Manager/Senior Manager for IT Advisory Services

Service Advisory Job code KPMITA1013-1 Location Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi Seniority Manager/Senior Manager for IT Advisory Services Position Full time KPMG IT advisory team is currently looking for highly qualified candidate(s) to advice some of the largest Vietnamese clients on technology services, including IT strategy, IT transformation, Large scale ERP and Core Banking project management. Due to unprecedented growth we currently have career opportunities for talented, experienced and career orientated individuals to join our Management Consulting team in both our Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi offices. We have several positions open in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City for the highly qualified IT professionals to join us.
Responsibilities:

Close sales on large scale IT transformation projects across major industries we serve Develop relationships with senior client executive members and identify business opportunities. Lead the team to deliver ERP(SAP, Oracle) or Core Banking transformation projects. Lead the team to deliver other IT advisory related services to clients on IT project management, Business Intelligence, IT system selections, IT Governance and strategy, IT security, and Information Risk Management Continuously keep up to date with technology enhancements and develop technical competence.

Qualifications

A Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems or Information Technology for managers. A Masters degree in Management Information Systems or Information Technology for senior managers. Experience on large scale ERP or Core Banking transformation project experience is a must Project management, IS security professional qualifications will be a plus.

Knowledge/Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience on either managing or implementing ERP projects (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Core Banking) for a manager Minimum of 10 years of experience on large scale ERP transformation project for a senior manager Demonstrate full project lifecycle experience (e.g., proposals, requirements, development, testing and deployment) for at least 5 ERP or Core Banking implementation projects of 6 months or more Demonstrate a profound understanding of business processes of accounting, sales, distribution and manufacturing functions Experience working with senior management in scope management, reporting on project status, issue escalation and risk management Analytical and creative thinking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills An excellent command of written and spoken English

IT Security Specialist- Infrastructure Technology & Operations Planning- COO M t Cng vic: +IT security specialist is accountable for the creation and maintenance of the governance policies and processes that ensure the ongoing confidentiality, availability and integrity of Information assets Key Responsibilities: + You will be expected to perform the following tasks in a manner consistent with VIBs core values of Customer focus, Excellence, Proactive mindset, Team work, Disciplined Capex define medium / long term roadmaps for your application / system portfolios with view to optimizing investments. Effectively communicate and get stakeholder buy in for the roadmaps +Capex define / optimize project budgets and align with long term investment roadmaps + Define solutions that are cost effective. Undertake technology rationalization to enable cost

efficiency + Assist procurement in negotiating with vendors to achieve optimal pricing for the organization Design and implement necessary processes and controls to ensure and protect information systems and other assets +Develop and maintain the compliance program to ensure ongoing control gaps are identified and actioned +Develop and maintain Operational Risk Management Framework +Analyze business needs and recommend information security solutions in respect of policies and processes +Support in the designs and implementation of IT security solutions +Develop and participate in PCI DSS remediation project, and coordinate and maintain the annual self-assessment to ensure ongoing PCI DSS compliance Establish / contribute to establishing IT&T policies required for effective risk management + Proactively drive compliance with IT&T & other policies across the portfolio of systems +Identify, monitor and implement controls to mitigate key operational risks for your portfolio of systems +Ensure that you comply with Company policies and procedures, and any relevant external legislative Yu Cu Cng Vic: +Be alert to any risks which could prevent achievement of the objectives of the role and or disrupt business operations. Take appropriate action to mitigate the risks. + At least 2 years experience in managing technology teams + At least 2 years experience in the banking and financial services industry + Extensive experience in one or more of core banking systems, CRM systems, data warehouse, management information systems(MIS), ecommerce and internet banking systems + Extensive experience with solution delivery life cycle used for analyzing, developing, testing and deploying software solutions + Extensive experience in Security governance, frameworks, policies and architecture

Data Security Officer Overall responsibility: o Co-ordination and monitoring of Information Security and Privacy for Bosch units in Vietnam,Thailand, and Indonesis and any other Bosch units that may come up in future in the region o The DSO is responsible for compliance with all operational and legal ISP (Information Security and Privacy) regulations in his area of responsibility. The DSO performs a supervisory role in all locations in his region in relation to maintaining national legal provisions and regulations for ISP. In addition, he undertakes regional DSO tasks in accordance with the corresponding agreement. o The DSO advises and supports the person responsible for establishing suitable and appropriate ISP measures, and performs ISP audits to monitor the implementation of these measures. Furthermore, he ensures that users and operators are aware of the security risks and that these are reduced using appropriate measures. o Data security: process, compliance, audits o Work in close collaboration with Business Units' DSOs through a working agreement o Report the management of Business Units, Subsidiaries and Regional Office and to Director, ISP of Asia-Pacific o Ensure: - Compliance to Bosch standard on privacy when handling personnel data. - Corporate directives governing ISP; participation in ISP projects - BCN clearance for new sites/locations and during Mergers and Acquisitions - Advice, provide consultancy and support the responsible person in planning and implementation of technical and organisation ISP measures M t Cng vic:

Business and strategic responsibility o Data security, availability, and confidentiality Interfaces and influencing o Awareness to users and operators on the risks so that security gaps are detected and remedied. o The DSO support C/ISP, e.g. in developing workable guidelines and tools and adjusting central rules to meet national legal regulations. Process and Technology o DSO practices and procedures Special assignments o In addition to assignment as DSO, he/she support AIM- R for the ASEAN region as requested by the regional office management o Report to regional office and business units' management periodically Yu Cu Cng Vic: Bachelor degree or above in computer science or relevant fields; At least 5 years of working experience in multiple IT related industries. Minimum 2 years practice in Information Security relevant subjects (eg: training, auditing, projects, consulting); Excellent communication skills in English (written & oral); Good presentation, negotiation and influence skills are vital to the success of the job; Willing and flexible for frequent business travels (domestic and oversea) up to 30%; Acquired at least one of the IS professional certificates (eg: CISSP, CISA/CISM, ISO27001); Optional: People management skills and experiences are highly preferred.
