Track Elevation Structure/ Permanent Track work including electrification, Station Plaza and
relocation of public utilities. The new elevated structure run along the line of the existing central line
which is a grade level two track railway passing through the main business district of the city, both
the existing and elevated railway include overhead electrification systems. The project was divided
into three segments, namely, Segment A, Segment B and Segment C.
Co.CRE, with 15 expatriate engineers, 59 Indonesian engineers and 15 administration staffs, was

BP BERAU Ltd, has contracted KJP, a consortium between Kellog Brown

and Root, Japan Gas Co., and Pertafenikki to perform the EPC projects of
Tangguh LNG project in Papua. To do the BD-1 EPC package of the
project KJP appointed PPE, consortium between PT Pembangunan
Perumahan dan PT Encona Inti Industri.

ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION
One of Encona Inti Industri’s accomplishment was its participation on the

prestigious EXOR-I (Export Oriented Refinery-I) project at Balongan, Cirebon
commissioned by the Japan Gas Co. for Pertamina, the state Oil Company. In
that particular project Encona fully utilized its comprehensive management and
EPC capabilities, in phasing construction and adjusting schedules to dovetail
with the schedules of other subcontractors.
