Human Behaviour Analysis

Introduction:-

The behavior of people (and other organisms or even mechanisms) falls within a range with some behavior being common, some unusual, some acceptable, and some outside acceptable limits. In sociology, behavior in general is considered as having no meaning, being not directed at other people, and thus is the most basic human action. Behavior in this general sense should not be mistaken with social behavior, which is a more advanced action, as social behavior is behavior specifically directed at other people. The acceptability of behavior is evaluated relative to social norms and regulated by various means of social control Here In my Interview conversation I have used some silent probes and some respondent Interactions so that reactions also can be known. Human Behaviour differs from person to person. I have tried to make analysis in thia Interview.

(Information about Personal Life)

Maitri Jani: so tell me what you want to know about me? Me: Tell me something about your family background, how do you get this job, your hobbies, likes, dislikes and all... Maitri Jani: Ok first of all I will like to explain my family background to you. Me: Okay Maitri Jani: In my family, I have one sister, two brothers and they are twin. Their name is dhairya and Dhyan. My mother is a Housewife and my father is working in a bank, its name is Bank of India. And I also have a grandmother. She is 90years above. I have done my graduation in BCA and masters in MSC IT. I have completed my graduation in 2001 and then I applied for GCET. But I did not get good rank in gcet and I didnt have admission in good college of Rajkot... Me: oh...okay... Maitri jani: and I tried hardly to take admission in Rajkot for MCA but I only get there admission if I pay donation my family was able to pay it but I thought that if this money will l use for my brother then it will be better. Me: aha...okay...
4

Maitri Jani: and I wanted to do my further studies in Rajkot so I thought that it is better to do 2 years course of MSC IT then to do 3 years MCA and I decided to do MSC IT in Shaurastra University. I completed my MSC IT in 2007. Me: Okay... Maitri Jani: In my last semester I had done a project in virtue Info Company, which was software based. That company also provided me a placement so I started my job on 1st July, 2007 Me: Okay...thats good...So how many years you have spent in this company? Maitri Jani: I have been working in this company since 4 and half years. Me: Can I know your areas of interest, your hobbies and all... Maitri Jani: yaa, sure...aaahhhhh...I like each and every thing to do which I enjoy. When I was in college I used to participate in elocution competitions. My father helped me a lot to prepare for the same. I used to collect my neighbourhood friends and elocution in front of them (smiles...) after that I participate in competition. I enjoyed it a lot. Me: Okay...And on what type of topics you spoke in competition? Maitri Jani: See, it all depends on the competition. If there is a competition in college then it was not predictable. Once my father read about a competition in the newspaper. He called me and said, Hey Maitri! See there is an elocution competition and this is the topic. I said yes, I will participate. My father prepared the script for me. I read the script and both of us went to the place where the competition was going to be held. Me: aahhh...k....

Maitri Jani: When we reached there we discovered that the competition was only for the jain community. But my father insisted that my daughter has prepared for this topic and she would like to express her views. They agreed and i spoke. The people present there liked my views and I stood 3rd in the competition (said with joy and proud). Me: ohh wow ...so what was the topic about? Maitri Jani: aammm....I dont remember this time about the topic. Me: What are your other hobbies like reading and..... Maitri Jani: yaa.....I like to read Inspirational Books. I have read lots of books of Swami Vivekananda. I also like Garba and dance. I have attended Salsa and regular dance classes. Me: ahah.... Maitri Jani: I did that for 15 days and after that I joined classical Dance Classes and then I didnt find time for that so I also left it. Me: Okay....and which type of other books you had read like, novels and all....? Maitri Jani: No, I dont like to read novels and all I only like to read religious and inspirational books...like, I had read Hu mari shodh ma... and all.... Me: okay...all of them were Guajarati or... Maitri Jani: (interrupted.) yes all of them were Guajarati. Me: Can I know some of your religious views. I mean are you superstitious or do you believe in such superstitious things? Maitri Jani: Yes, I am a religious person and superstitious too. If people say that matre if you do this kind of pooja then you will get this thing or your day will be fine.

