It is shaped by the behaviour of both individuals and groups. As an example national culture that is a different from country to country. When we look at England culture it is different from American culture and totally different from countries in Asia like India, Sri Lanka, etc. In their behaviour of people, foods, cloths and lot of things are difficult from each other. National culture influences the organizational culture. As an example HSBC cannot change or pay interest for customers in Islamic countries like Saudi Arabia because they follow sin to collect interest. Organization culture different from organization to organization. When considering Primark and M&S both of the companies are selling garments. Primark sell their products on cheapest price but they are not highly concern about quality of the products. M&S is different they highly concern about quality and their products are expensive. It is their culture. (McLean, A, Marshall, J. Intervening in Cultures, Working Paper, University of Bath, 1993)
