To put it in simple terms, your scalp needs a good supply of
blood to produce the cells for new hair growth and to
maintain your hair.

The techniques in this ebook help to keep the blood flowing
to the hair roots. Without the blood, the root will die and
not produce a strong hair.

At best, you could only hope for fine hair that is weak and
fuzz like.

By nourishing your scalp properly through the following
techniques, you will reinvigorate the hair roots and they will
again produce strong and healthy hair. Proper diet and
supplementation will also help.

The Epidermis is the outer layer of your scalp.


The Hair Follicle is a pocket in your skin. This protects the
actual hair.


The Hair Shaft is the actual hair.


The Sebaceous Gland secretes oil for skin and hair
lubrication.


The Matrix is a group of cells from where the hair grows.


The Bulb is the base of the hair follicle and surrounds the
hair shaft.


The Papilla produces the new hair. When you shed a hair,
the papilla stays and produces a replacement hair. The
papilla is the hair root.


The Veins/Arteries are where the blood is transported in

Why People Lose Hair

Why Do Men Go Bald and Women Usually Don't?

The crown area of the head on both men and women is
covered by a thin membrane called the "galea. As a
teenager its very thin.

It remains like that for most women until old age.

However, in men it starts getting thicker and less elastic
starting in the late teenage years. This starts to put
pressure on the blood vessels feeding your hair.

Eventually this process chokes off the blood supply and kills
the papilla because of lack of blood and oxygen.

Sex hormones, stress, poor nutrition, and bad hair care all
contribute to the thickening of this membrane. The poor
circulation eventually leads to baldness.

The good news is that once you remove that pressure and
nourish your hair root properly, most of those hairs that you
lost will grow back.

Another reason women maintain their hair is because they
are always doing something with their hair, which helps
stimulate circulation to it.

Remember this.

Balding is a slow process. Even a dormant root can be
reinvigorated and produce a healthy hair again.

Once you stop this process and reverse it you should see
new hairs sprouting in about 3 weeks.

DON'T BE AFRAID TO TOUCH YOUR HAIR EVEN IN
WEAK SPOTS

Most of the following techniques require you to touch your
hair. Please understand that the average person sheds
about 75 hairs a day. Even people with a full head of hair.

Dont treat your hair with kid gloves.

If youre afraid to touch, comb, brush, massage, or wash
your hair, get over it. Understand that most of the hair
being shed is being pushed out by new hairs.




So shedding hair is nothing to be concerned about. The rest
of the hairs are being lost because of a weak papilla/hair
root.

Leaving your hair alone is the wrong course to follow. Being
passive wont increase the circulation to the hair roots. So
when you do these techniques, if you lose any hairs it was
normal shedding and hair that you were about to lose
anyway due to a weak papilla.

So its nothing to concern yourself with.

Follow the program. Dont worry about if hair falls out.
Worry about getting and keeping circulation to your hair
and maintaining a healthy papilla.

Healthy hairs stay in longer. If the papilla is not healthy and
has part of its blood supply choked off, it will take longer to
produce a new hair, and the hair it produces will not be as
healthy and not stay in as long.

So to reiterate, focus yourself on the blood circulation to the
hair root/papilla and the health of the papilla.

Mentally I want you to try and forget about your hair over
the next few weeks. Your hair will thank you in a few
months. Think long term and about the process.

Natural Techniques that Regrow
Hair and Stop Hair Loss

I am going to list the techniques in order of importance.

I hope you do all of the techniques each day, but if you
dont have enough time, concentrate on them in this order.
The olive oil stimulation technique will be used the first 8
days and randomly after that. The garlic/onion stimulation
technique should be used every day after the olive oil
stimulation technique, however you can be more lenient in
its applications. I will explain this later.

The main techniques:

The secondary techniques:

You can do virtually all of the above while watching
television. I hope you do more than the bare minimum of
10 minutes a day.

Ideally, you should devote 10 minutes in the morning, 10
minutes before bed, and at least 40 minutes throughout the
day (perhaps while you watch television or while television
commercials are on).

The more you do these techniques, the quicker your results
should be. You decide. Lets get to the specifics of each
technique.

Scalp Massage

This is the #1 technique in this whole program. Its simple
and very effective even by itself.

There are 2 ways to do the scalp massage. The first way is
to put your fingers on your head. Keep them straight and
firm.

Dont bend them. Keep the fingers of each hand about to
1 inch away from the fingers of the other hand.

Now push the fingers into the scalp towards each other so
that the skin on the scalp lifts up. If you do this and your
fingers touch, you pushed superficially.

There will be times when you push down into your scalp and
your fingers slip into each other. It happens.

Just keep doing it until you get the technique right so that
you push into the scalp and not push into your other
fingers. Remember to keep your fingers as straight as
possible.

Be firm. The skin on the scalp hardly moves.

Dont be too concerned if you dont notice it at first. With
practice you will. The skin on the scalp lifting up isnt the
goal, its just a helpful way to know you are pushing into
your scalp the correct way.

