis should accompany with the material at the delivery location mentioned in P.O. 5. Material should be manufactured/supplied as per approved specifications and make provided. 6. Item description, Rate and Unit of Measurement mentioned on invoice should be same as mentioned on Purchase Order. 7. Please ensure that delivery should be made as per the delivery date mentioned in the P.O. In case of any delay inform us well in advance. Early delivery i.e., 4 days in advance will be acceptable. 8. In case of freight terms agreed as "FREIGHT EXTRA ON ACTUAL BASIS" attach copy of LR with debit note for the freight amount (Give reference of PO and Commercial Invoice and forward to the Delivery address mentioned in PO. 9. Mention Insurance Policy Details on the Invoice as per the Policy Number details given. 10. In case the carrier of goods fails to obtain Sales Tax barrier entry receipt before entering in the State (i.e., Form 26 in HP, Form 36 in Punjab, etc.) during onward delivery to Panacea Biotec Ltd premises, the risk of goods being confiscated or any amount imposed as penalty by the VAT department of the State Govt. will be borne by vendor and where PANACEA BIOTEC LIMITED bears such penalty, the same shall be recovered from the Vendor in cash/cheque or by way of adjustment against any payment due to Vendor. NOTE: FOR ORDERS AGAINST C-FORM (FORM-26 IN H.P., FORM 36 IN PUNJAB)i.e., EXCISE ENTRY AT BARRIER (NAKA ENTRY) IS MUST. IN CASE THE SAME IS NOT PROVIDED, PANACEA BIOTEC LTD.