Me: hmmm...okay Maitri Jani: (Smiles) before few days I was watching one religious channel Sanskar at 10:00 pm. They give us what...like... (Confused because she dont get the word) Me: (Interrupted) Horoscope? Maitri Jani: No not horoscope. What..???(Still confused because of not getting the word) Me: okay...you can speak in Hindi or Guajarati if you want. Maitri Jani: aaammmm....when you are frustrated what you have to do in that situation. This type of programme is coming in it. Its name is Bramhakumaris. This type of programme I like to see and I try to implement it in my life because there is a real benefit for me. So you can say me a superstitious person. Me: (Smiles) Okay...the same, not exactly same but one incident is happened to me also. Maitri is our common friend na...so before two days she called me on a mobile and the time was 10:30 p.m. she told me that, I got one call that I have to do ganeshjis diya and have to tell two people more to do as it. So I make a call to you Maitri Jani: (smiles)yaaa.... Me: So I just told her that please dont expect from me to do this things at this time and you do that .you pray for me also when you do this. Maitri Jani: (puzzled her eyebrows) Me: So tell me about your dislikes and which type of people you dont like? Maitri Jani: I have seen always positive sides of people. So many times I heard that people are talking that she is like that or he is like that, I only believe when I see that and I always use to see positive sides of people only.

Me: But you never have seen bad things in people? Maitri Jani: Actually when I see bad things in people then also I like to take it positively only. Like, when I left Rajkot and joined my job in Ahmadabad, I got 5 people in my group where I was staying and they all are elder than me and there was no issues but after sometime where I was staying with some girls of my age group, I saw some jealousy , likes and dislikes from this girls. Me: ahah.... Maitri Jani: But in my profession or in my work place I never feel like this person is not good, his/her character is bad or some other dislikes. And if anyone tell me that maitri do you see this person doing like this or she is not good. I always tell them that I have never seen that person doing this so how can I believe it. Me: Yaaa...but it many times happens that the little little habits of people you dont like. If I will take example of mine then I dont like a person who smokes but I cant say anything to them. Maitri Jani: Yes...so at that time you have to live the place because you cant say them anything, you have no right to tell them and it is also not our responsibility. So it is better to live the place.

(Information about her Education)

Me: okay...nice...and tell me something about how was your school life? Where did you complete your school? Maitri Jani: I had completed my school in Rajkot and I studied in Lal Bahadur Shastri Vidyalay. I had enjoyed a lot my school life yar. When I was studying in Std. 3rd, my family background was not so good and I have to go from bus Me: (raising eyebrows and interrupted) you want to say that your familys financial situation was not so good? Maitri Jani: Yes, Our financial situation was not so good and at that time I used to go in Bus and come in bus to back home. So our family passed from a hard time but my school life was too good. I was monitor in my class but i was enjoying as other students enjoy not as a monitor. Whenever there was election in our school for choosing a monitor, every time I was elected. Me: oohhh...so you was like famous in your school. Maitri Jani: yes and I also used to participate in elocution competition so it was like sure that maitri will be there on 1st, 2nd or 3rd position. Me: ahah...and have you participated in any other competition like Drama, Dance etc...? Maitri Jani: Yes, in my school the programme named vasantotsav was held every year and I always participate in it. It was organised by our schools trust. Its name is Lal Bahadur Shastri Vidyalay Trust. In Vasantotsav, each and every school of Rajkot do participate. Me: ahah.... Maitri Jani: In that we perform a stage shows, and the people of Rajkot come to watch it. Before a one month we start practice. I and my friend were anchoring the whole programme and through dance we anchor it.

Me: Okay...it was all about your entertainment life in school level. What about your 10th and 12th level grade? How was your performance? Maitri Jani: I am an average student, not a standard student. Me: okay...like me (smiled) Maitri Jani: (smiled) no you are a good student. When I was in Std. 8th and 9th; my performance was not so good like 60-70. I dont know how to do good study and my mother had not so much knowledge and my father also dont have time for my studies. So I used to go in a coaching class, Gyanganga coaching classes Me: oh...Its quite famous classes. Maitri Jani: ya...so they were giving good knowledge about how to work, how to get good marks, How to write in exam and how to read. So in Std 10 th I got 76% which I think it is good result not best but good result. Me: Okay....so after 10th you decide to take commerce stream right? Maitri Jani: yes right. Me: So why only commerce I mean at 76 % you can take admission in science also and as well as arts is also your area of interest na you told me that you like to read religious books also...then why only commerce? Maitri Jani: yaaa...actually my parent wants me to take science stream buy I know my limitations. If I take commerce stream I can do good performance on it. And I also dont want to become Doctor or Engineer so decided to take commerce stream.

