What is Genocide?

● As homicide is the murder of a person, genocide is the murder of an

ethnicity or the extinction of any human group sharing a genetic or
ancestral affinity. Another trendy term for this is 'ethnic cleansing'.
Examples of genocides includes the disappearance of the
neanderthals, the murder of all aboriginal Tazmanians, many
aboriginal American tribes, and almost every indigenous population
of the middle east 1200 years ago. Technically, the Holocaust was an
attempted genocide, as - thankfully - Hitler and the 'ordinary
Germans' failed; colloquially, the term is also applied to attempts -
especially if those attempts are well organized and systematic - or
significant trends toward extinction.

What was the largest ethnic cleansing campaign in the history of

imperialism. And it was an imperialism of a type which the world had
not known so far. The Arabs not only imposed their ruthless rule and
totalitarian creed on the countries they conquered; they also
populated these countries with a prolific progeny whch they

procreated on native women. Every Arab worth his race 'married'

scores, sometimes hundreds of these helpless women after their
menfolk had all been killed. Divorce of a wedded wife had been made
very easy by the 'law' of Islam. A man could go on marrying and
divorcing at the rate of several women during the span of a single
day and night. What was more convenient, there was no restriction
on the number of concubines a man could keep. The Arab
Conquerors used these male privileges in full measure. And in a
matter of a hundred years, Iraq, Palestine, Syria, Egypt and North
Africa which had been non-Arab countries for countless ages became
Arabic-speaking countries. Arabic did not spread like English, French
or other similar languages that spread through commercial and
diplomatic excellence of the lending nation and filtered through the
top strata of the receiving: countries. Arabic was injected through all
strata of the conquered population which did not have much choice in
the matter. Thus we have a series of countries that are 'Arabic' in
race, culture and language extending from Iraq to Morocco.
Conversion was not confined to creed alone, it covered one's
ancestry as well.

Our nation's leaders have accumulated a record of selling its citizens

and allies to special interests for the highest price obtainable. Yes...I
am talking about some of our Presidents and, specifically, about the
unprincipled US State Department over decades.

Presently, President Clinton and the US State Department have

embarked upon a program to sell Israel to the oil-rich Arab nations in
trade for smooth and lucrative commerce. This program, half of
which is in the black (covert) area, is to deliver Israel via stepped
down phases so that, in the near future, it can be absorbed by the
surrounding Arab nations. Many financial and political interests are
involved for monetary gain. These powerful interests can and have
reached out to co-opt the media, multi-national corporations and the
Congress. All of this comes out of the rubric "Land for Peace".

To implement Genocide an aggressor must have co-conspirators who

assist the aggressor in many ways to plan and finally carry out the
killings.

I ask the reader to read, save and think about the following because,
as it says in the Constitution: "It is we, the people, who are the
interested parties."

For the following reasons I propose a class action suit against the US
Government, the US State Department, accessories in the media,
corporations and multi-national corporations and such entities that
have become knowing accomplices to the Government in assisting in
the weakening of Israel in preparation for Genocide - also known as
Jihad. Each may have a separate reason to assault Israel with
extreme prejudice but, bottom line, it adds up to Genocide.

We, therefore, charge the US government and the US State

Department with knowingly aiding and abetting Genocide against the
Jewish people of Israel. Further, as stated in the Nuremberg
Convention which requires citizens of every country to resist the call
to Genocide by their country, I offer that resistance and ask you to
join me.

This charge is not theory or the "What If" syndrome. This charge is
based on numerous layers of irrefutable fact: The question as to
whether the Arab nations intend Genocide stands on the bedrock of
fact and documented history...Past and Present.

During the World War II years the Arab nations and their leaders
sided with the Nazis against the Allies. Jews were routinely attacked
by the Arabs. Their attitude may be epitomized by Haj Amin Al
Husseini, Grand Mufti of Jerusalem who sat in Berlin with Hitler,
where he requested that Hitler bring his "Jewish Solution" with his
well-oiled killing machine to kill all the Palestinian Jews he could find.
The explicit term is "Genocide".

Authority's Jerusalem office illegally at Orient House. His other

relative, Yasir Arafat, still runs the PLO and Hamas as the
"President" of the Neo-State of Palestine, in formation. They are only
two of the Grand Mufti's spiritual repositories and the continuation of
his plans to "ethnically cleanse" Jerusalem and Israel of all Jews. In
this case, the past is still the present.

This class action suit should be undertaken by US citizens, both Jews

and Christians. Where law allows, third parties, including victims of
Arab terrorism and their families, Jewish citizens of Israel, Jewish
and Christian organizations et al should be allowed to join the suit as
friends of the court.

The suit should name the office of the President including President
Clinton and former President Bush, the US State Department (with
specifically named defendants) leading media sources as the NEW
YORK TIMES, CHICAGO TRIBUNE, major TV and radio news
networks, CNN, NPR, multi-national corporations and any other
entities, persons or interests who have acted individually or in
concert to deprive or threaten Israeli citizens of their right to life and
liberty.

