Logistics head:
1. Key Responsibilities and accountabilities: Sorting, labeling and keeping record of all items inside ACES store rooms in coordination with PMR. Monitoring ACES assets (log sheets, stock control, scheduling, etc.) Supplying & renting ACES needed goods (material, venues, catering, stationary, etc.) Getting catering , transportation , printing and stationary deals in coordination with FR Estimating budget for the logistical needs. Carrying out logistical missions and projects throughout the year. 2. Main skills & qualifications:

1. Key Responsibilities and accountabilities: Designs the booth & is responsible for booth making. Responsible for decoration theme in coffee breaks and creating visual aids for workshops Serving and arranging the breaks ( coffee , launch, dish parties ) Arranging the events place and decorations. Organizing events with other stakeholders ( theme & appearance of the place) 2. Main skills & qualifications:

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities: Creating ACES main theme in coordination with PR Creating themes for website , forums , etc. in coordination with IT Designing any printed materials like : Posters ,Magazine ,Name tags , invitation , certificates , Car stickers , Flyers , Brochures , T-shirt (in coordination with other stakeholders and with logistics for printing) 2.
