Opened lines of communication between U.S. and DOLE, DOLE and GOVERNMENT OF NICARAGUA, and secured ATPDEA extension that saved DOLE millions of dollars in annual revenue. Kept MEXICAN AGRICULTURAL MINISTRY abreast of all matters critical to Mexican agricultural trade, facilitated successful execution of multiple strategies, including the opening of the U.S. market for Mexican avocados. Representing CEMEX in major U.S. MEXICO trade dispute, secured political support required to achieve 2006 multi-million government-to-government settlement. Ensured ASSOCIATION OF COLOMBIAN FLOWER EXPORTERS played key role in free trade agreement negotiation process, positioned client as critical resource to Congress as model ATPDEA success story.