You can also do these in mini-circles. When you do it like
this your fingers dont have to be 1 inch apart, they can be
on the opposite sides of your head.

With these it may be harder to tell if the skin lifts up on the
scalp. So just concentrate on pushing into your head with
these circles. Again, remember to keep your fingers straight
and firm.

Also, push in with the pads on your fingertips, not your
fingernails.

Either way, do these for a couple seconds in each spot.
Move the fingers to another area and do again. Do this until
you did each area on your head. Repeat this at least 2 more
times over the whole head.

If you can do more, then do more.

Remember, push into the scalp. Dont just do surface
pushes and circles that are superficial. You need to be firm.

There is another technique that is similar to this called the
"Nail Scratch.

The reason I mention this now is because that is very
similar and more superficial. I want you to understand that
with the scalp massage you need to be firm and really push
into the scalp.

Pay more attention to the thinning, receding, and balding
areas.

However, do the whole head so you can get a good blood
supply to those thinning, receding, and balding areas that
are weaker. The blood supply has the hardest time getting
to the top of the head and the temple areas.

The least damaged areas will be where you see the first
signs of new hair growth first. However, the growth process
of the first batch of new hairs should grow in pretty evenly.

After that, those new hairs will grow in more unevenly.

Fingernail Shine/Buffing

To do this, take the fingernails of one hand and rub them
directly across the fingernails of the other hand. Rub them
faster and faster against each other.

Do this for as long as you can (perhaps a minute). Then
stop and hold your hands relaxed. You should feel an
electrical energy in your hands. Repeat this at least a few
more times.

Ideally Id hope you work up to doing this 3 times a day, 5
minutes each time. Or do this whenever youre not doing
anything. 30 seconds here and there will work too.

Although this seems like an odd way to create hair growth,
the reason it works is because it stimulates a direct nerve
pathway to the hair.

Fingernail buffing actually stimulates your whole body, not
just your hair. You should start noticing an energy boost
after a week of doing this.

Garlic/Onion Stimulation

This technique is the one I get virtually all the complaints
about. And I understand why. Let me tell you about it first
before I give you my typical response to the complaints.

This is a very simple method. You slice open 1-3 cloves of
garlic or part of an onion and you rub the juices all over
your head, especially the bald spots and thinning areas.

Let it dry on your scalp for a minimum of an hour.

Garlic is the more powerful of the two, by the way. So if you
have to choose, choose the garlic. The reasons they work is
because they both stimulate blood circulation.

Garlic has all the nutrients hair needs. On top of that is has
strong penetrative powers, especially when used topically.
It easily penetrates into your head.

Also, garlic and hair both contain a lot of sulfur.

It also contains zinc, which most people who are balding
lack in their diets. Garlic also contains copper, which helps
maintain your hair color and prevent graying.

I suggest you rub the juices of garlic/onions into your scalp
2 times a day.

Now to the complaints I get on this. If you rub garlic into
your hair/scalp anytime during the day you will have to let it
dry and leave it. This is unpleasant both because of how it
makes your hair look and the smell it gives off. If you do it
at night and sleep with it drying in your hair, your
pillowcases will smell of the garlic.

Plus you have spouses complaining. And so on.

Listen, all those complaints are legitimate. I understand.

Although Im on a maintenance program using the garlic, I
usually use the garlic at night and put up with the smell on
the pillowcases. I also do it during the day when I know I
wont be around other people.

I suggest you do it at night and put some sort of shower
cap on your head while you sleep.

And whenever possible put it on your scalp when nobody is
around during the day or early evening. Then wash it out an
hour or two later.

Perhaps eat dinner, put the garlic on your scalp and let it
dry for an hour. Then take a shower.

Then put the garlic on right before bed and put a shower
cap on. If you only do it once a day, do it at night while
your sleep so the garlic is in your hair longer.

If you really want to have a great head of hair, this is just
something your going to have to put up with for 2 months
or so.

After 2 months, you can do it randomly 3-4 times a week
for 1-2 hours as maintenance.

Another thing, when you first start this program, the first 8
days I want you to skip using the garlic/onions because you
will be using olive oil.

Once those 8 days are up, switch to the garlic.

Olive Oil Stimulation

Olive oil contains 77% monounsaturated fatty acids, 14%
saturated fatty acids, and 9% polyunsaturated fatty acid,
plus vegetable mucilage and Vitamin E.

Olive oil works best for treating dry hair. Although olive oil
isnt as powerful as garlic, it still is quite strong in
penetrating the scalp and treating your hair.

Consider this the warm up for using garlic.

What I want you to do is massage olive oil into your scalp
for 8 nights straight. Leave it in overnight.

Olive oil isnt going to necessarily help you grow hair in
those 8 days, but what it does is help clean out your hair
from years of excess buildup from the commercial products
you have used.

You probably have buildup from years of using the same
shampoo and conditioner.

You should make it a habit to use a different shampoo and
conditioner at least 2 times a week. You should notice a
difference in the texture of your hair immediately.