EVIDENCE

Since the re-establishment of the State of Israel, the Arab nations

have called for the destruction of the Jewish State. Statements by
their leaders, Fatwas (Muslim degrees) issued by the leading Muslim
clerics stated specifically that Jihad was a permanent state of war
with the Jews who were to be driven into the sea - in other words,
Genocide.

They went on to demonstrate their intentions through six wars and

one long, unending 'low intensity' war, called terrorism. Had Israel
lost any one war, the Arabs would have matched the Genocide of the
Germans who had received cooperation from many of the European
nations. Wars and Arab terrorism claimed 20,000 Jewish lives, plus
hundreds of thousands wounded, many maimed for life. In terms of
the United States population that would be 7 million dead
Americans. This state of war exists today and is well known to the
leaders of the world's nations.

Yassir Arafat, in cooperation with Saddam of Iraq, the Ayatollahs of

Iran, Assad of Syria, Kaddafi of Libya, Egyptian Presidents - financed
by support of Saudi Arabia with other oil and Muslim States -
murdered Jews, Americans and their own Arab people. Their oft-
stated intention is to make all of Israel Judenrein (free of Jews). The

Arafat ordering the executions of American Ambassador Cleo Noel,

Jr., his aide and the Belgium Ambassador in Khartoum. For reasons
of politics, Arafat was not accused, indicted or tried by the US
government.

Arafat was directly responsible for the murders of the school children
at Ma'alot, the eleven Israeli athletes at Munich, the killing of
American citizens (Klinghoffer on the Achille Lauro). This is only a
short list of the terrorist operations ordered by Arafat. At least eleven
Americans have been killed by Palestinian terrorism since the Oslo
Accords were signed. Even the now moribund "Land for Peace" Oslo
contract failed to deliver cessation of terror. Almost 300 Israelis have
been murdered and thousands wounded, some maimed for life, since
the White House signing of Oslo September 1993.

Our US Presidents and US State Department, closely connected to

multi-national oil power brokers have insisted that Israel divest
herself of defensive territories and vital water as appeasement to
Arab client states. The high ground was to be given up despite a
study done by the US Joint Chiefs of Staff June 29, 1967 under Gen.
Earl Wheeler detailing the minimum territory Israel required "in
order to permit defense against possible conventional Arab attack,"
which included: "the Golan Heights, several sections of Sinai, the
Gaza Strip" and all the land west of a "defense line along the axis of
Bardala-Tubas-Nablus-Bira-Jerusalem," (this being more than half of
Samaria, contiguous with a thickening of the Jerusalem corridor),
"and all of Judea south of Jerusalem." (1) This report was considered
so explosive and so contrary to State Department policy, it was
stamped Top Secret until the Wall St. Journal revealed it in 1983.

Yassir Arafat has made daily speeches recorded on video and

audiotape demanding "all of Israel as the New State of Palestine with
Jerusalem as the capital of that state and only that state and
whoever doesn't like can go drink Gaza sea water". In the face of
those proclamations our Presidents insisted that Israel further
weaken itself through unreciprocated territorial concessions and
prompted First Lady Hilary to call for a Palestinian State. By all
measurements, Yassir Arafat is a world class war criminal and should
be so charged within the class action suit proposed herein. This
evidence is piled up on the desk of the President, State Department,
CIA, NSA, denials notwithstanding.

This overwhelming mass of evidence both in statements and practice

proves that our government has knowingly entered into a conspiracy
with the Arabs to assist in their pledged Genocide of Israel. It does
not matter that they will say in their defense that they were doing it
for the national interest (oil profits), the facts of complicity in
planned Genocide speak for themselves.

We, the American people, are not murderers nor do we wish to aid
and abet murders simply because money will flow into our
corporations or political coffers. It is true that some of our elect and
those they appoint have acted as a 'Shadow Government' without
the knowledge and/or permission of the American people or its
Congress. We have seen our Presidents engage in illegal covert
operations, the selling of major weapons' systems to dictators. It's
time to draw the line.

WHAT CAN YOU DO

You, the reader, may have access to legal assistance in the form of
Constitutional and International law firms. You may be fortunate to
have amassed some wealth with the blessings of HaShem or you
may have direct access to members of Congress. This is your fight,
whether Christian or Jew. We are on the threshold of seeing Israel
ripped apart as an appeasement to Arab dictators and radical clerics
of Islam. We observe our own US Government and special interests
aiding and abetting a Genocide which is now in the making and
beyond question.

After the killing begins, do not say: "I really didn't know it was going
to happen", as it happened in WWII. If you have resources,
influence, energy enough to save a people and their nation, then do
it NOW! Call your Rabbi, Pastor, Congressman or woman, religious
and secular institutions and organizations to demand a meeting.
Force them to act and do not accept misleading speeches of peace
being just over the horizon when there is no peace.

The Jewish people are experts in dying at the hands of those who
wish Jews to either be absorbed or eliminated. Genocide is not new
for us but that doesn't mean that the decent people of the Nations
are to remain silent as their governments assist in Genocide - again.
