CONTRACT OF LEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Contract oI Lease is executed by and between:

ROSEMINDA S. PANSOY, oI legal age, married with residence and postal address at
Km. 5, Guadalupe Village, Matina, Davao City, now and hereinaIter reIerred to as the LESSOR;

And

, likewise oI legal age, Filipino, and a residence oI
, now and hereinaIter reIerred to as the LESSEE.

W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, the LESSOR is the owner oI a building with rooms Ior rent with bath rooms
and toilet with light and water Iacilities;

WHEREAS, the LESSEE had oIIered to lease or rent a room and such oIIer is accepted
by the LESSOR:

NOW THEREFORE, the PARTIES have stipulated the Iollowing terms and conditions to
wit:

a) The LESSOR shall lease one (1) room oI his building to the LESSEE at monthly
rental oI P ) PESOS, Philippine Currency;

b) The period oI lease shall Ior year/month to start on ;

c) The rent shall be payable within the Iirst ten (10) days oI the month;

d) The LESSEE beIore occupying the room shall pay a deposit in the amount oI
P ) PESOS, to pay Ior unpaid light and water bills
as well as rental in arrears in the event the LESSEE shall vacate the premises at the
end the term oI the lease, and such deposit shall not earn interest;

e) In the event that the LESSEE shall Iail to pay any rental Ior a period oI one (1) month
excluding the deposit, the LESSEE shall be advised to vacate the place either verbally
or with written request;

I) In the event the LESSEE have Iailed to pay its rental aIter the lapse oI FORTY-FIVE
(45) DAYS or with rental in arrears shall be equivalent to ONE AND A HALF (1 )
MONTH, the LESSOR SHALL PADLOCK the premises and the deposit shall be
applied to unpaid water and electric bills. Any excess shall be returned to the
LESSEE;

g) The LESSOR shall not be liable Ior any damages arising out oI the unilateral act oI
the LESSOR to PADLOCK the premises due to non payment oI rental.


IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL THE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LEASE.