10

Me: Okay....same case was there with me also. In 10th I didnt get good marks as you. I got only 69%.At that time my dad told me that you should take diploma or science but I thought that I was too bad in maths and science so science was a big No No and I also dont like engineering and I was also not so much bookish and my aim was to do MBA or PGDM so thats why I only choose the commerce stream. Maitri Jani: hmm....yaaa... Me: So did you have any aim that.... Maitri Jani: (Interrupted) yes....actually I also want to do BBA and MBA. But when I and my father went to take admission in college, at that time my father told me that if you will do BCA it will be more beneficial for you. I said okay and I joined BCA.I wanted to do MBA but my father told me to do BCA thats why I joined it. Me: Okay but you didnt tell your father that I want to do BBA not BCA. Maitri Jani: I never argue with my father on any topic. He told me you have to do this and I did it. If he suggests me the way then I will walk on that way not on my own way. Me: Can you tell me something about your college life? From where did you complete your college and your experience out there? Maitri Jani: I have completed my graduation from R P BHALODIYA College. When I was in college I was not good at looks. I didnt know how to dress well. I was very simple and shy. Boys used to tease me in my class. I had one friend there in my class. Her name is Jyoti. She became my best friend in college. In class no one likes to talk with me. She was the only girl who was talking with me. Me: (surprisingly) aha...so no one used to talk with you because you looks simple?

11

Maitri Jani: Ya.....and boys of my class told her that why you talk with her but still she talked with me. And told that boys that no she is really a good girl and she is helpful in nature. So she was the only girl who helped me in my college life. Me: Okay... Maitri Jani: I my class there was only 9 girls and 30 boys are there. So I was not interested to talk anyone in my class. In my college life I was very less participate in any extracurricular activity. I had participated only one time in my last year in annual function. Me: But dont you think to change your behaviour and try to make more friends and to enlarge your group with the people?

Maitri Jani: No, I dont like. In my 1st semester when boys were teasing me i cried a lot and after coming home I told my father that I have to change college and I dont have to study in that college. At that time, my father told me that in every stage of life there are different types of persons. So you have to study there and between that people only. Me: yaa....thats right. Maitri Jani: So from very next day I make myself to go college and studied. Me: and you never complained to your faculties about this? Maitri Jani: No I never complained about it. Me: But why? if you are really get frustrated then I mean if I were in your place then I tell to the faculties that this things is happening to me and take some steps and do something that they dont tease me again.

12

Maitri Jani: Yaaa.....but at 1st and 2nd sem I got frustrated about that but in 3rd sem I also enjoyed their comments (laughed) and after completion of college they all remember me and .... Me: okay... Maitri Jani: yes, today only I and my 3-4 classmates have a good job. So they remember me and say that do you know maitri is in this place, she is doing a good job or she is having that much package etc... Me: So they finally realised that they were wrong. Maitri Jani: and in college life I have a fear to talk with boys because I was not from co-edu school. I was from Gujarati Medium Girls School. And in our society there is a culture that not to talk much with boys so I didnt try ever to talk with boys in my college life. But I changed my attitude in MSC IT and I have a big group there and in that lots of there were boys also. Me: oh...thats good.... Maitri Jani: Each person in my group was in relationships and I was the only who was single in my group. Me: So you yourself choose to be single or there was no choice? Maitri Jani: No, I like to be single rather than committed. Me: Okay so how was your performance in college in studies? Maitri Jani: Yes, In BCA there is a semester system and till 12 th I was studied in Guajarati medium and BCA was in English Medium So in starting I found it somewhat difficult.... Me: (Interrupted) Sorry, what was your 12th score? Maitri Jani: I got 73%. Me: Okay and I like to know your 1st, 2nd and so on marks...
13

