General Tips for the Exam.

• Its a simple exam, not much is tension needed.


• Study all the concepts provided in the Syllabus, as nothing outside the
syllabus will be asked in question paper.
• Dont forget to go through the glossary, as some questions are based on
terminology.
• Remember, questions are tricky in nature, answer carefully as plenty of time
will be given.
• Be clear about concepts like cyclometric complexity, equivalence partition and
boundy value analysis.
• Not all questions carry same weightage...Q will be of 1,2 and 3 marks. In all
around 40Q will be asked

There is nothing specific in exam paper.

1-Practical General Test types.
2-Some with practical situation.
3-Some related critical situation.
4-Some related project management.
5-Some related to standardization
6-Some related to "BVA,CA,CC,SC".
7-But most important is None of the answer is straightforward.

Successes rate depends on how indepth you are in the section marked as (K1) in
ISTQB syllabus.
Question comes with 1,2,3 marks.
90% of 3 mark questions are from K1 sections.
90% of 2 mark questions are from K2 sections.
90% of 1 mark questions are from K3 sections.