Another thing you could do if you are thinking about
skipping using the olive oil and going straight to the garlic is
to use a hot oil treatment for your hair.

The one I use is by Alberto VO5 and its called "Hot Oil
Shower Works. I use it about once every 5 days.

Right now Im on a maintenance program of using the olive
oil 1-2 times a week, usually on the weekend. What I do is
rub in the olive oil. Then I blow-dry my hair with the "warm
setting for 10-15 minutes.

Then I take a shower 15 minutes later.

Hair Pulling


Pulling your hair will energize the hair roots and stimulate
circulation.

What you will do is grab a hand full of hair and pull it. Do it
all over your whole head. Simple. Dont yank it so hard that
you pull your hair out. Just pull firmly so that its enough to
stimulate the circulation going to your hair roots/papilla.

You will start to feel your head tingling, which is a good
thing. Its coming alive. The tingling should last a few
minutes after you are done pulling your hair.

You only need to do this for a minute or two each time you
do it. Pull your hair anytime you get a chance, especially
watching television. A few seconds here and there add up.

Make sure to concentrate on the areas near where your hair
is thinning or receding.

Again, remember not to focus on if hair falls out when you
do this. That hair was coming out soon regardless, whether
because of a new hair pushing it out or the papilla was
weak. Some hair will fall out as you pull. Just make sure not
to yank it out. There is a difference.

Head Tap


The head tap further stimulates not only your hair but also
brain activity.

What you do is close your hands into loose fists. With a
loose wrist action, lightly hit all over your head for a minute.

Again, whenever you have free time such as during
commercials, do this a few times to keep the hair
stimulation constant throughout the day and night.

Gravity Head


This is one of my favorite ones. I think because I usually
overdid the other stuff, which made my arms and hands
tired. With this one, you dont have to use your hands.

What you do is lie on your back with your head hanging
slightly over the foot of the bed. Gravity does the work for
you by having the blood rush to your head.

Thus stimulating blood flow and circulation to the hair.

Often, I did the scalp massage while in this position. This is
very effective, although its an awkward position to do the
scalp massage in.

If you are feeling ambitious, you could also prop up the foot
of your bed a few inches so its higher than the rest of your
bed. This way when you sleep, gravity is pushing blood to
your hair.

This way you get hours of gravity working for you instead of
like the rest of the day when its working against you.

Circulation Push



The circulation push is helpful mainly to the front or your
head/hair where it generally recedes. This area usually has
a hard time getting a good constant blood supply.

So what you will do is force the blood into that area with the
circulation push.

Take your index and middle fingers and put them in front of
the middle of your ears, which is right about where your jaw
ends. Then you simply push up past your temples with
those 2 fingers forcing blood into the scalp.

Do this a few times. This is one technique you dont want to
go overboard with. Do this 5 times for each side of your
face. Later on you can do more, but each time you do this
dont do it any more than 5 times.

The reason is that you may create a headache if you overdo
it.

Brush Scratch/Tap

For the brush scratch I want you to basically scratch your
head with a bristle brush whenever you have some time.

Do it for a minute or so. This is a good one to use after
doing the more important techniques just so you can get a
good tingling feeling on your head.

Some people give up doing these techniques too soon. But
from correspondence Ive noticed that people who mention
the tingling feeling on their heads feel like they are getting
more out of the program.

So doing this technique is a good way to keep people going.

Its a 2-3 month process. Persevere even if you dont feel
much tingling on your head.

For the brush tap, I want you to use a wire brush and tap
your head with a light to medium force. Again, this would
be good to do for a few seconds after your done with the
main techniques.

Also do it throughout the day when you have a few seconds
here and there.

Nail Scratch


The nail scratch is similar to the brush scratch, minus the
bristle brush.

With your fingertips on the top of your head, slightly bend
your fingers and use your nails to scratch your head.

Do this fairly fast and be firm. Do it all over your head,
especially your problem areas.

Keep doing this until your head tingles and feels warm.





Neck Massage

Neck massage is needed because a lot of people have a lot
of tension in their necks from stress. This causes a blockage
of blood flow up to the head.

And as I keep saying over and over, you need a good
constant blood flow to maintain and have healthy hair.

So all you have to do is massage the back of your neck for a
few seconds here and there throughout the day.

You will also want to massage the front of your neck in
order to stimulate your thyroid. The thyroid controls the
level of hormone production.

By massaging the thyroid area of the neck, you help
stimulate the balanced release of hormones. This balance
aids in hair development.

Heads Up "Yes"


For this, you will have to sit with your back straight. Bring
your chin down to touch your chest. Then slowly tilt your
head back as far as possible. Repeat this 5 times.

This helps open up the blood flow to and from the head.

A side note on this. If you do this up to 100 repetitions each
day, your eyesight will get better. A lot better! You will
notice the difference in your eyesight within 2 weeks while
you are driving.