Maitri Jani: yes, In 1st semester I got only 56%, then I thought that I have to do BCA and English is a easy language so I make myself to learn more and more English and study hard then in 2nd sem I got 74 %. In 3rd sem I again got 74%. So overall Ratio is 66 to 68. Me: Your performance in study was good so it doesnt affect to your classmates that she is very good in studies? Maitri Jani: No...Because at that time I was alone. There was the only friend of mine jyoti. We were competitors of each other. In 1st sem she got good marks then me and in next sem I prepared hard and got more marks then her. Me: So jyoti was the only competitor and friend of yours in college. Maitri Jani: yes. Me: So what is she doing now a day? Maitri Jani: She married before last 3years and she has also one baby. Me: Okay...and what did you do after your college? I mean after BCA you can also do MBA. Maitri Jani: Yaaa....for that I had attended an exam of symbioses also but i didnt get good score. When I was doing BCA I was also taking tuitions of 8th, 9th and 10th.I was not going in coaching class I was studying by myself only. I also appeared in MAT exam also but didnt get admission in ahemadabad in free seats. If I have to take admission in that I have to pay Management Quota. Me: owe....then? Maitri Jani: So I prefer to do MSC IT in Saurastra University. Me: So for MSC IT you have to appear any entrance exam? Maitri Jani: No. When I was studying there was no any entrance exam.
14

Me: Okay...and what about your gcet score? Maitri Jani: I got 1115th rank. So I have to do MCA out of Rajkot. So I avoid doing MCA and joined MSC IT. And I also thought that MCA is a three years course, so if I do 2 years in Msc IT and 1 year in experience it will be better. Me: But MCA is a two years course na. Maitri Jani: No its a three years course. Me: ok...so after that you got the job na? Maitri Jani: yes,

(Information about her Professional Life) Me: So tell me something about your company and what work you have to do there? Maitri Jani: Ok...I am working in Virtue Info Company. Its basically from Rajkot. Our company is providing services to the clients like web services. It makes websites for our clients and our clients are from Finland. So its really big business there. Me: okay.... Maitri Jani: Our Company develops a websites. I am a software checker also called QA. Me: QA? (Puzzled eyebrows) Maitri Jani: yes, Quality Analyst who assures the quality. I am a tester in that company and now days I am a Team Leader.
15

Me: Okay and this all work you have to do full day? Maitri Jani: Yes actually we have to do our work in group. For Example, I have 5 people in my group. One is a Designer, One is a team leader, one is a developer and I am a tester. And what we have to do.... Me: ahah..... Maitri Jani: is the team leader had to collect all the information from the client of Finland. He/she explain it to all of us. Then designer have to design web pages. You have seen web pages like yahoo page right? Me: yes. Maitri Jani: So this web page is designed by designer. Colour and all is designed by him. What have to do a developer is he has to develop or prepare logic and I have to test that code that it is working properly or not. Many times you have seen registration form are there. In Gmail or yahoo? Me: yes, Maitri Jani: So this type of forms made by our sites. This all form have to tested. I also have to test that this form takes how many seconds to load the page. It has to take minimum nine seconds to load the page. So this type of work I have to do for the whole day. Me: Okay so how much time did you spends in ahemadabad? Maitri Jani: I have done my job one and a half year in Rajkot and then it shifted to ahemadabad. So I decided that I have to go Ahemadabad. I dont want to leave the job. I have to work in this company because in our company there is a familiar environment not a professional environment. Me: Okay....

16

Maitri Jani: If you are ill and you have to take a leave for 15 days so you can take it. If today I dont have to do work then my company allows me not to work. If I am not in a mood to do the work and want to go home I can do that. But when there is a work you have to give 100% of yours in work. Me: ahah....ok Maitri Jani: So our regular working time is from 9:00 a.m to 8:00 p.m. So if I am not well I can take a leave. And there is no cut in salary or we have not to pay anything to the company. Me: Can I know something about your colleagues? How are your relationships with them all? Maitri Jani: yes, I am a team leader so I have made more interaction with 3 people who are in my team. One of them all is Manishbhai, we both are in same position and other both are bhavik and shreedhar. They both are my juniors. All of us really enjoy our work. You know what is a bug? Me: No. I have heard this word but I dont know the exact meaning of it. Maitri Jani: Ok. In our IT sector Bug means if you find any mistake in your work so its called a Bug. On a daily testing when we found a more bugs, we became very happy. Me: okay.... Maitri Jani: (continuous) because when there is a bug we give trouble to developers so they become angry on me and other tester like you find daily 15 to 20 bugs in an hour and all. Developers and testers both are enemy. We daily fight with each other and we enjoyed it also. Me: yeh...okay.... Maitri Jani: When there is 404 error, when you load the page sometimes there is 404 error.

