The GoG-AMA Centre for International Trade was established to provide training and education in International Trade to entrepreneurs and businessmen. This five day training programme is planned to provide a comprehensive understanding on how to export and import. The programme will also provide an insight on various procedures and documentation.

Each day there will be 4 sessions. Participants should attend all the days sessions. In case of absence from any session due to exigency, permission should be obtained from concerned faculty. However, certificate will be issued only to those who have attended all the Five days.
Concessional Fee: Rs.2750/- per participant. (Inclusive of Service Tax). Fee includes programme fee, cost of reading material, lunch and refreshments. GoG AMA CENTRE FOR INTERNATIONAL TRADE With a view to provide a regular forum of activities in International Trade education, training and research studies, the AMA and the Government of Gujarat (GoG) jointly promoted the GoG AMA Centre for International Trade at the Ahmedabad Management Association. The Centre operates at the Ahmedabad Management Association. A Hon. Coordinator will provide academic content and faculty support for the Centre. There is an Advisory Board of experts drawn from Government / Industry / Business / Academic who conducts periodical meetings and provides necessary help and support to the Centre. GoG has put in special effort to provide capacity building support to Small and Medium Scale Entrepreneurs and industrialists for taking advantage of global opportunities in trading and manufacturing. The Centre has conducted a series of seminars in various industrial estates and other locations in Gujarat for creating awareness towards capacity building for survival and growth in global markets. The Centre is involved in following activities: Development of trade support services Trade information Human resource development Needs assessment and program design for trade promotion Creating awareness and understanding the impact and implications of WTO Build a library of trade related books and research papers including WTO / IPR Conduct training programmes, conferences and seminars on matters related to international trade Support research in the field of international trade with special focus on products and services of interest to Gujarat.
