The last of four letters explaining our vision for reaching the unreached in Cameroon, West Africa

Hopefully, by now, you have caught the vision World Team has for our family to serve in Cameroon, West Africa. This last letter will explain what lies ahead in order for us to go. You are an integral part of helping us go to the people groups who have yet to hear the name of Christ. You can help us reach the people in Cameroon South and Sub-Sahara Africa. Only 10 languages out of Cameroons 281 languages have a complete Bible and fewer than 100 have any scripture portions at all. We greatly encourage you to join this mission with us as we church plant in Cameroon.

Partner With Us to Reach the Unreached

How can you help our family, with World Team, achieve the vision of reaching those who have no Bible, no Christ, and no hope for the future? It is Gods heart for all the nations to be reached. Matthew 28:18-19 says Go, therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. There are three ways you can help:

1. Go into Missions: The laborers are few.

There are 2.5 billion people in the world who do not know the

name of Jesus or have a Bible in their own language. There are many different ways of reaching them. Do you have a business? Take your business into another country and significantly impact a people group somewhere in the world with Business as Mission (BAM). Are you in the medical field? Millions can be reached with the gospel through ministering to their health. Do you like to encourage people? Then build relationships with unreached people to build trust with them to then be able to share Bible stories in their own language. What is God calling you to do?

2. Support us Financially Finances are the only thing keeping

us from the mission field. World Team has a ministry they need us to do right now. We know that you care about people who need to hear the gospel. Therefore, we are asking that you consider supporting us financially. We need to raise about $6,900 in ongoing monthly support to provide for our overall expenses. Part of this amount is our personal expenses which are $3,200 per month. The rest is for ministry funds for the unreached, insurance, taxes, etc. (a full breakdown of our monthly budget is posted on our blog TierneysToCameroon.blogspot.com). Our first term is for four years, and we would like to go as soon as possible. Suggested giving amounts: 30 people to give us $25 a month 39 people to give us $50 a month 42 people to give us $100 a month = $6,900 a month Here are some further details: Giving options are explained on the enclosed response cards or you can visit our blog at TierneysToCameroon.blogspot.com to give on-line. Part of our responsibilities to World Team is to raise support associated with World Teams expenses for our assigned ministry. All gifts are tax deductible and will be receipted for your records. If you plan to support us monthly, World Team encourages monthly gifts to begin immediately so that donations between now and our departure date may go towards our start-up expenses (plane tickets, vehicle, initial house expenses etc).

3. Pray for Us

Nothing in the kingdom happens without prayer. Prayer is very important to God and, therefore, there is a battle in the heavenly places against it. Daniel was always fervent in prayer and so we should be too. Daniel 10:12 says for from the first day that you set your heart to understand, and to humble yourself before your God; your words were heard and I have come because of your words. If you can pray for us, we would love for you to fill out the prayer section on the enclosed support card, or you can simply let us know, and we will update you on our prayer needs.
