Alex Kuruvilla Alex Kuruvilla, Presently the Country Head of Condenast International and previously was the Managing Director, MTV Networks India. He is one of the incubators of B L U E S K Y and presently on the Board of B L U E S K Y as a non executive, Founder & Director.
Vivian Rodrigues Is an accomplished serial entrepreneur that has been providing office solutions and creative designs to leading office workplaces since the last 18 years. 2006 - Company incepted and incorporated with Recruitment,

Temping and HR Operations 2007 - Diversified to outsourcing the companies by providing HR services. 2008 - Spread of operations in Pune, Delhi 2009 - We raised our scale from 4 clients to 8 & finally to 16 clients and to 25 by the end of the year.

You will see a fellow skier pulling a bakra on another and the predator might just be the CEO himself.

The working days of the company will be from Monday to Saturday. The timings are as mentioned below. B L U E S K Y employees deputed on clients site are expected to follow the reporting time & weekly offs as applicable in the clients policy.

As a stated policy Saturdays will be observed as a development day used for completion of pending tasks, completion of projects, discussions on various organizational issues & self development. B L U E S K Y Commandos who are deputed on the clients site will be required to mail their reporting time to HR everyday by 10.00 am. B L U E S K Y Commandos required to operate from outside the office for a short period or are required to go for meetings with clients are expected to inform their Supervisor and HR person by 10.00 am in the morning.

Another patented product of Bluesky to evaluate the performance of the skiers. It is an system which eliminates the traditional appraisal system. The system is clear cut and transparent in terms of evaluation.

Development Diary
A tool used by the supervising manager, employee and HR to evaluate

the development of an individual from entry to exit.

Modes of Communication
MAYA- Members are you aware It is a central tool of disseminating vital information to all the members in Bluesky. By marking a mail to this ID each member is aware of the ongoing in Bluesky. It is used by HR implants to clear any doubts that one may have on any particular issue that they are facing at a client location.