17

Me: Yes, many times I saw this error. Maitri Jani: when we see this type of condition or error in our computer screen it makes us happy. Me: ahah...why? Maitri Jani: Because code is not working properly. There are major issues in the project. Me: Ok...so at that you have not to work. Maitri Jani: ya....

(Information about other areas) Me: Did you found any difference between the culture and lifestyle of ahemadabad and Rajkot? Maitri Jani: yes, I liked the lifestyle of Ahmedabad then Lifestyle of Rajkot. In our office there are many persons who are basically from saurastra so I didnt found any major difference in culture in my office. But where I was staying I found attitude in personality of people. I found that there are very helpful people in Ahmedabad. They are ready to help anytime and they dont interfere in personal issues. In our city Rajkot each and every person interfere in others life. But in Ahmedabad I never felt so. In Ahmedabad every person wants to develop his/her life. Me: Yeah....That difference I have also seen here... Would you like to share any good/bad experience of yours in Ahmedabad? You are here from one and half year...

18

Maitri Jani: I didnt have any bad experience here. But when I was new in Ahmedabad I was the only girl from Saurastra in my office. At that time a lady helped me a lot. Her name is Hemali Shah. She was my junior and she helped me a lot. One day she called me and said hey Maitri there is radio mirchi contest at C.G road. Its a dance competition. Would you like to come? I said yes. We went there and participated in the contest and we enjoyed a lot. She was the only lady who helped me a lot in Ahmedabad. She never left me alone. Me: So now days you are staying in P.G or at your relatives place? Maitri Jani: Here I am living with my friends parents. Her name is Hemali and she is married now. She is now in U.S. I am staying with them since last 3 months. Me: So you are staying here with your friends family. Did you find any difference in environment as compared to your home? Maitri Jani: Yeah there is some difference but its okay. Me: So before this where were you staying? Maitri Jani: I lived with my friends. We were five girls. Two of them were working with me in the same company. Their names are Rashmi and Poonam. Another one was working in other IT company named Silver Touch. Other was a student. She was basically from Junagarh. She is doing MBA from here from K.S College. Me: Why had you left from there? Maitri Jani: I am just giving company to Uncle-Aunty. So there was no issue to leave that P.G. Me: Have you ever visited any place in Ahmedabad or one of your favourite places where you like to go for hangout? Maitri Jani: I have visited Gandhi Ashram, Siddi Sayyed ni Jhadi, hatthi singh na dera and many times go to vaishnav devi temple.
19

Me: I have heard about that place. Maitri Jani: Yes it is on Gandhinagar Highway. I used to go there by walk. Me: As you told you are very religious person. Have you ever been to any mall or science city? Maitri Jani: I have seen science city, Gulmohar Park, Big Bazaar, Pantaloons etc... Me: There was a strike by Anna Hazare. So what are your political views about that? Is he doing right? Do you appreciate his work? Maitri Jani: I am not interested in politics. Me: Do you have any experience related to corruption? I have one situation that if you are going on an Activity without wearing helmet and traffic police caught you then what will do in that situation? Will you bribe him or will pay for the challan? Maitri Jani: I have already faced this situation. At that time I gave the full amount for the challan. And once I had not parked my vehicle properly so it was seized. The police told me to pay Rs 50 and he would not be giving me the receipt but we paid Rs 100 and took the receipt. Me: Okay.... Even I have faced a similar situation. But I am a little bit corrupted but when I was in college and doing up down I had a pass of Express S.T bus and one day I was getting late so I stepped into Gurjar Nagari bus. In that bus the conductor told me that if you will give me Rs. 20 then I will not give you the ticket and if you want ticket you have to pay Rs 30. So I gave him Rs 20. I thought its okay I would eat Pani Puri of that Rs 10. I would like to salute you for not being corrupted. Okay can I know who is your favourite political leader and why?