But I want to caution you. Build up to the 100 or break it up
into a few different sessions because if you do that many at
first you probably will develop a headache from tight and
sore muscles.

This is a very powerful technique overall. I still however
consider this a secondary one for your hair.

Diet/Supplements


WATER

If you follow the above techniques you can cheat on your
diet and still stop hair loss and start to regrow new hair.

Lets start with water.

You need to drink a lot of water and stay hydrated to aid
the blood in carrying nutrients and oxygen to you hair. A
minimum of 64 ounces.

Here is a way to add energy to your water. Take a container
with the water sealed in and swirl it in a windmill motion.
This causes the water to regenerate with natural electricity.


DIET

Today, modern preservation methods, chemical additives,
and processing rob the foods we eat of their nutrients. So
you will want to eat natural and unprocessed foods as much
as possible. Basically, eat fruits and vegetables.

Deep Breathing


Many people wonder what breathing has to do with healthy

Breathing, specifically deep breathing, provides the oxygen
needed to energize our bodies and hair. Proper breathing is
essential to healthy hair and good blood circulation.

To help maintain health you need to take at least 70
common deep breaths a day.

However, I will show you 2 better ways to do your deep
breathing.

1. Take a deep breath. Now hold it for as long as
possible. Then exhale. Try to hold your breath for
up to 30 seconds. Work your way up to that. You
only need to do a few of these a day.

2. This is the 1-4-2 breathing method. Thats the ratio
for inhaling/holding/exhaling. Ideally you will
inhale for 2 seconds, hold your breath for 8
seconds, and exhale for 4 seconds. This will make
up the bulk of your deep breathing.

You should feel more energetic after a week or two doing
this deep breathing. Because being healthy is important to
hair, I want to include a bonus technique that has nothing
to do with hair.

However, this simple 15 second exercise is simple, gives
you a tremendous energy boost, and helps support your

The Spin






This exercise is simple, safe, and very effective. Kids do it
naturally. You simply spin around. Yes, its that simple. Here
are the specifics.

First stand up in a place where you have plenty of room to
spin. Take your arms and put them up at shoulder level out
to your sides, like airplane wings. Then spin around at
medium speed CLOCKWISE. It has to be clockwise.

You want to spin around to the point where you are
SLIGHTLY dizzy, not totally dizzy. At first this may only be
5-10 times for you. Try to work up to 20 in a row. Dont go
over 20. If you can do a set of spins once in the morning,
once in the afternoon, and once in the evening, that would
be ideal. If possible, work up to 10 sets of 20 spins.

Just doing this alone you will notice you will have a lot of
energy within a week or two. Combined with the deep
breathing and your health will improve dramatically. You

Kegel Exercises

minutes. So do these during television commercials or

movements and either do 1 of 2 things:

Do rapid Kegels until your urge to ejaculate is over
Do 1 long Kegel and hold it for 10-20 seconds or
until the urge to ejaculate is over

Keep doing this over and over every time you get to the
point where you feel you will ejaculate. If you ejaculate
while trying this the first few times dont worry about it.
Just keep trying.

Eventually, youll be so in tune with the sensations that

Warmup

You will need to warm your genitals to help increase the
circulation and expand the spongy erectile tissues.

To do this you have a few options.

1. You can take a warm to hot shower.

2. You can wrap a warm to hot washcloth around your
penis for a few minutes.

3. You can take a sock you have, fill it with rice, tie the
top of it, and put it in the microwave for between 30-
60 seconds to heat it up. Then wrap the sock around
your penis.

The length of time you keep this in the microwave is
up to your tolerance level for heat on your penis.
Dont overdo it. Incidentally, you can use this "rice
sock over and over for a few months before you need
to replace it.


The second part of the warm up is to massage your testicles
to stimulate the production of testosterone. Incidentally,
this will increase the ejaculate load. Without touching your
testicles, firmly pull the skin of the scrotal sac for a minute
or two.

After you are done with this you will rub your hands
together for 10 seconds to generate heat and energy. Once
you have done that, cup your testicles and massage them

Stretches

Stretches will be used to lengthen your penis. These are not
thickness methods. Stretches work on the supporting
ligaments to the penis. You will do stretches while your
penis is flaccid.

You may get a little aroused doing these. You can also do
these with a semi erection, about 30% max erection.
Anything more than that and you will have to stop and let
your arousal subside.

Stretch #1

While sitting down, grab your penis behind the head and
firmly (slowly) pull it forward and down. Once you have
pulled it as far as possible while still tolerating the tension,
hold that level of tension for 10-15 seconds. That is 1
repetition.

Later on I will give you example programs to follow and the
minimum # of repetitions you should do. But for now in this
section, I want you to learn the stretches.

Stretch #2

This stretch targets the supporting ligaments as well.
However, it does so in a different way. Stretch #2 is similar
to Stretch #1 except that you will stretch your penis down
to the right and left sides. These repetitions will be done
faster than Stretch #1 repetitions.

