It is very easy to understand and enables me to easily look/perceive at an individual, develop plans/strategy on how to handle them for a win-win situation. In this program, I learned on how important to enhance M to be able to manage or lead my subordinates. The case studies are real, gives us appreciation of the different personalities and how we can handle the different situations. The course is handled at a very pleasant pace and the instructor (Bernard) is very learned and knowledgeable to the subject matter
