Hat, Scarf, Wristlets 9 sts + 15 rows = 4 [10 cm] with 1 strand of A and 1 strand of B held tog over garter st (k every row). Rep decrease rnd once more, end k 0 (1, 0, 1) 36 (39, 42, 45) sts. Work even until piece measures 14 (15, 16, 16) [35.5 (38, 40.5, 40.5) cm] from beg. Next Rnd Purl. Next Rnd Knit. Repeat last 2 rows for 1 [2.5 cm]. Bind off all sts loosely. HAT With 1 strand of A and 1 strand of B held tog, cast on 40 sts. Work even in garter st for 2 [5 cm]. Cut yarn, leaving a long tail, and pull end through remaining sts. Sew up seam. Pompom Wrap A around 6 [15 cm] piece of cardboard the more wraps, the fuller your pompom will be. Cut a 24 [61 cm] strand of yarn, fold it in half, and lay it on a table. Carefully slide yarn off cardboard, center it over the doubled strand, and use strand to tie the middle tightly, knotting twice. Cut loops of pompom and trim to make even. Use ends of doubled strand to attach pompom to Hat. SCARF With 1 strand of A and 1 strand of B held tog, cast on 9 sts and work even in garter st until piece measures 40 [101.5 cm] or desired length.