Pull down to the right. Hold it for 1-2 seconds, then
immediately pull your penis to the left and hold for 1-2
seconds. Pull firmly so you can feel the stretch in the
supporting ligaments to the penis. Do not yank your penis.
Do this firmly, but in a controlled manner.

Stretch #3

This is a rotating stretch where you grab your penis from
behind the head and rotate it in circles concentrating on the
stretch of the supporting ligaments to the penis. Pull your
penis out as far as possible.

Begin to rotate it around in a circle at maximum tension
that you can tolerate. Instead of doing this for repetitions,
you will do this one based on amount of time.

The best results come from doing this exercise while
completely flaccid.

However, you can still perform this while having a semi
erection. If you get too much of an erection, just stop and
let it subside.

Stretch #4

This stretch requires that you have a semi erection. Doing
this stretch flaccid is of no use.

While lying down, slowly pull or push your penis towards
your feet. Once you get a good stretch, raise your knees to
your chest. Hold this position for 5-10 seconds and repeat.

WARNING: Be very careful when doing this stretch.
Do not push or pull down too much doing this. Use
your own good judgment.


Stretch #5

This stretch is best done completely flaccid, although you
can also use it while you have a semi erection at about 25%
level of full erection.

While lying on your side or sitting down, pull your penis
down. If you are lying on your side, tuck it between your
legs. Close your legs and slowly straighten them out to feel
a good stretch.

Each repetition of this should last 1 minute.
If you do this exercise sitting down, pull your penis down
and sit on it. While sitting on it, lean forward to get a better
stretch of the ligaments. Each repetition should last 1
minute.

WARNING: Do not go above 1 minute with
either version of stretch #5 due to circulation
problems within the penis. I am being overly
cautious, but you don't want the blood supply
to be cut off to your penis for more than a
minute. Just don't do it please.

After each repetition, gently slap and shake your penis to
help facilitate circulation.

Jelq/Milking

Milking the penis works both for thickness and length. This
exercise sends blood rushing into every area of the penis
allowing it to build up its tissue capacity.

You will need to thoroughly lubricate your penis with olive
oil or some sort of Vaseline type product. I recommend
and use a product called "Bag Balm. This product was
originally made for use on cow udders.

However, its by far the best product I have used as a
lubricant. There is some sort of stimulatory effect on the
penis when using this stuff that other stuff just doesnt do. I
cant explain it. Try it.

IMPORTANT: Do not ejaculate after you are done with this
exercise. That defeats the purpose. Use this exercise to
replace masturbation, but without ejaculating.

The best use you will get out of milking is doing it while you
have a semi erection between 40-60% of full erection. Try
to maintain that level.

If you get under that level stimulate your penis a little more
until you get back into that range. If you get over that level,
stop and let it subside a little until you get back into that
range.

The reason you want to stay in that percent erect range is
because you need some room in the veins and spongy
tissues within the penis to allow the blood to flow into them.

You will notice the veins in your penis get way bigger than
you have ever seen them, even while 100% erect.

Ok now to the exercise description.

Jelq #1

Once you get your penis into the ideal semi erect range,
make a ring around the base of your penis with your thumb
and 1-2 fingers. Tighten that ring up so no more blood can
get into the penis. Keep that hand and ring like that.

Now take your other hand and make a similar ring right
above that ring.

Tighten it up, but not as tight as other ring. Now slowly
slide this hand up the shaft of your penis. Your penis will
swell up and the head will engorge if you have done this
right. You want to do this repeatedly in 1-3 second long
strokes.

The slower you do it, the more intense it is.

While you are milking, you will want to try and milk in a
downward fashion so that you can get the added stretch of
the supporting ligaments to the penis.

If you are unable to milk in a downward fashion because of
your erection, dont worry too much about it. Its just a
bonus if you can.

Remember to keep the one hand/ring stationary at the base
of your penis. The other hand will do all the milking.

Jelq #2

This is a hand over hand milking. Both hands will do the
milking with this method.

This jelq method is not any better or worse than the other
jelq method. People have personal preferences so its your
choice as to which you use. Choose one method and use the
other as a change once in awhile.

Take one hand and make a ring at the base. Tighten that
ring. Now proceed to slide it up/down towards the head of
your penis, engorging your shaft and penis head. As that
hand gets to the head, your other hand should be at the
base making a ring and starting to milk up towards your
head.

Keep steady pressure.

By the way, milking your penis without ejaculating will allow
you to gain awesome ejaculatory control.

Also, if you are confused as to how your hand should form a
ring around your penis, think of the "OK sign.

Squeeze

The squeezes are meant to thicken up the penis and the
penis head.

There are a couple ways to squeeze your penis.


Squeeze #1

One way is to use your whole hand. Start while your penis
is semi erect. Now just squeeze your penis as illustrated.
Keep squeezing until your penis gets as hard as a rock.

By doing this you will produce increasingly firmer erections,
make your penis look more vascular. This helps to thicken
the penis.

Squeeze #2

The goal of this squeeze is to thicken the shaft of your
penis. Get semi erect.