20

Maitri Jani: My favourite political leader is Narendra Modi. He has done a lot of development in his life. Other states are not progressing as rapidly as Gujarat. In Modis kingdom many big companies have put up there giant projects in Gujarat like Tata Nano. Gujarat became more developed and I feel that I am living in mini Mumbai. So this development is because of Narendra Modi. Me: Again I would like to ask one question related to Anna Hazare that do you believe that lokpal bill will be passed? The politicians like Mr. Manmohan Singh and Ms Sonia Gandhi will be caught?

Maitri Jani: If Each and every person joins Anna Hazares Anti-corruption activity then it is possible to remove corruption from our country. So I appreciate Anna Hazare for his work. I dont have knowledge about it but I think he is doing right. Me: Have you visited any place out of Gujarat?

Maitri Jani: Yeah this Monday I visited Dakor....

Me: (Interrupted) I said Out of Gujarat?

Maitri Jani: Yes. When I was 17 years old I had gone to south with my family. I had visited Bangalore, Kanyakumari, Rameshwaram any many other places. When I visited Bangalore, I had decided at that time that I have to do job here I have to study in Bangalore. After completion of BCA, I visited in one office in Rajkot. They were giving admission to Karnataka. There, you have to pay fees Rs. 2 lakh per annum and you got admission there. Me: okay... Maitri Jani: So I told my father that I have to study in Bangalore and I will do parttime job also. But as financial condition was not so good of my family I cant go there.

21

Me: Okay....but what was the thing that made you to go there for your further studies? Maitri Jani: I saw there that most of the people of there where educated. Even a person who drives a rickshaw also speaks in English. He does not have knowledge about Hindi also and you know that Bangalore is a good city for IT field. So I wanted to do my further study and job in Bangalore. Me: Okay...So can I know something about your future plans? Maitri Jani: Yes, Today I am in a good position in the company where I am working so I want to get marry and want to settle my Life. I have a good job and no fear about my professional life. So I am deciding to get marry. Me: Okay...and after marriage you want to continue your job or want to like to become a housewife? Maitri Jani: It is not yet decided. As my father guided me earlier that I have to do BCA not BBA, Like that I would like to do what my husband says. I think my good or bad will decided by him and I will do that only. So it will be dependent on situation that I will do job or become housewife. Me: Okay...and what is your aim in your career life. Each and every person has decided his other goal that I have to reach here. So what is your Goal? Maitri Jani: in future, I would like to start my own tuition class for engineering students. The students who are not able to pay fees I want to make them learn. I will charge their fees minimum that they would able to pay it. I want to give good and qualitative knowledge and also how to sustain in professional life. Me: So you decided to start classes with minimum charges because in past you have faced the situation of financial crises? Maitri Jani: No. It is not because of that. But now I have no requirement to get money more and I also not have so much expenses. So I would like to do this activity and if I got success in it I never have problem of money in future. Me: Okay...would you like to share with me some tragedy or happiest moment of your life? Like, when I was in 9th std. My father got paralysed I and my family were suffered from a very difficult situation. So not exactly that type of situation but also when you got extremely happy in your life?

22

Maitri Jani: I havent passed from this type of situation but from which type of situation I was passed was extremely funny and I will never forget that. Me: Okay... Maitri Jani: When I completed my college I proposed two or three boys for marriage and at that time they all refused me and said that there are some family conflicts and all and after 2-3 months they come to me and said that they are engaged. Me: Owe... So all of them rejected you. Maitri Jani: Yes, and at that time I felt that we never say boys that I like you. (Both of us laughed) Me: But it is part of life. And I would like to know that to whom you are too close. That you share your each and every thing of your life with that person? Maitri Jani: Yes, I like to share my all thoughts with my 3 closest friends. If I dont tell anything to them then also they come to know that if I am angry, I am sad Me: and you told me before that your financial situation was not so good so did you understand this by your own or your parent has to make you understand for doing expenses? Maitri Jani: No, I always understand by my own self and thats why I started to take tuitions when I was in college and during vacation I took mehendi classes and when I was in MSc IT I had done part time job in school as a computer teacher. So I understand by my own and it is better to do something then to be a free person. Me: Okay...and I would like to know if you come to know that any person in your company is doing malpractices then what will you do. Maitri Jani: the environment of our company is very familiar so there is no way the thing happens in our company. I am working there from last 4 years so each and every person I found very familiar and giving respect to me. Me: yes but generally in companies there are such type of people who speaks very sweet in front of you and....

