To, The Dean/Principal/Director, All Affiliated Post Graduate Colleges / Institutions of MUHS, Nashik. Sub. :Submission of Dissertations : All Post Graduate Courses : Candidates Appearing for Summer-2012 Examinations (Except MSc Nursing, MASLP & MPO)

Sir/Madam, With reference to the subject cited above, it is decided and intimated to you that the Dissertations of all eligible PG courses candidates appearing for Summer-2012 examinations of all faculties will have to be submitted / forwarded to respective MUHS Regional Centers / University, through the respective college representatives, course / subject wise between the dates along with prescribed fees as mentioned below :Sr. No. 1. Note:-(for colleges only) :- Three working days from the last date of every schedule are given to
colleges to prepare lists and complete other administrative formalities for onward submission of Dissertations to the respective Regional Centers / University. The fees in the form of Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of The Registrar, MUHS Nashik payable at Nashik, must be submitted along with the list of the candidates and Dissertations. Make sure that demand drafts must be drawn between the dates of the above prescribed schedules of submission. It is expected that the Dissertations are to be submitted between first scheduled dates with normal fee of Rs. 1800/-. However, the submission of Dissertations with late fee / additional late fee is for exceptional cases only, for which the proper and genuine reasons should be explained by the concerned candidate with comment and approval of respective college Dean / Principal / Director and Guide till 16 Jan 2012 only. In any case the Dissertations will not be accepted after 16 Jan 2012 under any circumstances. (Board of Examinations resolution No.26 dated 24/02/2010.) Note The Dissertation of the candidates will be accepted only on fulfillment of following conditions:a - Title & Synopsis of Dissertations is approved by MUHS. b - The candidates final eligibility is confirmed by MUHS. c In case change of Guide, it must have the approval of the MUHS.
