OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY


Primary Objective To find out the factors that act as the purchase drivers of HYUNDAI SANTRO Xing car. Secondary Objectives To analyze the various factors influencing the buyer behavior of HYUNDAI SANTRO Xing. To identify and rank the various sources of information influencing their purchase decision. To measure the significance of marketing factors in the choice of the car. To give necessary suggestions for repeating the success story of SANTRO Xing with a brand new car. Scope of the study

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
The research design is descriptive in nature. Pre-planned design for analysis and structured questionnaire is used for finding the primary data.

DATA SOURCE: Primary Data Primary data is to be collected from the customers of Santro Xing. Secondary Data The secondary data will be collected from company records, magazines, journals, website etc. RESEARCH APPROACH There are number of methods for collecting the primary data such as survey method, panel method, observation method, etc. But here the researcher is going to use survey method for collecting primary data. RESEARCH INSTRUMENT Of many research instruments such as Questionnaire, informal interview, Mechanical equipment etc, the researcher has chosen Questionnaire for this particular study. CONTACT METHOD Direct Personnel Interview SAMPLING PLAN The universe of the study consists of all the Santro Xing customers in place/ City .The sample unit consists of the prospective customers and Santro Xing owning customers of Company, Place.
