Sales Support Director/Senior Vice President/2009-Oct 2011 o Directly responsible for coaching, assessing and teaching the sales process for 69 Citibank branches throughout the state of Texas. The role required an attention to detail, candor with individual performers and Senior Management, as well as development and implementation of resolutions to increase performance across many disciplines, including investment sales. Orchestrated the top customer service rank of any area throughout the national Citibank branch network. Customer service scores increased 15 points year over year during an 18-month period. Directed boost in mortgage production throughout the Dallas SW marketplace, resulting in a 100%+ increase in sales year over year. Selected to represent all Sales Support Directors nationally and tasked with recommending process improvements across the North America business. Successfully spearheaded the initiative to improve process efficiency while reducing paperwork by 50 percent, leading to increased sales. Conducted multiple classroom training sessions covering systems conversions, coaching for sales results, cross selling, needs assessment and client sales development all while achieving the top tier trainer rating. Financial Center Manager/ Vice President/ 2003-2009 o Directed all day to day operations of the largest Citibank branch in the Dallas Fort Worth Market. This included responsibility for the branch P&L, hiring and firing, developing and coaching, and inbound and outbound sales. B2B sales were a emphasis and a consistent point of strength. Achieved 23 % margin growth over the course of one year through increased sales activities and cost management and was named a Citistar, a national program set aside to recognize the top 2% of managers nationwide. Ranked in the top 5 branches, in 4 of the first 5 company sales contests for the state of Texas. This included winning a campaign designed to measure operational soundness. Designed, organized and implemented several micro marketing programs used to boost sales performance both with the internal and external customer base. One event attracted over 500 attendees.
