Chin Very informative and a good tool to use to manage people. The instrument can be used also for recruitment and to improve the people reporting to you. Can also be used as an instrument to manage others. Give an opportunity to self-actualize and improve the quality of life

2. K.F. Tung This training is very useful to know peoples behavior and knowing peoples behavior will enable us to use their talents to maximize or optimize the organization resources. At the same time, it helps us to identify areas of improvement for the individuals to groom themselves to be better performers. Also this profiling enables us to tell scientifically our behavior what our strength and weakness.

4. Inderjit Singh Kyko is an eye opener to how to look at peoples personality/behavior. It is very easy to understand and enables me to easily look/perceive at an individual, develop plans/strategy on how to handle them for a win-win situation. In this program, I learned on how important to enhance M to be able to manage or lead my subordinates. The case studies are real, gives us appreciation of the different personalities and how we can handle the different situations. The course is handled at a very pleasant pace and the instructor (Bernard) is very learned and knowledgeable to the subject matter