Take one hand and make a ring around the base of your
penis. Now squeeze. Your penis should engorge. Now take
your other hand and make a ring around your penis just
below the head of it. Now squeeze that ring. Your penis will
get very swollen between each ring.

Hold this for 5-10 seconds and repeat. Its very intense!

Squeeze #3

The goal of this squeeze is for overall thickness. Start out
being semi erect. You will get to near or total erection on
this squeeze exercise.

Take one hand and make the "OK sign ring around the
base of your penis. Now squeeze and hold it in that place to
cut off the blood flow temporarily. Now what you want to do
is hold it like that for 10 seconds.

Now after 10 seconds is up, maintain that ring around the
base of your penis. However, loosen your ring up and do a
kegel to help engorge more blood into the penis.

Note: What is a kegel? Go to the washroom
and urinate. In the middle of urinating, try
and stop your urinating by clamping down and
doing an anal lock on your rectum. You
stopped it by doing a kegel. You are doing a
contraction or contractions of the area around
the prostate gland. I will get more into this
later.

So as you do the kegel, immediately tighten up your ring at
the base to not let any more blood into your penis. Again
hold for 10 seconds. And keep repeating.

Squeeze #4

The goal of this squeeze is to increase the head size of your
penis.

Get semi erect up to no more than 75% erect. Now make
an "OK sign ring in the middle to upper 1/3 of the shaft on
your penis. Tighten that ring there and hold it for 10-15
seconds. The head of your penis should get massively
swollen and look like a mushroom.



Penis slaps

The goal of penis slaps to your legs is to desensitize your
penis and stimulate penis head growth. Sit down to do this
exercise.

Get semi erect to fully erect. Take your penis in one hand
slap it against your one leg firmly. Immediately following
that, slap it against the other leg. Keep doing this back and
forth.

This will help stimulate penis head growth. Also it will
desensitize the penis head. Desensitizing your penis head
wont decrease your sexual pleasure.

What it will do is help you delay your orgasm, help you gain
ejaculatory control, and help prevent premature ejaculation.

Kegels

Kegels are the key to lasing longer in bed and allowing a
man to have multiple orgasms. Again, if you dont know
what a kegel is, go to the washroom and urinate. While
urinating, try to stop the flow by doing a kegel and
contracting the anus and doing an anal lock as if you are
not allowing anything out of it.

What you are doing is massaging the prostate gland during
the kegel. While you ejaculate your prostate is contracting
and pushing out the ejaculate.

What a kegel does is it massages the prostate so that if you
feel you are about to ejaculate you do a hard kegel or
multiple fast kegels to help relieve the prostate so the
contractions dont allow the ejaculation into your penis.

So when you sense a buildup and are about to ejaculate,
you will want to stop thrusting and either do a hard kegel
and hold it or do multiple fast kegels until the urge to
ejaculate subsides. That should perhaps take you about 10-
15 seconds. Then resume thrusting.

You can make love indefinitely with this technique.

A side note. If you keep holding back your ejaculation this
way, when you finally do decide to ejaculate it will be a
huge load.

To get your prostate strong and in shape you should
practice doing kegels every day so that it becomes easier
and easier to do them when it counts. During sex.

So here is the kegel program.

Do anywhere between 100-500 fast kegels each day. They
are quick and can be done anywhere without anyone
noticing. You want to do it at a pace of 2 kegels per minute.
That fast.

You will also want to do 20 hard/slow kegels and hold them
for 10-20 seconds each. These are harder to do. Do these
everyday as well. You can work up to holding these kegels
for up to a minute if you want to. But you dont have to, 20
seconds is sufficient.

Ok. During sex you will want to practice to see which kegels
you are more comfortable with doing to prevent ejaculation.
Some people like doing the rapid kegels and others prefer
to do one long hard slow kegel. Practice and see which one
is right for you.

I personally prefer the fast ones because they are easier
and because your penis throbs inside of the woman while
doing them which adds to her pleasure.



Isometric butt squeeze

Virtually all of your thrusting power comes from your
buttocks.

Doing isometric butt squeezes will help you maintain your
thrusting endurance for more than a few minutes and give
your woman the raw animalistic hard thrusting she needs to
have to feel like a complete woman. Soft romantic
lovemaking is fine, but when a woman is about to orgasm
she usually needs the man to pound her good and hard.

To do the isometric butt squeezes, simply tighten up your
buttocks by flexing it. Hold that position. As you get use to
doing them, increase the time for each repetition.

You can do many different versions of this.

You can do them rapidly. Do a quick hard isometric butt
squeeze and release. And keep repeating in that fashion.
You can do up to 50 in a minute that way.

You can also do them and flex your buttocks for 10 seconds
at a time.

You can also do them and flex your buttocks for over a
minute.

My suggestion is to start out with the quick easy ones first.
Build up to the longer ones.

Once you get to the point where you can do the isometric
butt squeeze for over a minute you should mix and match
all of them.

