1. Dehnfugen beachten WPC-Terrassendielen unterliegen einer natrlichen Ausdehnung. Es ist daher zwischen jeder Diele sowie jeder Unterkonstruktion eine ausreichende Dehnfuge einzuplanen. 2. Keine direkte Verschraubung Dielen und Unterkonstruktion drfen nicht direkt verschraubt werden. 3. Keine Verwendung fr freitragende konstruktive Zwecke Das WPC Profil RELAZZO und die Unterkonstruktion sind speziell fr die Nutzung als Terrassenbelag entwickelt worden. Die Produkte haben keine bauaufsichtliche Zulassung und sind aus diesem Grund nicht fr freitragende, konstruktive Zwecke zu verwenden. Die lokalen Bauvorschriften sind entsprechend zu beachten. 4. Verlegerichtung beachten Auf eine gleichmige Verlegung der Dielen in Brstrichtung (gedruckter Pfeil auf der Diele) ist zu achten. 5. Dokumentation der Verlegung Fr sptere nderungen, zur Dokumentation der Bodenausfhrung und der Verlegeabstnde sowie allgemein zum Nachweis der Einhaltung dieser Verlegeanleitung wird empfohlen, die Terrasse whrend der Verlegung der Unterkonstruktion und unmittelbar nach Fertigstellung zu photographieren und die Bilder als Bestandteil des bergabeprotokolls zu dokumentieren. 6. Sicherheitshinweise Die hier gegebenen Hinweise und Empfehlungen entbinden den Verarbeiter nicht, alle geltenden Sicherheits-, und Umweltvorschriften sowie die Vorschriften der Gewerbeaufsicht und Berufsgenossenschaft strikt einzuhalten, da diese immer vorrangig sind. Die Sicherheitsvorschriften der eingesetzten Klebstoffe sind zu beachten und unbedingt einzuhalten. Ergnzende Arbeitsmittel wie z. B. alkoholische Reiniger und andere leicht entzndliche Materialien sollen nur an einem sicheren und gut belfteten Ort aufbewahrt werden. Sicherheitsausstattung wie Handschuhe, Schutzbrille, Gehrschutz und Staubmaske sind immer zu verwenden.

Wichtige Hinweise / Important information

1. Allow for expansion joints WPC decking planks experience natural expansion. A sufficiently large expansion joint is therefore to be allowed for between every plank and also every substructure. 2. No direct screw connections The planks and substructure must not be bolted together directly. 3. Not to be used for self-supporting, structural purposes The RELAZZO WPC profile and the substructure have been specially developed for use as decking. The products do not have building authority approval and for this reason should not be used for selfsupporting, structural purposes The local building regulations are to be observed accordingly. 4. Allow for the installation direction Ensure level installation of the planks in the brushing direction (see arrow printed on the plank). 5. Documentation of the installation For subsequent changes, documentation of the floor design and the installation spacing as well as general proof of compliance with this installation guide, it is recommended that the decking is photographed during installation of the substructure and immediately following completion, and that the photographs are used as part of the transfer record. 6. Safety information The information and recommendations given here do not release the fabricator from strictly complying with all of the applicable safety and environmental regulations as well as the regulations of the industrial inspectorate and professional organisations, as these always take precedence. The safety regulations for the adhesives used are binding. Supplementary work equipment such as e.g. alcohol-based cleaners and other highly flammable materials should only be stored in a safe and well-ventilated place. Safety equipment such as gloves, safety goggles, ear protection and dust masks are always to be used.

Aufbau auf unterschiedlichen Untergrnden / Assembly on different surfaces

1. Ausfhrung auf Beton Die Unterkonstruktion ist auf dem Betonuntergrund mittels Montagewinkel gem Verlegeanleitung zu befestigen und Bodenunebenheiten sind mittels Gummiunterlage auszugleichen. Eine versetzte Ausfhrung und die entsprechenden Spaltmae der Unterkonstruktion sind einzuhalten. 1. Construction on concrete The substructure is to be fastened to the concrete subsurface using a mounting bracket in accordance with the installation guide and unevenness in the floor is to be corrected using a rubber base. A recessed construction and the corresponding gaps in the substructure are to be observed.

2. Ausfhrung auf Flachdach Mit der Unterkonstruktion ist ein Rahmen mittels Montagewinkel und Verbindungsplatte herzustellen, die vorgeschriebenen Spaltmae sind einzuhalten. Dieser Rahmen mu mittels Gummiunterlage von der Entwsserungsfolie abgehoben werden. Mehrfaches bereinanderstapeln der Gummiunterlagen und eine Verschraubung der Unterkonstruktion mittels Montagewinkel nach unten ist verboten. Jegliche Beschdigung der Flachdachfolie ausschlieen!

2. Construction on a flat roof With the substructure a frame is to be created using mounting brackets and connecting plates. The specified gaps are to be observed. This frame must be lifted off the drainage membrane using a rubber base. Multiple stacking of the rubber bases and screwing them down to the substructure using a mounting bracket is forbidden. Any damage to the flat roof membrane is to be ruled out!

Bei der Verlegung ist darauf zu achten, dass die Schrauben erst halb eingeschraubt werden, damit die Klammer locker bleibt, um so die nachfolgende Diele einzuschieben. Die Schrauben werden dann nachfolgend komplett angezogen.