Maitri Jani: (Interrupted) Yes, I have seen such type of people in my office also. But I always try to ignore them and just see positive sides of it. Me: I would like to know if such type of situation is there, If your boss reacts towards you very badly then what will your reaction? Maitri Jani: Nothing I will give a smile and leave my job. Me: I mean at that time you dont try to prove yourself right like I was right and he/she was wrong? Maitri Jani: No I will not do that. Me: But why? I mean if you will not do that and left your job then it will only affect you and your job Maitri Jani: Yes, I have seen this type of situation 1 or 2times. When I faced 1st time such type of environment I was crying but after that I gave alert to my mind that this is professional environment and you have to live in this environment. You have to handle the people and situation. You have to concentrate in your work. Me: okay... Maitri Jani: So If this type of situation arises I will give a smile and left my job. I dont have to prove myself correct and I think it will better to leave the situation then making it more complicated. I have so many other things to do like my work. Me: Okay...so where do you see yourself after 5 years as a career point of view also and as also in your personal life? Maitri Jani: After 5 years? (Smiles)...In my personal life I will have my own family with children. And in career point of view as I told you before I want to start my own tuition classes and wants to concentrate on it. So I can manage my professional and personal life both. Me: Okay and you want to tell anything else about you or your life?

Maitri Jani: No. Nothing. Me: Okay...It was nice to meet you and I wish your all wishes come true and thank you for giving your valuable time. Maitri Jani: Thanks to you too.

Analysis of behaviour of the Interviewee:

I have categorised my analysis of the interviewee in so specific areas. Like, I. Analysis through her personal life Information, Analysis through her educational life Information, Analysis through her career or professional life Information, Analysis through her other area Information, I have also done overall analysis. Analysis through her personal life information:

In earlier stage of her life, she was very introvert and a shy girl. But as well as she is also very friendly nature. She used to take part in such competitions; it means that she lives her social life very well. If she goes in such new environment first she becomes very shy but later on she make herself adjust in it. She likes to do such new things. She is not too much ambitious as she makes change in her decisions to make her family happy. She confesses that she is superstitious person. It means she knows about some of her limitations but she cant change it. But she always makes herself to convert her limitations in her strength. Her father is idol of her. I can say that because she got morally support by her father. If there is a competition or the bad things she faced in college. Her father gave her support and makes her learn how to face the different situations in her life. I have also analysed that her father is superior for her as she changed her important decisions regarding to her studies because her father wants to do her that.

II.

Analysis through her educational Information:

She enjoyed a lot her school life. She used to participate in various competitions and was always elected as a class monitor. It makes she was very popular in her class and school. Her performance in studies was also very good. She got distinction in 10th and 12th both. According to her, she was an average student but she was going in good coaching and got good guidance there so she performed well. She was not feeling herself comfortable in college life but she makes herself adjust in college and concentrate in studies. She changes her behaviour in masters and enlarges her group of friends because she doesnt want to repeat the situations she faced in college. I have analysed that her behaviour and decisions changes if situation or environment changes. III. Analysis through her Career or Professional life:

The most affecting factor for job which influences her is Environment of the working place and package given to her. I can say that by knowing that she left her hometown for her job. She enjoys a lot at her work because the environment was familiar and the colleagues were also very friendly. The flexibility given to them at working place like at any time they can get the leave, this factor also affects her for working there. It doesnt affect her that what people are talking behind her about herself because she doesnt want herself to put down in this all. This makes us know that she learned how to ignore the things and she knows what to do in this type of situations. If any problem arises at her work place and if she has to choose between her self-respect and her job she would prefer to quit her job for her selfrespect. She is good at team work. I can say that because now she is a team leader.

IV.

Analysis through other areas of her life:

Culture of the city doesnt affect her behaviour. She is a person with moral values. She always likes to stand away from politics. She likes to travel and emotionally attached to her family. She has a sacrificing nature.

CONCLUSION:
The above analysis was based on an Interview. From this Interview, I can make a conclusion that the Interviewee was very shy and introvert in nature in her early stage of life. But then she converts her weaknesses into her strength by her positive attitude.