Try to get at least 5 minutes a day of these isometric butt
squeezes. A side benefit is that your buttocks will become
firmer and more shapelier.




Sack Enlarging

Sack enlarging doesnt increase the size of the testicles.
What it does is it stretches the skin of the scrotal sac so
that your testicles hang lower. This helps enhance the size
of your total package.

To enlarge your sack, simple make an "OK sign ring around
your sack with one hand. Gently pull it down.

While you are doing that, grab your flaccid penis. With your
penis in the other hand, pull it upwards while your pull your
sack downwards.

This will create a stretch in the skin of the scrotal sack. If
you dont feel a stretch in the upper part of the scrotal sac
skin, you are doing it wrong.

By continually doing this, your testicles will hang lower.

Try to do 5 of these a day, each for 1 minute.

Supplements/oils/accessories


You are going to want to take 3-4 supplements to get the
most out of this penis enlargement program. These
supplements are not necessary, but they are helpful.

You will want to take zinc or saw palmetto for a healthy
prostate. This will allow you to get the most out of
ejaculatory control and preventing premature ejaculation.

You will want to take yohimbe to help engorge the penis
with blood. This will help out your jelq/milking and the
squeezes.

Finally, you will want to take arginine to increase your
ejaculation loads.

For warming up your penis, you should consider taking one
of your socks and pouring rice in it. Then tie it in a knot so
the rice cant fall out. Put this "rice sock into a microwave
and heat it up for 30-60 seconds.

Experiment on how long you leave it in there for.

You dont have to be precise in how long its in there.
Whatever is comfortable for you will work. Then put it on
your penis to warm it up.

For oils and lubricants, you can use olive oil, baby oil, or
some form of Vaseline type lubricant. I personally use
something called "Bag Balm thats found in a green jar.
You can find it in most any Walmart for about $5 or so.

Finally, you are going to want a lubricant to help heal your
penis. Since you are helping to break down the tissues in
the penis in order for them to rebuild and get bigger and
stronger, you will need something that helps in the recovery
process.

My choice is something called Arnica. This stuff works! It
helps speed up the recovery time so that your penis is
ready for another workout.

All you do is rub it on your penis after you are done with
your penis enlargement exercises. Go buy it. Its cheap.
Proper recovery time is critical for penis enlargement.

If you buy anything, please buy the Arnica!

Another product that one of my customers raves about is
called "Techtonic Flex 1 Disc Magnets. These magnets are
wrapped around the penis from what I understand. They
cost $5 or so from most large department stores. These
reportedly help with recovery time. They also make your
un-erect penis hang heavy.

I passed this tip along to other customers and the few who
have tried it also say that these magnets seem to help in
recovery.

So maybe you would like to consider using those as well. I
suppose any type of magnets similar to these would work as
well. I personally have never used any types of magnets to
help recovery time on my penis.

Example programs to follow

Before I give you some example programs, I want to first
say that nothing about these programs is written in stone.
You can mix and match, do more repetitions than it says, do
less repetitions, and so on.

To get the fastest results you ideally will have to put in at
least 30 minutes a day for 6 days a week for 6 weeks or so.
However, you will still get noticeable results from as little as
15-20 minutes a day for 4-5 days a week.

Having said that, I usually did about 10 minutes of
stretches, 40 minutes of milking, 10 minutes of squeezes on
the average day. 6 days a week.

I gained just under 2 inches in length going from 6.5 inches
to just under 8.5 inches on my erect penis. My flaccid size
went from 4.5 inches long to 5.75 inches long.

My circumference at the base of my penis went from 5.75
inches around to nearly 7 inches around. I got those results
in 9 weeks. As of now, I just do maintenance work.

What I mean by that is I really dont want my penis any
bigger so I just do 5-10 minutes of stretching, 15 minutes
of milking, and 10 minutes of squeezes 3 days a week just
to maintain my gains and keep my penis healthy.

I do however do 100s of kegels, isometric butt squeezes,
and penis slaps each and every day. I consider these
separate from the main penis enlargement program.

Because I changed up my routines a lot so that my penis
wouldnt be able to get use to the stimulation and not grow,
I will list a bunch of routines I have used along with the
base routine that I worked all my other routines off of.

The keys to the routines are variety, intensity, and rest.

Because I believe kegels and isometric butt squeezes should
be done separately, I do not include those in the programs.

My suggestion is to do at least 5 minutes a day of each of
them. Also do penis slaps a few minutes each day. You can
include penis slaps into the programs below by doing them
right after the milking/jelq and right before the squeezes.

Sack enlarging is optional.



Base Routine #1

6 days a week, for about 1 hour a day, 6 days a week.

5 minutes warming penis up with rice sock
5 minutes of Stretch #1
5 minutes of either Stretch #2/#3/#4/#5 or I mix
in all of them
40 minutes of Jelq #1
10 minutes of Squeeze #1/#3/#4

So as you can see from that, I concentrated on Stretch #1
mainly and added in the other stretches.

