ThemeofInquiry Spaceholdspower,thereforewhatcanbesaidofthebuildingsthathousespaceandtheinstitutions theyrepresent,thisgoesfurtherthanjustbricksandmortar,intotothefabricofsociety. Theresearchpaperwillseektodiscusstheinfluencesbetweenmuseumsandaudiencegroups(this goesfurtherthanjustthosewhovisitorfrequentmuseums)andincludesthegeneralpublic. Muchofthediscussionwilldealwiththeideaofthemuseuminrelationtospace,memory,powerand community. Itwillconcentrateonthepowerofmuseumsandtheirabilitytoaffectandimplementchangeand It will concentrate on the power of museums and their ability to affect and implement change and progressandthepositionofminoritygroupsindealingwithmuseumsthatholdtheirculturalheritage.
