Douglas Dickerson and/or Melek Can Dickerson and/orMelek JanDickerson." A copy of the denial letter is enclosed. Reportedly, a letter from Sibel Edmonds regarding Maj. Dickerson was received in August or Septemberof 2002, and a reply was sent to her September10, 2002by Col. Worth of the AFOSI: http ://www.j ustacitizen. com/articl es:documentslDODJetters. htm The letter Col. Worth sent to Ms. Edmonds, a private citizen, was sentby US regular mail, therefore,it is not a "criminal investigationrecord," and it doesnot contain classified information, and can be releasedunder FOIA. Any information that might violate the Privacy Act, such as Ms. Edmonds' addressor phone number, can be redacted from this letter prior to it being sentto me. In addition to Col. Worth's letter, I am interestedin all other records regarding my PresidentObama'sFOIA Memorandum original requestwhich may be legally disclosed. and Attorney General (AG) Holder's FOIA Guidelines mandatea presumption of opennessand disclosure.The Presidenthas directed that, "[i]n the face of doubt, prevails", and the AG "strongly encourage[s] agencies make discretionary to openness disclosures information."