With the milking, I felt I got better results with Jelq #1 so I
rarely used Jelq #2. And with the squeezes, I rarely used
Squeeze #2 because the head of my penis really didnt
benefit from that squeeze because it targeted the shaft
thickness only.

However Ill show you a routine when Squeeze #2 was the
main part of my program and very useful. Dont
underestimate Squeeze #2 just because I usually left it out
of my base program.

I suggest you do this routine for 4 weeks before you start to
experiment with the following routines.

Routine #2


Day 1:

I would do 1 hour of various stretches. Day 1 was my day
for strict lengthening. So all I did was stretches on that day
after 5 minutes of warming up. Doesnt really matter which
stretches you use.


Day 2:

I would do a 5 minute warm up. Then I would do 40
minutes of milking/jelq and 20 minutes of squeezes.
Although milking does help in lengthening the penis, I
considered this my day for concentrating on thickness.


Day 3:

Day 3 is an off day. On day 4, I would go back to the length
workout and repeat that. Day 5 would be the thickness
workout.

So as you can see, its 1 day of length work, 1 day of
thickening, and then 1 day off. Then repeat that order over
and over.

Routine #3

This routine is for shaft thickness and involves Squeeze #2.
Squeeze #2 is intense, no doubt about it. So I had a routine
where this was the only thing I did for one week.

Id do it for 4 days during that one specific week. Monday,
Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

After that week was done, Id switch to my base routine for
1-2 weeks before I used another routine.

So here is the routine. I would do between 150-200
repetitions of Squeeze #2 while holding the squeeze from 7-
10 seconds. This usually took about 1 hour when you count
all the rest time between each repetition.

By the way, I usually rested about 5-10 seconds between
each repetition.

And if you get soft, just masturbate really fast to bring your
semi erection up to the proper level. If you get 100% erect,
just stop and let it subside.


Routine #4

Do this routine twice a day for 2 days. Take the 3
rd
day off.
Then repeat that cycle. If youre eager for results and have
the time, try this routine.

Routine #5 - Shock Routine

This is an advanced routine. Please dont even consider
trying it until youve done the above penis enlargement
exercises for at least 6 weeks. This routine requires a chunk
of 4 hours of your time and a lot of privacy.

On a Sunday or whenever you have the most free time with
a lot of privacy, you will jelq and do squeezes for 45
minutes of each hour for 4 hours straight. The other 15
minutes of each of those hours will be devoted to hot wraps
with warm washcloths and the rice sock.

You can use those 15 minutes to rest up your hands also.

So heres an example.


12-12:45 pm milking and squeezes
12:45-1pm hot wraps with washcloths and rice sock
1-1:45 pm milking and squeezes
1:45-2 pm hot wraps with washcloths and rice sock
2-2:45 pm milking and squeezes
2:45-3 pm hot wraps with washcloths and rice sock
3-3:45 pm milking and squeezes
3:45-4 pm hot wraps with washcloths and rice sock


Follow that up with rubbing a lot of arnica into your penis to
help with recovery time. Youll need it!

So say that is Sunday. You will then take Monday off to
rest. On Tuesday you will do 15 minutes of stretches
followed by 15 minutes of milking.

Your penis may still be sore from the Sunday workout so
dont go overboard on Tuesday. Wednesday you will take off
and rest. On Thursday and Friday you will do the same as
your Tuesday workout, 15 minutes of both stretches and
milking.

Saturday you will take off and rest.

On Sunday you can either repeat with the 4 hour "shock
routine that is listed above or switch to another routine or
do a "shock routine based off of stretches.

You could easily gain 1/8 of an inch in permanent length
and girth from each of those shock routines. So with just
doing one of those a week for 8 weeks, you would have
gained 1 inch in both length and girth from just 8 workouts.

The other workouts during that week are more active
recovery workouts to keep a solid stream of blood flow to
your penis, which helps with its recovery from that grueling
Sunday workout.

Again, dont even consider this routine until you have at
least 6 weeks of consistent penis enlargement workouts
under your belt.

If you do try this routine, please pay special attention to
your body and how your penis is reacting to this type of
intense working out. Be cautious.

As a side note, I have done "shock routines in which I have
done up to 5.5 hours of penis enlargement exercises over a
period of about 8 hours in a day.

If you do a "shock routine, dont expect to have sex for the
next 2 days.

the sperm carrying fluid in men - the semen - is
produced by the prostate gland and carried through the
urethra. Well, women also have prostate tissue
surrounding their urethras. This tissue produces fluid
that is chemically similar to male prostate fluid.

Obviously, this fluid in women has nothing to do with
semen, but it does provide lubrication, in addition to
vaginal secretions, when shes sexual aroused. And
sometimes, when a woman has had a particularly

up and expel a large amount of this lubricating fluid, so
much sometimes that it can literally be seen to spurt

Most women probably think their clitoris is just a small,

bones, forks out into two long, separated "legs.

The overall length of the clitoris, measured inside and
